The atmosphere was loud and not very private. We sat what felt like a foot away from the table next to us and it was not an intimate dining experience as we had hoped. The food was good, however my steak was over cooked the first time. The server was very gracious and quick at getting me a new steak and it was done properly the 2nd time. I expected a lot more overall but the food was good.

This was our second time eating here. The first time was on Christmas. We could not wait to come back. On Valentine’s Day we were extremely disappointed. It was very rushed, not relaxing at all. Our steaks were well done. We ordered both medium. I don’t ever write these complaints, but I feel like with all the competition out there, you have to keep it consistent.

Always have a steak dinner in Vegas and have never been disappointed...until now. Service was extremely slow, being seated a decent amount after our reservation time (when there were many tables empty and ready to go). Then the food took an exceptional amount of time to get to the table - at this point we were starving to much that we just ate the overcooked (ordered medium rare as suggested) aged new york strips we all ordered as we didn't feel like waiting another 45 minutes.

Just not worth it with so many other options on the strip.

The prices are too high and The restaurant is not for this. The food is just ok; The meat does not a flavor, but The salad is ok.
It is too dark and noisy.
The wine list is so expansive!!!!

This was our 2nd visit to this restaurant. Last time we visited was in 2014 and food, service, ambience was 5 star. This time tough, we were let down by the experience. Food wasn't as impressive. I ordered salmon, it was not so flavorful and the dressing with it was not enough to give it flavor. We ordered a side of mashed potatoes, which was too salty. Also service was not up to mark to justify a $700 check. Our wine and water glasses were not filled on time. We had to ask for water and self service wine almost every single time we needed a refill. Not a great experience to go back again.

Great job

My business partners and I meet in Las Vegas once a year. We try to schedule a meal of impeccable quality and atmosphere.

Tonight was no exception; the food was sublime and all enjoyed our time.

We will return.

Very poor experience. We were seated over 45 minutes late and at a terrible seat near the waiters station. We ordered drinks that took over 40 minutes to get. We had to ask 3 times for them.
Our appetizers came and they were ok but they forgot one and again we were now there for well over and hour and a half asked for a 2nd drink and still could not even get our waiters attention. We called the manager over and finally he got us a round.
We ordered the two most expensive steaks they had for 3 people and at the 2.5 hour mark we were now again waiting for a drink had no food on the table a missing appetizer and had to ask about the steaks. They said it was on the way. 20 minutes later no steak. At that point I asked for the manager again. Said we’d pay for what we ate and drank but we wasted our night here didn’t get our steaks, barely got drinks and the service was awful. I’ve been to most of the top restaurants in Vegas, I’ll never go here or recommend it to anyone.

Over cooked steak, at $75 for a cut there is no room for anything but perfect. Wait staff was excellent but the food made the entire experience suffer. I won’t return and wouldn’t reccomend it.

The waiters were very pleasant. I sat in the back and did not feel uncomfortable at all. The wine was horribly over priced. The music was loud and the food was not all that great. My 8 oz steak looked more like 5 or 6. It was dry and wasn't that great. The potato was boring. It was big but that was all. The bread was fair. I ordered no desert because I just wanted out of there. If you do not care about flavor of your food and have money to waste, this is your place. I recommend going elsewhere.

We graded the petite filet’s 8 to 8 1/2 out of 10, the veal milanese an 8 1/2 and it would’ve had a 9 1/2 had it not been so salty and the foi gras the best we’ve had – – a 10

Wonderful food, atmosphere, and service. The grass fed filet was an absolute delight and cooked to perfection. TheTrumpet mushrooms and asparagus were seasoned to perfection and perfectly al dents. Truffle mash was extremely creamy and wonderfully flavorful. All sides were more than ample and would have been sizable enough to split. This will be our Vegas steakhouse every time we come to the strip. Aria is the place for food!

Been dining in Las Vegas on business trips for over 30 years so I'm pretty familiar with what to expect. I found the waiter at Jean Georges to be a bit pretentious, the food was only fair, and the prices actually made my guests feel afraid to order what they normally would. Definitely my first and last time to that restaurant.

I went for the A5 Kobe but was disappointed by the service. Probably the reason for the mediocre review. The kobe melted in our mouth though very fatty, I guess it’s supposed to be. Our main waiter was conceited and dismissive and though we had 2 waiters we still had to wait too long to order a drink or ask a question. Wouldn’t go back.

Great looking restaurant with good food and attentive service. Unfortunately, the aggressive upselling by our waitress turned off our large group. She regularly under-characterized portion sizes for starters and sides, and made a very hard push towards the most expensive items on the menu. After being thoroughly gouged, we will not be returning. It's a shame given many other positive aspects about this restaurant.

The meat was NOT "Prime" --- the best part of our evening was our guests, the bread and butter, the mash potatoes, and the drinks. The quality of the ribeye, lamb and filet mignon is very, very poor. We wish we would have gone elsewhere!

The ambiance and food are exquisite. The manager Gerdy and our servers made it a memorable experience. The Tristan lobster, 42 oz. Tomahawk, Du Mol Wine, couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I was really looking forward to trying this steakhouse. I originally had reservations at Prime in Bellagio, which I know is great, but while strolling through Aria saw Jean Georges and figured I'd try it. Mistake!

Firstly, let me say the service was excellent. No complaints there. We ordered the Wagyu Tomahawk, which was supposed to feed 3. It was about a $240 steak. When they brought it to the table and cut it tableside, there were literally 3 slices of edible steak and the rest was pure fat (not marbled meat). We called the manager over, who was very nice and he agreed and ordered us two more steaks of our choice. We ordered a filet and a strip. These came out and they were tasteless. They were not rested and apparently cooked cold.

Again, we called the manager over and explained the situation and again, he was nice and poured us a complementary scotch.

Bottom line, the meal was sub par and all we wanted was a great steak. I think that they should have comped the whole meal under the circumstances. In the very least they should have removed the $240 steak from the bill.

This meal was everything that I wanted it to be
From the beginning imbibing on a perfectly prepared dirty martini with Belvedere to the introduction of wagu beef tartare
Rib eye on he bone was prepared perfectly on introduction of pittsburgh rare instruction and others had wagu filet mug on accompanied by black truffle macaroni and cheese and trumpet mushrooms
A delicious old dhafer vineyards Cabernet was nirvana
Dessert was deferred but I enjoyed something I never have: tableside smoked knob creek bourbon—wow
A truly special meal deserving of its fame

We were a party of eight, everything was excellent on the food level except that at 8:30 on a Saturday night they were sold out of the bone in New York. Two people in the group ordered a different steak which came out totally overcooked, not acceptable for a steakhouse

We we're seated early and altho not very busy the noise level was such that one could not here the wait staff discuss the menu. When asked if the $110 Lobster could be grilled the answer was yes, upon presentation it was not. The truffle mac n cheese was sent back, tasted like cardboard with saw dust shavings. The drink orders were assumed and delivered without validation. The service was patronizing. A table of four seated near to us simply got up and left after the server stood at their table for five minutes discussing his personal purpose in life. If you are going to spend the money this is not where you want to be having dinner. There are plenty of options to choose from in Las Vegas. In the future we will stick with our well established favorites, proven restaurants that have withstood the test of time that are well worth the price. This place won't make the cut.
