    We always enjoy our experience at a Ruby. We especially love the ambiance at the new downtown location. The service level is really what separates a Jeff Ruby restaurant from the rest. Our server Umit was very helpful and attentive. He was so good at anticipating our needs. We also appreciated his deep knowledge of the cocktail and dinner menus.

    The new location is awesome! We had a business meeting and the atmosphere was a great vibe for fun but business dinner as well. Taylor did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable about the wine selection. This was hands down one of the best dining experiences in the city. Everything was cooked to perfection.

    Absolute PERFECTION! We had sushi, steaks, a few sides, drinks and dessert and EVERYTHING was AMAZING! Our service was second to none which is as important as anything! The atmosphere and attention to detail is something that makes this place special. We celebrated a 16th birthday and sending my son off to the US Military Academy and I can't think of anywhere that would have treated us as total FIRST CLASS! I have been to many nice restaurants in Cincinnati and around the country and I would put this up against anyone out there! Thank you to the entire crew for a perfect night!

    We have dined here several times, and it never disappoints. My husband’s filet was prepared perfectly, and I couldn’t go wrong with my dover sole. Our server, John, was amazing, and will ask for him again.

    All of the Ruby’s restaurants in the Cincinnati area have exceptional food. The staff are all trained well and do a great job and are very helpful. The only drawback is the pricing of some of the menu. It’s hard to justify spending $300-$400 for 2 people every time out, even if you CAN afford it. Having gone to all 3 of his Cincinnati area locations multiple times over the years, I always anticipate a great dining experience, and that’s the way you have to look at the pricing for some things. Overall it is always a great meal regardless.

    We had a wonderful meal here. It is a very inviting space. We ended up eating at the bar so we could watch the NBA playoffs. There was a piano player when we first got there and that was a little bit loud. But he stopped playing at 8 PM, so after that, the noise level went down quite a bit. If you love steaks, this is the place to go in Cincinnati.

    The old Steakhouse was less noisy and more classy looking. You're more packed in tighter area in the new steakhouse and it's very loud. This was our first time at the new Steakhouse. If you want quieter and more intimate setting, go to the Precinct.

    Don’t recommend sitting outdoors if you’re wanting a nice dining experience with good conversation…street noise was not ideal. Paying top dollar for not only great quality dining but also the experience!!

    Everyone in our party did the filet except my husband who had the 22 ounce Cowboy. The food was delicious. Service was outstanding. We went to celebrate an academic achievement. Jeff Ruby's helped create a great memory.

    Our serving team, Brad and Larry, made the experience a positive one. We always know that the food will be top notch, but Brad and Larry took the experience over the top. They were friendly, always attentive, and kept the mood light throughout the meal. Couldn't have been happier with such a great team to be with. Brad was the main server, and helped us through the ordering process, to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. My wife got a bit lost coming back from the bathroom, and Larry found her and made sure she made her way back to our table. Both were incredible, and we will make sure to try to ask for Brad and Larry the next time we visit.

    Fantastic new restaurant little loud from the band and conversation in the room we were in bit too much arrogance from the front when we checked in at the front desk but overall food was awesome definitely recommend Jeff’s restaurant to everyone still need to have a dress code in place seeing people in T-shirts and shorts takes away from the whole experience

    Absolutely amazing!  The place is beautiful, and the food is delicious. Our waiter, Bradley, was very helpful in answering questions about the menu and the wine list. He provided us with outstanding service and made our evening a lot of fun. We will definitely ask for him next time.

    Our evening was wonderful, our waiter Jason was excellent and provided us with a lot of interesting history about the history of work at Jeff Ruby along with his coworkers. The food was excellent and the service is unbeatable. Forever our favorite place.

    Perfect for a date or a special dinner with family. We celebrated my sons 16th Birthday and they treated him so well but did not embarrass him (which he was scared to death about). Our waiter was also amazing to our 12 year daughter who was there for the first time.

    Nice restaurant in downtown Cincinnati, but a bit noisy as they are always full. Other Jeff Ruby locations seem better choice. Carlo & Johnny or the Precinct.

    The piano music was so loud my colleague and I had to yell to hear each other. It was a hot day in Cincinnati and the doors being opened to the patio made the interior so hot we were sweating while we ate which made things very uncomfortable and unenjoyable. We also were told by one of our servers that the staff went kayaking and many of them called in 'sick' to work so that was why the service was so slow. We waited an extreme amount of time for our food. I would not recommend this restaurant per the experience I had.

    The steak is amazing of course, but the real reason to come here is the staff. They are what make it a special experience. Everyone is so friendly and personable and make you feel welcome and appreciated. They are excellent at what they do. They are the ones that make the whole experience.

    We have had many different meals. My favorite, after this last visit, was Lobster Burrow, Freddy Salad, Tater Tots, and Creme Brûlée. ALL were excellent! I still love the Steak Collinsworth, which I have almost every time, but it was great to "change it up".
