Awesome time!!! Food was hot and delicious!! Just one thing we asked for medium for our steaks but they were well done. Overall it was great!!
We are still skeptical about dining out during this Pandemic. The environment felt safe, except for people passing our table without mask. This was my only concern. The atmosphere was great, the food was great and the service was great.
Heather was great! We did have an unusually long wait, even though Open Table showed there was availability.
Service was slow and I am happy to be understanding given the new world of dining, but what was disappointing here was the completely flavorless food. Mushroom artichoke dip tasted like basically a plain roux, seafood risotto was soupy and flavorless, and shrimp and grits special was entirely flavorless with undercooked shrimp. A waste of a date night out for us.
The second time the food has been flavorless, and we will not be back.
Awesome as always! One of our favorite places to dine, especially streetside.
Everything was great. It was a quick small get together for my daughter's 12th birthday and she has been wanting to come there.
Great Ribeye Steak! Very nice waitress, could have used some training.
Delicious food, excellent service, couldn't ask for a better combination!
Food was delicious. Drinks on the other hand were not the best but overall great experience
Jeffrey Adamd is always a delightful dining experience. The food is phenomenal, and the servers are very attentive.
Very accommodating and great place to dine with friends and family.
Excellent meal and setting with first rate service.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food and atmosphere are wonderful.
We had an amazing dinner. Ashley, our server, took good care of us. I had a problem with sun coming in from a shade, and the manager came right over to assist. Everything was clean. The restaurant practiced excellent social distancing protocols.
This is my third and last visit. I ordered the filet mignon (medium) with smoked Gouda mac and cheese and sautéed brussel sprouts. My party also ordered a carafe or strawberry sangria. My steak ended up being well done, the Mac and cheese barely had any cheese and was extremely dry, the brussel sprouts were barely cooked. Also, the carafe of sangria had entirely too much ice. The carafe only had two glasses worth of sangria in it for $28. Overall, I was extremely disappointed and underwhelmed by my experience at Jeffrey Adams.
Awesome as always! Good to be back and able to eat at Jeffrey Adams -- they are wisely social distanced, wearing masks, and as welcoming as ever. It was delicious!
Social distancing was practiced and staff had masks at all times. The food was a delicious as always.
Great food, excellent ambience, excellent service and hospitality.
Great food. Great service!
When we arrived, we were sat towards the back of the second story away from the bar which, even at 6:30, had already become rowdy. We were sat near another couple who were extremely intoxicated. The were screaming and laughing at the wait staff. One of the wait staff came over and ended up taking a shot with them. The only saving grace of the night was our waiter, Brookes. He was very knowledgeable about the food and the most attentive waiter I have ever had. The food was very bland and both of our steaks were over cooked but due to how loud it was and the experience with the other couple we just wanted to eat and leave. Brookes did recommend the Tiramisu which was an awesome choice for my girlfriend. In conclusion, the experience was a let down. I had heard such great things about Jeffery Adams and had planned this dinner 3 weeks in advance. Brookes was the only reason the dinner was not a complete disappointment.
Both the service and food were wonderful. I Had salmon with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus, my favorite meal. I was visiting from out of town, traveling for work and dining without my husband. I felt very comfortable dining as a single female in this restaurant. That is not always the case. This fabulous restaurant is within walking distance of several downtown hotels. I recommend it highly.
Always a good choice for before Symphony dining out.
Lunch before the ballet. It’s easy to eat a light lunch here.
Waitress was outstanding
Really great. the bartender upstairs was very nice and helpful. The waitress service was not great but I think it was an attitude issue.
Food prepared well. Ordered a salad as entree requesting no goat cheese. Salad came with goat cheese anyway.
Ahi Tuna and Salmon are our favorites. Salad with citrus dressing is tasty
Service and food was great!! We made reservations online and was seated upon arrival.
The food was wonderful. Party of six very satisfied. Plus we didn't know we got a dessert for our birthday.
Great food for the value.
Host staff was rude. Had a open table reservation and it was 40 minutes after our reservation time before we were seated. Everything was great including the food.
Great bartender, wonderful food, and excellent service.
Located on downtown Winston Salem, they have a flexible lunch schedule. My hotel stopped lunch at 2pm and my schedule was out of sync with that and Jeffrey’s to the rescue.
The service at the bar was superb. The menu was simple and home style, yet there were a couple unique items. At this time of day, i couldn’t be choosy.
Quiet place and I found a nice French white with lunch. Casual dinning after hours
This was my first time eating here and I was quite impressed with the menu offering. I have severe food allergies and they were able to prepare something I could eat. Dessert was delicious!
Food was good. Our waitress for Sunday evening left much to be desired. Our waitress was more socially focused, to potential friends, to a table across the isle. Took our order for drinks, appetizer and meals with no issues. Did hear a waitress at an adjacent table offer bread and described the evening specials. Shortly there after got our waitress attention and asked "what about the specials we were not offered". The specials were described and I changed my order immediately to the Grouper.
Steaks were done nicely. Excellent wine choices. Lobster topping on steak was a bit skimpy. Stupendous service. Smoked Gouda Mac and cheese is a must!
I like to come here once a year to treat myself, or bring a friend and show them just how great it is.
We had reservations for 5:30pm and did not get seated until 6:10pm. This made us have to rush to our 7:30pm event!!
We had a wonderful time! The bar service was a bit slow, otherwise it would be a 5. Great food!
Beautiful restaurant, wonderful waitstaff, and amazing food. The steak practically melted in your mouth. The mac and cheese was some of the best I've had in a steakhouse. The baked potato was good, not the best I've ever had, but good nonetheless. The rolls they bring out were delicious and soft. My girlfriends steak was also cooked to perfection and the mashed potatoes were tremendous. The waitress Alex was very attentive a
nd made fantastic recommendations. She recommended the Tiramisu which turned out to be some of the best I've had in this area. Wonderful Valentine's Day meal. 10/10 would recommend.
