                                                                                                                                                                        What a fabulous experience… took awhile to get a reservation since we are from Houston but well worth the wait… wish we knew about the bar area ahead of time as we would have definitely gone early to have a drink before dinner… Our team was fantastic - Chris, our waiter was awesome, Lupe was a great server and Charles was a great manager… Seafood was so fresh and some of the best oysters we have had in some time… sushi roll (Herbstreit) was delicious…salads were good but immense… A5 Waygu was excellent but cooked a bit over medium rare… you have to get a house desert, Big Red looked so real you almost wanted to put the baseball cap on your head and tasted just as good! If you like an old fashion get the cart service, well worth the splurge! Looking forward to another visit next year!

                                                                                                                                                                        I don’t think there is a better restaurant in the world than a Jeff Ruby restaurant. This was our first time dining in this particular JR establishment and we loved it. The ambiance was beautiful, the food was obviously delicious, and the presentation was artful. But what won us over was the impeccable customer attention from the moment we walked through the door until the minute we walked out. Our waiter (Joseph) was knowledgeable, kind, pleasant, efficient, and patient with our questions and concerns. I highly recommend this restaurant.

                                                                                                                                                                        Bad service.. we had a large group of 7 and it was bad.. our waiter was great but the guy pouring water spilt water all over our table and people multiple times to the point I said something . He tossed plates in front of us while setting table.. actually tossing them vs setting them slowly / softly.. reaching over the table to fill glasses across table leaning/ reaching on people pressing on them to the point it made them lean forward . We spent almost 2 k. For 7 folks. First thing they teach you is never do that when training waiters.. maybe a management training issue. It’s not like this in Nashville? Bar service was bad. They were not even busy.. couldn’t get a drink while we were waiting.. not what I was expecting.. again not like this in nashville.. Positive note Preordered a beef tartar - they pulled off amazing! Accommodations for party size adjustment last min. Food was great.

                                                                                                                                                                        The entire experience was wonderful. From the valet to the hostess, our server Mike , the manager Ashley. The foot was excellent. The piano and soloist were great . Cocktails were good . We had a wonderful booth and we met some great folks .

                                                                                                                                                                        I took my elderly mother out and they treated her extra special. The valet was also convenient. Mom left her special drinking straw at the table and they ran it out to her before we got to the car. Very nice!
