   Had an excellent evening at Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse. From valet parking, entrance into steakhouse, being seated, ordering food, presentation, ambience, food quality, everything was first class and delicious. Beautiful environment, overall it was a great Saturday night !!!!

   Had a great meal and time at the new location! Our server Brett was amazing. Our steak was cooked to perfection and all the appetizers, sides were delicious! Can’t wait to go back.

   Absolutely beautiful restaurant with great food and impeccable service! We had a wonderful evening celebrating our son and daughter in law’s Birthdays! Perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or just to have a delicious dinner! Drinks, dinner, dessert and service was spectacular!

   The noise level was a bit too high for my personal preference. The table that we were at was close to the kitchen and frankly several times the kitchen staff walked by my chair they would accidentally brush against it. The table was too close to the walking area for the kitchen staff. Third we observed the bussers clean off the tables. In my opinion they should clean off the chairs too and not put the salt and pepper and the bread plates on chairs that people have been sitting in. Lastly the men's bathroom stall was backed up and and pretty disgusting.

    Food is always outstanding - highest quality, prepared to perfection. Service is spot on - attention to details for drinks, making sure the table has everything without hovering too much. Excellent wine list and after-dinner drink selections, and experts on hand to make suggestions. Did not feel rushed to turn the table, which I appreciate, and all were attentive to make sure we had enough time to make an evening show.

    My husband and I sat in the bar area while our daughter and her closest friend sat in the main dining room to celebrate their 21st birthdays. Both rooms had wonderful ambience and fantastic service. And of course the food was just what you’d expect from a Jeff Ruby restaurant. A wonderful evening we won’t soon forget.

    It was my first visit to the new location of Jeff Ruby's in downtown Cincinnati. It was fantastic on all accounts: food, service and ambiance. All aspects of the food was terrific including the bread, salad, steak, seafood - even the mashed potatoes asparagus. The decor is elegant. And the service was some of the best I've had in recent memory. Kudos to Dustin and the manager Christine, for helping make this dinner most memorable, and also to Madison for providing us with an excellent table.

    For Christmas this year, I gave my children experiences instead of gifts. One experience was dinner with Mom at Jeff Ruby's. Last night was the date and everything was perfect. Thank you for creating an atmosphere of true spoiling... both for my children and me. Was definitely a night we will all remember and will make a tradition. My son even stated he will be back for the Baked Alaska dessert (unbelievable)... maybe he'll treat me upon graduation from high school or college.

    A friend and I have our birthday dinner at Jeff Ruby's every year and it is definitely a great way to celebrate! We had reservations and we were seated promptly and greeted by a server "assistant" (Mark) right away. Our server Chris was very helpful when I had a question about an item on the menu. Service is always wonderful here and this visit was no exception. Both of our steaks were cooked to perfection and the Potatoes Anna was a tasty addition to our choice. I only wished I had saved room for dessert. The new location is absolutely beautiful!

    Great food as usual. We sat at high top in bar area as dining room seating was unavailable. Piano player music was very enjoyable and volume was just right. You could hear the music and still carry on a conversation. Server was friendly and personable. She did a nice job explaining new menu items. However, server and assistant were overly present (e.g. interrupting multiple times, a bit pushy at times, etc.). After the 3rd or 4th time of being asked if they could take my half eaten salad I finally stated they could take it just so they would stop asking me. Overall, not the experience I am used to when dining in the dining room as far as service goes.

    We had a fantastic girls dinner to celebrate our friends upcoming wedding. Our server was so kind, patient, helpful and attentive in addition to the managers and support staff. Truly the best service ever. We really appreciate it. I’m so sorry I forgot her name but hopefully you can connect it to this reservation. Thanks again! Also, the band was amazing. Bravo!!!

    The service we received was outstanding. We brought our two boys there as part of their Christmas gift. A dinner at Jeff Ruby’s and then off to Music Hall. The staff that served our table was by far the best we have ever had. They made it an amazing experience for us and our kids.

    Sadly I would have to say that this is not my favorite Ruby restaurant. We loved the larger selection of options however it was not the best steak I have. (Over cooked) Also the restrooms need to be attended to better. Both times I used them there was no toilet paper.
