We were a party of eight, everything was excellent on the food level except that at 8:30 on a Saturday night they were sold out of the bone in New York. Two people in the group ordered a different steak which came out totally overcooked, not acceptable for a steakhouse

We we're seated early and altho not very busy the noise level was such that one could not here the wait staff discuss the menu. When asked if the $110 Lobster could be grilled the answer was yes, upon presentation it was not. The truffle mac n cheese was sent back, tasted like cardboard with saw dust shavings. The drink orders were assumed and delivered without validation. The service was patronizing. A table of four seated near to us simply got up and left after the server stood at their table for five minutes discussing his personal purpose in life. If you are going to spend the money this is not where you want to be having dinner. There are plenty of options to choose from in Las Vegas. In the future we will stick with our well established favorites, proven restaurants that have withstood the test of time that are well worth the price. This place won't make the cut.

Outstanding steak! Perfect cocktails, and great wine list. Can’t wait to come back. Pricy but outstanding.

High quality food with good selection. I have dined here before and really enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately this time our waiter brought us the bill without even asking if my guests (7 total) desired coffee, tea, dessert, after dinner drink, etc. Hence the low rating in service. I did not have the same experience last time.

Amazing! We were in Vegas to see Britney Spears over the New Year's Even weekend of 2017. We made reservations, and despite being extremely busy, we were seated only five minutes late; not bad at all.

Great wine list. I loved the Napa Cab Blend. It was perfect.

The sushi appetizer was yummy and perfect to start. We had a full day, so our late reservation meant we ate on the light side with great beet salad and wedge salad. Soup? My oh my, the butternut squash soup was divine and the presentation was perfect. The mushrooms were the perfect compliment to the dish.

We easily made friends with our fellow diners and their steaks smelled amazing and the taste- PERFECTION (according to their tableside reviews).

Service was prompt, but not pushy. Attentive to every need and very polite, kind and engaging.

I would make this a stop for a special night in Vegas and I would come more hungry and less tired on the next trip.

Had dinner with my wife.
Great steaks.
Not so great grilled octopus for appetizer.
So so for creamed spinach.
Great choice for black truffle mac & cheese.

Beautiful steakhouse. My 8 oz filet was cooked perfectly and I had it topped with blue cheese crust. The bread and butter was outstanding. Craving it now! The calamari was very crunchy and tasty with its side sauce. The beef carpaccio was not like your average just because of the way it was served. Although, it was a pretty presentation and still very flavorful. The mashed potatoe was creamy, delicious, but slightly salty. I still enjoyed it with my filet. DO NOT ORDER THE CREAMED SPINACH!!! I always order creamed spinach when I go to a steakhouse, and this was by far the most flavorless and unedible. Overall, good experience and I would recommend it to others.

In a city with many great steak houses, Jean Georges disappoints. Specifically, their signature 18 ounce bone in rib eye (used in all of their promotional pictures) was thin, not juicy and generally unremarkable for the $72 price tag. Their filet and NY Strip were tasty and excellent. But the consensus of 3 in our party of 6 that ordered the Rib Eye was that it was severely lacking.

Six hundred dollars, dinner for two with wine. Seated next to waiters station. Average to below average service. Average food. Don't waste your time or your money. Find another place to go for a high end dinner.

This was the top highlight of my trip to Vegas. The food (octopus, scallops, Wagu filet, salted baked potatoes, and (wait for it)—hot apple pie with cinnamon ice cream, was all perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious.

Service was flawlessly executed. I was dinning by myself and don’t drink alcohol but the staff treated me like a VIP all night long.

I Highly recommend Jean Georges Steakhouse!

This restaurant should be viewed as Destination Dining, Dinner and Show. It is wildly expensive. The noise level detracted from the rest of the experience, meaning the music was too loud. The wait team was attentive but had to be asked 3 times for a couple of things, they were just spread too thin. I thought it was also a detraction that a photographer was roaming and trying to shake you down for another $100. I know that is Vegas old school but when you are spending $500 for dinner for two it is unwelcome. The food was creatively presented and delicious. The wine list is extensive.

It was a Good experience and the staff was nice enough. I just expected a little more. The steak was a bit salty as was the asparagus and sea bass. My sons steak had to be remade and my sons burger was ok. Maybe we are spoiled as we ate at Herringbone the week before and it was dynamite.

We had high expectations for this place but were sadly disappointed. The evening started out well - the restaurant was gorgeous and the servers seemed very friendly and professional. We ordered cocktails (which were excellent) and opted for the tasting menu to try multiple items. The caviar course was a perfect treat of caviar and toast. The foie gras course was also very good. The beet salad however was terrible - bitter frisee, mushy beats, vinegar, and chunks of salt - there was nothing creamy such as goat cheese to cut the vinegar and salt. The salmon course was good, although a bit small and nothing special. Then came the steak course, which was requested as medium rare to make sure the meat was moist. The steak came out a burnt crisp covered in salt. The sides (sweet potato and cabbage?) were sour and tasted terrible. We tried cutting off what pink parts of the meat we could find, but most of the steak was so overcooked it was inedible. The server saw we did not enjoy our steaks and offered to bring new ones, but we declined. And then the service changed tone. We wanted to add coffee with our dessert but were not given the opportunity. The server brought out the bill and said that they would make up the poor quality steak the next time we visited. Right! With hundreds of high quality steakhouses in Vegas there is no way we were return to one that so badly missed the mark on getting steak right. Also, most high end restaurants will offer an amuse bouche, intermezzo, and/or parting treats with their tasting menus. JG offered absolutely nothing extra, and the meal was way overpriced for the quality.

My wife and I enjoyed dinner at Jean Georges, Las Vegas as we were in town for three days and nights of fun! The restaurant did not disappoint. Server Rachel and assistant Ramone were very attentive and seemed genuinely pleased that we were their "clients" for dinner that evening. The food was very good - steaks, grilled asparagus, and delicious hot bread loaf! I would say that the price of the meal was a little startling but it was also very good. I'm not sure we will return because of the price as we have had equally good steaks for less at other Vegas steakhouses.
