   Best steakhouse in the country! We’ve been to most : ). Top picks; steak collinsworth, shrimp cocktail, lobster, and butter pie. Great date night, great before an Aronoff show.

   I rarely leave a negative review, but after spending over $300 on dinner, I became incredibly ill within the hour. I'm not a food sensitive person, so that's very out of character for me but some thing I ate messed me up for almost 12 straight hours.

    Great Food and Service but be prepared to pay for it. The atmosphere was energizing with a band above the bar. The servers were dressed to the 9s and were very polite and helpful. We enjoyed every moment. The valet parking was very nice since it was a rainy and cold night. The wine from Napa was delightful. The banana fosters were a lovely touch to the night. We liked the mashed potatoes and the mushrooms. This results in a 5-star and 5$ sign rating.

    We had Tae and I canNOT stress enough how amazingly and wonderful she is!!! She truly made the whole evening and r experience! She is what an amazing customer experience is all about! From the recommendations, to conversation-she does it right!!!! I will only ask for her for now on and you should too!!!!

    From the person who sat us, to our waiter and the helper, everyone couldn’t have been kinder. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The food was delicious. We had a great experience and will be back.

    We were excited to see the new space after jumping on a last minute reservation in the bar last night following a client event I had for work. Atmosphere was incredible. Our server Tess was amazing but feel she was stretched too thin. Our steaks came out less than warm. I can only imagine that they may have sat in the kitchen as our server was handling multiple tables. Was honestly one of the poorer steaks I’ve had at a Ruby’s establishment due to this. We will be back but book in the main dining room where the service will hopefully not be stretched as thin in the bar area.

    Had an excellent evening at Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse. From valet parking, entrance into steakhouse, being seated, ordering food, presentation, ambience, food quality, everything was first class and delicious. Beautiful environment, overall it was a great Saturday night !!!!

    Absolutely beautiful restaurant with great food and impeccable service! We had a wonderful evening celebrating our son and daughter in law’s Birthdays! Perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or just to have a delicious dinner! Drinks, dinner, dessert and service was spectacular!

    Our steaks in past experiences were so, so good that we bragged to everyone about them. And we were really looking forward to the same, or better, but this time our steaks were just OK...not worth the hefty expense at all. We loved the new location, but probably won't be back 😕

    The noise level was a bit too high for my personal preference. The table that we were at was close to the kitchen and frankly several times the kitchen staff walked by my chair they would accidentally brush against it. The table was too close to the walking area for the kitchen staff. Third we observed the bussers clean off the tables. In my opinion they should clean off the chairs too and not put the salt and pepper and the bread plates on chairs that people have been sitting in. Lastly the men's bathroom stall was backed up and and pretty disgusting.

    The location of the new Jeff Ruby’s restaurant was absolutely fantastic! The ambiance, service, and cuisine were all exceptional. The open-concept design was splendidly detailed, and the views were stunning and breathtaking from every angle. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the dessert was heavenly. Additionally, all of the appetizers and side dishes were just as delectable. Specifically the wagyu meatball and the pork belly skewers—CHEFS KISS!
