   We had a wonderful meal here. It is a very inviting space. We ended up eating at the bar so we could watch the NBA playoffs. There was a piano player when we first got there and that was a little bit loud. But he stopped playing at 8 PM, so after that, the noise level went down quite a bit. If you love steaks, this is the place to go in Cincinnati.

   The old Steakhouse was less noisy and more classy looking. You're more packed in tighter area in the new steakhouse and it's very loud. This was our first time at the new Steakhouse. If you want quieter and more intimate setting, go to the Precinct.

   Don’t recommend sitting outdoors if you’re wanting a nice dining experience with good conversation…street noise was not ideal. Paying top dollar for not only great quality dining but also the experience!!

   Everyone in our party did the filet except my husband who had the 22 ounce Cowboy. The food was delicious. Service was outstanding. We went to celebrate an academic achievement. Jeff Ruby's helped create a great memory.

   Our serving team, Brad and Larry, made the experience a positive one. We always know that the food will be top notch, but Brad and Larry took the experience over the top. They were friendly, always attentive, and kept the mood light throughout the meal. Couldn't have been happier with such a great team to be with. Brad was the main server, and helped us through the ordering process, to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. My wife got a bit lost coming back from the bathroom, and Larry found her and made sure she made her way back to our table. Both were incredible, and we will make sure to try to ask for Brad and Larry the next time we visit.

   Fantastic new restaurant little loud from the band and conversation in the room we were in bit too much arrogance from the front when we checked in at the front desk but overall food was awesome definitely recommend Jeff’s restaurant to everyone still need to have a dress code in place seeing people in T-shirts and shorts takes away from the whole experience

    Absolutely amazing!  The place is beautiful, and the food is delicious. Our waiter, Bradley, was very helpful in answering questions about the menu and the wine list. He provided us with outstanding service and made our evening a lot of fun. We will definitely ask for him next time.

    Our evening was wonderful, our waiter Jason was excellent and provided us with a lot of interesting history about the history of work at Jeff Ruby along with his coworkers. The food was excellent and the service is unbeatable. Forever our favorite place.

    Perfect for a date or a special dinner with family. We celebrated my sons 16th Birthday and they treated him so well but did not embarrass him (which he was scared to death about). Our waiter was also amazing to our 12 year daughter who was there for the first time.

    The piano music was so loud my colleague and I had to yell to hear each other. It was a hot day in Cincinnati and the doors being opened to the patio made the interior so hot we were sweating while we ate which made things very uncomfortable and unenjoyable. We also were told by one of our servers that the staff went kayaking and many of them called in 'sick' to work so that was why the service was so slow. We waited an extreme amount of time for our food. I would not recommend this restaurant per the experience I had.

    The steak is amazing of course, but the real reason to come here is the staff. They are what make it a special experience. Everyone is so friendly and personable and make you feel welcome and appreciated. They are excellent at what they do. They are the ones that make the whole experience.

    We have had many different meals. My favorite, after this last visit, was Lobster Burrow, Freddy Salad, Tater Tots, and Creme Brûlée. ALL were excellent! I still love the Steak Collinsworth, which I have almost every time, but it was great to "change it up".

    We have been a few times now to the new location and while we love the vibe, we are disappointed in the overall experience. The timing in this restaurant feels off. Appetizers came out at different times. Drinks are slow and had to remind the server. Server pulled to private room and took a long time to end the dinner. We just can’t justify the expense for the overall experience. Just not a smooth and elevated enough experience.

    Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse is my favorite steakhouse, at least in this country! I love that they kept the same vibe but updated it. Ruby's is fun elegance with delicious food. The steak is always cooked to perfection and all of the sides (for me, especially the Mac and cheese) are delicious. We got the Ruby Vuitton desert and let me just say it was prettier than expected and as delicious as we wanted. It is the perfect place for any special occasion (it's my birthday dinner every year!).     Overall good. Service was very good. My oysters looked like they had been shucked 2 days ago ( not fresh ). My steak was good but my wife's small filet was stringy.

    I was most satisfied with Carlo and Johnnys location 5stars across the board. Precinct and now Jeff Rubys Steakhouse downtown are not going to have my vote. I was disappointed with the food quality. Primarily the Steaks. I’m satisfied with everything else.

    The Steak Burrow, along with the service, drinks and sides are top notch. Won’t find a bartender better and more charming than Kevin T! Our server Anna was very helpful and kind also, great with describing the right pairings. Looking forward to our next time already!

    We typically love Jeff Ruby’s, but this experience was very disappointing. We went for a birthday. Ate in the bar area. Reservation was at 8:15 pm. We finished soup and salad before ordering our steaks. The macaroni and cheese (which we normally love) was not good. It tasted different than normal. The steaks were cooked well and taste good, but for the first time ever my husband’s New York Strip was very fatty. I’m not sure if they did away with a birthday dessert, but we were offered nothing, which is different than in the past. We are long time patrons, but have been disappointed with the new restaurant.
