Our server was simply phenomenal. He was funny and super attentive. He asked why I had't finished my drink, which was because it was too sweet for my taste, and he removed it from our bill. I will definitely be back because of the quality of food and service.

Everything from the food to the ambience to the service was very good, but overall I wouldn’t characterize it as “great”. We would return, but we wouldn’t consider it one of our favourite restaurants.

First of all price for food quality and service is not at all aligned, very expensive for what you get.

We did not receive a last call for kitchen/drinks and we had not had dessert/coffee/etc and suddenly kitchen and bar was closed, UNACCEPTABLE for an almost 120USD per person dinner.

Very disappointing experience.

Ottima carne ma molto cara come anche i vini . ambiente molto rumoroso un po' caotico tavoli molto vicini . Da un locale dove si pagano in due 300 dollari( due calici di vino 50 dollari) mi aspetto qualcosa di più. Io e mia moglie andiamo spesso a Las Vegas ma non penso ci torneremo. Ci sono altri posti con ottima carne a prezzi meno esagerati.

We were sat promptly, the decor is beautiful in the restaurant. The service was very slow. We had to servers assisting us and it still took about 20 minutes to even get our appetizers ordered. It wasn't very busy at the time, but the drinks were very slow from the bar. The entrees & sides came out quickly and we're phenomenal. We had the ribeye, NY strip, and filet. Truffle mac & cheese, truffle mashed potatoes, mushrooms, and spinach. Overall a good experience, they just need to be more prompt with service.

Snobby restaurant. Manager and front desk hostesses are snobby kids. This restaurant is great for people on a date pretending to be classy and rich.

A shame to be enjoying such great food in such a noisy and loud environment. Load disco music made it very hard to have a normal conversation. Totally ruined the night for us.

Service was excellent! Food was mostly great except the steak was a little over cooked and not as tender as I would have expected.

We ate the 8lbs pig and it was AMAZING.

Das Servicepersonal war schlecht organisiert. Es war nicht klar wer für unseren Tisch zuständig ist. So wurde der Wein erst serviert nach dem wir praktisch mit dem Essen fertig waren.

High~quality, well-prepared steaks. Not as broad a selection as Cut, though.

The short ribs were as wonderful as promised. We needed no knife to cut it. The brussels sprouts were a great side dish and the lava cake was an indulgence and wonderful way to end our meal. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or warmer. A wonderful evening.

Atmosphere was excellent and the food was some of the best I have ever had.

We had a wonderful experience at Jean Georges Steakhouse. My husband and I were treated like VIPs and dinner was delicious. We had the wedge salad, shrimp cocktail, and grass fed steak. All yummy!! The staff were genuinely kind and accommodating. We will definitely come back!

The food was divine, the ambiance comfortable and enchanting, the service (Joe C.) was superb. What a beautiful evening.

Great food a little pricey, not for every night eating. Great for special occasions with the little extra money. I'll definitely go back.

Incredibly attentive and patient for a late night reservation

Hostess was unwelcoming and unwilling to allow us preferences seating twice. Spoke with manager and was easily accommodated. Servers were very pleasant and made the experience better while celebrating our birthday dinner.

A lot of pomp and circumstance. Fairly expensive. A lot of time went by after we were seated before our drink order was taken and then about .15 minutes before we got our drinks. Other than that service was good. It’s fairly dark and it is noisy.

As always the food and impeccable service did not disappoint, Wagyu filet was on point, the bone in ribeye was great albeit maybe a tad salty. Overall great food, service and atmosphere.

Tried the A5 Kobe Beef which is pricey but it was amazing. Seared salmon is the other plate that was awesome too and could be recommended if you visit.

We got horribly seated about an hour after our reservation. The food was good and the service was better but it seemed a bit disorganized.

Service was not good. Had to go up to the bar to get my own drinks. Waited 25 minutes for a jack and coke. Best part of the service was the waiter with water. Glad he was there to continue to refill since I wasn’t getting my cocktail. Food was average for the price paid. Overall disappointing for my first trip here.

Steak was over cooked. Champagne no bubbles although they did give me a fresh glass upon asking.

Disappointed for steak house. Rib eye was very tough and chewy; almost the entire steak was mainly veins. Foie gras was too oily. It wasn't done right; the more I cut the more oil boasted out. Very disappointed in the food quality. The only thing that was decently done and tasted good was the tempura calamari. Not sure if the Chef was not on point this time around or the restaurant was too busy to be on point. They were quite busy and didn't get attentive service that evening. Practically had to get the servers attention for many service requests. Regardless I would have not expected less from a fine dining steakhouse restaurant. Hoping the next time when I do re-visit, the food quality and service would be better.

Steaks were all burned. 4 filets, 1 bone in New York strip, 1 ribeye. Calamari was too greasy/oily. Only thing that ruined the experience was the steaks though. $84 for a charred medium rare NY strip steak.

One of my favorite steakhouses! They have the best truffle mac & cheese and truffle mashed potatoes. Highly recommend going!

Good, but not great. Other steakhouses in Vegas that will give you a premium experience for a fraction of the price.

Wonderful meal. One of the few establishments in the USA that serves certified Kobe beef. Absolutely worth the $. Gracious and telepathic service, and a well curated wine list, presented with no pretentiousness. A wonderful restaurant.

Wasn't impressed. To much hype!

Amazing food, service and atmosphere.

This is a must have every time we visit Vegas! Steaks and sauces are phenomenal. Drinks are good and wait staff is very attentive. One friend had dietary restrictions and they were able to accommodate her.

Great food and ambiance. Would come back for a nice dinner and experience!

Was surprised when the highly touted brisket (said it was one of the favorite things on the menu) was brought out to be carved for one guest. (They said it was for two, but would feed one hungry person) IT WAS HUGE, more for 6 people. They walked away from the table to carve it somewhere else. We were shocked and surprised when it came back to the guest as 6 slices... what did they do with the rest of the thing? Or was it just for show? I was good, but no better than any bbq place. And it was very expensive. Thank g-d they didn't pack the rest of it in a to-go bag.

Service was slow, not what you would expect for 1000+ dollar meal.

Food and drinks were fantastic, had a great time.
