    Impeccable service. Everything was beyond fresh and so flavorful. My friend said his salmon was the best he’d ever had.

    He estado un mes en NYC y me he dedicado a hacer ruta gastronómica y puedo decir que es “el mejor restaurant de NYC!!!! Hay que ir!!! Y hay que repetir si es posible!!! Lo ame!

    The food is now very weak. Been coming for five years. Worst meal ever by a mile. One of the guests said it perfectly “usually you argue over the best course. Tonight there’s nothing to say”. There was an abundance of vinegar in two dishes, pappy cucumber in two dishes, a trout foul egg and caviar dish that tastes as bad as it smells and just nothing special. ImpeccBle service and style but pedestrian food. If not a new chef a new menu needed. It’s just poor for the price and the competition whips this place. Wine list has crazy mark ups

    The classic dishes (turbot chalon sauce, charred corned ravioli, foie grass brulee) were outstanding. But the other dishes like the glazed sweetbreads and specially the lamb chops were a truly dissapointment. The sweetbreads had a very sour sauce on the peaches that killed all other flavors and the sweetbread itself were not cooked well at all....very soggy. The lamb chops were more lik a chain restaurant style dish than a michelin starred one....2 ordinary rustic looking lamb chops topped with a mountain of ONION RINGS! that were not even crunchy but oily and a mound of greens on top of them. On the side two unnapealig quenellles of some cold yogurt puree with a unpleasant texture that gave nothing to the dish at all. Very dissapointing dish The service impecabble
