I really disliked my margarita that had everything that I liked in it. It tasted like smoke. My boyfriend got a drink also recommended by the bartender that he also disliked. The food was ok. Server was very nice.
Everything was great!! People very nice, good service
Great coconut shrimp. Others had surf and turf burger, unique and very good. Love the volcano, was about on the half hour when we were there.
Great service, very friendly !
The service and food was very good. Great value for the money. Our group consisted of 7 adults and everyone was happy with their meal choices. We all also enjoyed the music. Our appetizers came out promptly and our main coarse even though it was extremely busy! Will definitely visit again!@
Great dining experience: good food & beer, the kids were super excited about getting glowing drinks and balloon hats. Having good quality live music at the end was the cherry in the cake!
We loved the hostess. Always eat there when at Universal. A definite stop for Parrotheads!
Great atmosphere. Friendly staff.
Be careful they did not recognize the OpenTable reservation and said they are getting rid of it. We waited an extra 40 minutes. Stephanie, a manager, was fantastic with us once we had a table. She took care of us and apologized which meant a lot to my hungry family.
Great time. Loved the fish tacos.
Not a lot of choices. Crab Asiago Dip was best part of meal. Mac and Cheese was bland, Fish was overcooked, Tacos were boring, crab cake sliders were decent. Loud place. Won't be back....
Our waitress was amazing
We had a great experience. We had planned a day at SeaWorld and then realized that nothing would be open for lunch on Christmas Day... except theme parks. So, we stopped at city walk before SeaWorld and had a quick birthday lunch for my 5year old son. The waiter comp'd his birthday dessert and we had a GREAT seat with a view of islands of adventure. There was a vegetarian/glutenfree menu and we tried our best to make it a little cliser to vegan. (Wasnt terribly hard) but the veggie burgers are made with eggs. Great experience and priced about the same as other places on citywalk. We will go again next time we are in Orlando.
Everything was great except the table they sat us at. I am in no way a big girl but that booth we were seated in was insanely tight. the table almost touched my stomach and there was no room to move it.
Not a huge menu choice but food fab, busy but not very lively. A must visit 😄
If you're a tourist and at City Walk, this is a fun place to stop for a beer and a burger. Expensive yes, cute place to visit absolutely!
Had a great lunch here. Liked the variety of their menu. Services was really good.
Make sure to check your statement afterwards if you use a CC. I was over charged $31.50. Contacted the restaurant and with no followup from them. My bank has issued the refund, but nothing from the restaurant. This has made me not want to ever go back to Margaritaville.
Our waitress was awesome! Food was very goood!
Nothing special but fun for the location. Decent theme restaurant fare.
Good food, great service, nice atmosphere. Also, good value
The Volcano Nachos can be substituted for a meal for two.
Brought my teenage grandchildren here while we were on vacation. SO much fun!! The kids had a great time, the food portions were awesome, the music was fun, balloon animals on our heads, and great drinks! LOVED it!
We had a reservation but still waited 30 minutes to be seated. Our waiter paolo was very good and the balloon man on stilts was great entertainment!
Food is ok. Noise level is high. This place is as you would expect at an amusement park.
Alec was great. He tried to help my daughter with her homework. Paul was an awesome magician or illusionist.
Fun place for a group and for families. If you go later on a Friday and Saturday there is great live music. You of course have to get a Margarita!
My 8 year old daughter has Celiac Disease and must eat gluten free and avoid cross contamination... The chef came to our table twice and put our minds at ease about the precautions taken to allow her to enjoy a safe meal. I greatly appreciate the effort of the chef!
Good food and the place is so fun to visit. The volcano eruption is the best.
Great food, great atmosphere especially if you are a psrrothead!
We made reservations at Universal Margaritaville and were pleased to have been seated right on time (though we did check in 25 minutes early). We had a table of seven, which included four adults and three hungry children. We did not order appetizers, quickly ordered our food right after our drinks, and began a wait for our food that expanded to almost 90 minutes! Unfortunately, this was an unacceptable wait for three children who had enjoyed the park all day and were tired and hungry. Especially when we noticed customers seated after us were served before us, and leaving before our food arrived.
Fresh fish dishes were wonderful, Coconut Shrimp dish was unfortunately cold, but still tasty, and the Jambalaya received rave reviews from those who ordered this dish.
Fun, EXTRA LOUD, crazy atmosphere. We were meeting friends we had not seen in several months so were hoping to have table conversation. That was not easily possible in this scene. So it depends on what you are looking for in atmosphere. I would feel comfortable recommending this restaurant to someone looking for a fun evening with lots of time on their hands.
Sabrina and Shain were excellent. Sabrina kept us informed on how soon we would be seated. Shain offered a discount for delays in receiving meals.
I was so disappointed in the reception from front desk staff. We eat here yearly and have never been told to "just wait," when we had a reservation and the other parties being seated didn't. The receptionist was overwhelmed and surly. The waitress was nice. Food is pretty good. The highlight of the night was the fun island ambiance. Margaritas are always good, though the bartender was very busy and we had to wait 20 mins for the 2 margaritas we ordered. I don't think I'll go back - City Walk has a number of touristy restaurants that are good and available. I would hope that a staple restaurant would know that there is a convention in town and a large group from a neighboring state with a school holiday and prepare for it. A poor showing for sure.
Our burgers were okay, but not as good as previous visits. Our waitress didn't seem that busy, but they arrived luke warm. We really like the island atmosphere though.
Very friendly and efficient service. Our waiter was really great. Good food.
Amazing atmosphere for all the family and friends. Would be going back soon
Very good food and service.
Made a reservation in advance. Arrived a little early. Restaurant was jam packed and we were told we'd get "the next open table". Waited 50 minutes for that table. Seems like having a reservation was pointless.
