Jean Georges Steakhouse - ARIA
JG Steak Sauce
Chilean Sea Bass
Mushrooms, Miso and Yuzu
Black Truffle Mac & Cheese
Definitely one of the best steakhouses in the country.
This is my third time eating here. It's always a wonderful meal and overall experience.
Also a very reasonable wine list.
This restaurant is ABSURDLY over priced, mainly because they can get away with it! The food itself was just ok, at BEST, and for that price the food should have been so much better. The service however, was REALLY GOOD, had no problem tipping him well. For reference, 4 people had:
1 glass of red wine
4 starters (salads)
Total was $650
Just know before you go!!
Was great... highly recommend the bass and/or halibut
The food was, as expected for a steakhouse of this caliber, good. The service was not. The staff tried but just weren’t firing on all cylinders. Many details were missed and mistakes made. Failed to accommodate a GF guest. The experience would be similar to a good Applebys. Not bad, but not the polish you expect from a $$$ steakhouse.
Everything was fantastic from the service to the food. The bone marrow is awesome in presentation and delicious. the F1 steaks are the way to go. Far above your average steakhouse.
Porterhouse and individual filet were perfect amount for 4 with sides.
Cheesecake was excellent
Loved the sea bass
Dissapointed. Steak was dry. Asparagus was cold so sent back. Steak served with peppers next to it which was not listed on menu. My husband is very allergic so was close call. Cocktails marginal. Skip it and go to CUT or Voodoo Steak or Prime. Pretty much anywhere else is better. Skipped even trying dessert. Went down to the Patisserie instead. Didn't even have a manager touch base after issues...and saw several standing around on Main floor area watching.
Over priced food that wasn’t really that great. Small portions.
The food was very good and the bread and dessert were standouts
Our main problem was with service We had 2 or 3 different ones waiting on us and it took forever to get our check We understand the employee crunch so we tried to be patient
The meal was amazing from the drinks, appetizers to steaks. Service also outstanding! Classic steakhouse feel. 5* all around!!!
Not good at all..To pay 500$ in this restaurant...awfull
Shawn was amazing - such an asset to your company!!
1st time here and we will be back ❤️
Wonderful lamb, sea bass!
Superbly cooked meal. Noise level perfect so all could hear one another easily. Great service. The wait to be seated was a bit long.
I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and it was my go to spot and the last few times have been just average. Too many options in Vegas to be just average.
It’s all good!
Jerry the GM is amazing!
Porterhouse for two, desserts, service all excellent.
Poor service from the hostess.
Love this place!!!!
Best dinner I’ve ever had in Las Vegas. Will always be on the list to go to every time we are there.
Love it ❤️ even met a celeb 😹
Beautiful atmosphere & delicious sides!!! The sautéed mushrooms and the mac&cheese were our favorites! Definitely also get the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer!
Bad service long waiting times for a steak 45 mins
Bad service started when half of our group arrived, the hostess name is Sonja, she told us they will check us in when 100% of our group get there, 15 mins later 90% arrived and only one couple is running late because their flight got delayed, we asked the hostess is it okay we could go in because the other two people in the group is running late, she said No, it have to be 100%. We were all hungry, all just checked into our hotel, and we all have a show to be at after dinner. We don’t understand if hostess is being mean to us or if that’s a strict rule from the restaurant. I understand if half or less than half of the group is not there. We been to so many restaurants and most of them will check you in if most of your group is there but not 100%. We got more frustrated when our group finally has everyone there, the hostess still took another 20 minutes to take us to our table. The table of 8 was already setup since the beginning but they won’t serve 6 of us first and made us waited outside the restaurant for over an hour because two of our friends got there late because their flight got delayed. The server never pay any attention to our table, after he took our orders, he never came back to give us more water or take our drinks orders. I can’t believe a nice upscale restaurant like this one would give bad service.
Wagyu New York Strip was great. The service was terrible. You don't expect slow bad service from a high cost restaurant in Las Vegas. Worst service we had in Vegas at any restaurant we have visited. Just so surprised it was that bad. I'm not one to post reviews ever, but this was such surprisingly bad service in Vegas I had to note it.
I'll always go back
I really wanted to love Jean Georges. The food was mostly excellent, although the service was spotty. Delays in clearing plates and filling wine - slightly over-cooked Kobe steak at $65 an ounce without a server around to discuss it. Once I was able to flag the server down, I was told that with the marbling I wouldn’t see much red in A5 at medium rare. I later learned this is not true. It still tasted good at medium well, but I’m a little disappointed. Overall still glad we went, but at $350 a head +, I would expect better attention, especially when competing against other steakhouses in town. SW and Bavette’s, for example both out-perform on service for a similar or lesser spend with similar food quality.
Highly recommend! Very friendly staff! And the food was amazing! New fav restaurant!
Jean Georges is mine and my husband’s favorite restaurant. The food is absolutely outstanding and the service is exceptional. I had the rib-eye cap and my husband had the filet. Both were cooked to perfection! Our favorite side dish (lobster Mac and cheese) was no longer on the menu, but the chef made it for us at the waiter’s request. This restaurant is a must try for steak lovers.
Excellent food and service.
Great service. Wonderful experience. Loved the margarita that the server recommended.
I was overall happy. Could use some fine tuning on some areas that I listed a 4 on such as price and taste in food but still pretty spot on.
Was kind of disappointed to return and find the Tomahawk chop was now a Tom chop. What happened to that huge beautiful steak? Also the sides are now for an individual. I’m not saying the steak wasn’t tasty, but the show stopper isn’t amazing anymore. I’ve raves about your steaks to everyone for several years. I hope you go back to the real Tomahawk and sides that are shareable.
We were excited to dine here, but we were disappointed. Our appetizer didn't come out. The waiter thought we canceled it because someone said they were allergic to shellfish. He apologized and brought it out complimentary after all of the food arrived, and the oysters were actually very good, but it would have been better to have them before our steaks. I had a filet, and it was very tough. Another person at our table ordered a bone-in ribeye and was brought a filet; so he didn't get to start eating with the rest of us since they had to cook the steak he actually ordered. His ribeye was also tough. There were just enough things wrong with our meals and service that they warrant three stars.
Unbelievable food! It was delicious. But should any steak cost $195? My $20 glass of wine costs $39 a bottle. I felt price gouged!
Steaks where wonderful , hamburger was raw
Service was fast but then became a 3 hour dinner for 4 people
