JCT Kitchen and Bar
I loooooved the table rolls with honey butter! The collard greens were definitely my 2nd favorite dish. Nice atmosphere for sure, but hard af to get an uber to pick you up because they don’t show up on the map.
Sunday service is always the best. Food, service and music is stellar. It's great for a date night or time with friends. Take someone you love and head to JCT.
Everyone was nice and helpful and the food was great.
As always, the food was outstanding! However, for the first time ever, the service was very bad. The waitress was not pleasant, no smile, no welcome to JCT, nothing. Forgot to bring items to us, Never came back to the table to see if we needed anything (we had to flag her down to get additional drinks, etc) and left out part of our meal from the doggie bag.
Shanea our server was GREAT! She made the experience fun and enjoyable. The food was fantastic and I love the way you have designed the menu option, it's a great idea to set the starters and desserts for brunch. So good! Everything was cooked perfectly and it was delicious! Thanks for another great meal experience!
Great evening ! Will return. Food, wine and service top shelf!
Amazing restaurant! Great experience, even for our 9 year old! Food is soooo spectacular!
Food and service was excellent!
Our fried chicken was delicious and so were all of our sides. We had the carrots, mac and cheese and the brussel sprouts. We had the ice cream for dessert that was the best ice cream I have had in a very long time. Great night and wonderful restaurant.
Hits and misses. Deviled eggs and cod sandwich were both good, but they brought one of us the wrong entree and by the time it was corrected the other had finished. They offered a free dessert for the screw up so we ordered one since it was also a bday celebration. Bday was noted in reso and mentioned to server, but there was no acknowledgement of the birthday whatsoever. The server said they comped the late entree when he dropped the check (as they should have) but they charged us for the dessert. I guess they figured that was good enough, but we were left to question if we should have paid for a dessert that we wouldn’t have ordered had it not been offered, especially since they couldn’t even stick a candle in it.
Service was so slow
It’s one of my favorite restaurants in ATL—food is always seasonal, fresh and consistently really great. Fun vibe of old/young diverse clientele. Cocktails are awesome and the wine selection is superb.
Fantastic food, great atmosphere, and phenomenal service!
Amazing food, service and ambiance!
We were a party of 4,catching up after being apart for a year or so and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our server was charming and gracious. We never felt rushed. Our lunches were delicious. I can't wait to go again!
The food was amazing. Our server Shana was awesome and made our date night a hit. Thanks for the sweet treat after dinner.
Good food. Was looking for a quieter evening for good conversation. Music was too loud for that. We decided to go somewhere else for dessert because it was too loud.
Love the Sunday Supper every time! Fried chicken never disappoints but was also impressed by the ox-tail.
Excellent service and great Sunday dinner.
Excellent food and service.
I love the restaurant, however the brunch menu isn’t a good value and our selection was surprisingly below average. The area has a number of really good breakfast/ brunch options (e.g. West Egg), so it was shocking that JCT didn’t do a better job at putting together a quality brunch menu. The menu will have to be reworked to even be on par with competitors in the area. We went expecting a great brunch and unfortunately had an underwhelming experience. Considering the ownership and their reputation, I’m sure in time they’ll get it right.
DELICOUS AND GREAT SERVICE EVEN WHEN OUR FOOD WAS LATE, THEY TOOK CARE OF US
Such a great brunch for our family! Make it so easy with the preset menu sort of brunch... variety of items and they all tasted amazing.
The food was decent, but the drinks were not wonderful. I had to send my “Mercy Me” cocktail back. The service was slow at times. Our leftovers bag was incomplete. They left out our Mac n cheese...the one major thing we were looking forward to the next day.
Great food wine and service on a busy day after Valentine’s Day night. Server Casey was outstanding.
The food was exquisite. Been there many times. It was superb this time. Ashely, our server was excellent. And experience.
Traditional farm-to-table restaurant. Food was very fresh. Rolls were to die for. I ordered the pork and my husband ordered the lamb shank. Mine was good but not as tender as I expected and my husband said his was excellent. Sides were really good, fingerling potatoes and carrots. The ambience was okay as the seating reminded me of being in Europe with how close some of the tables are, including ours. Our server was outstanding and everyone else we encountered.
We liked it so much that we went back a week later. One of the best places for fried chicken I’ve found in Atlanta. Wait staff all very attentive and professional. It took me a while to try JCT, but it’s now one of my Atlanta favorites.
Perfect spot for friends of over 30 years to catch up! Great service, food and atmosphere.
We really enjoyed our Valentine's Day experience at JCT. The food was great, our wine pairings were delicious, our server informed us that the menu was special for the holiday and that we were in for a treat. She was definitely correct, overall great experience.
The cuisine was absolutely amazing. Very impressive. Outstanding service from our hostess to our server to the entire team. Highly recommend and will definitely re visit
Valentine’s Day dinner.
Went for Valentine's Day. The food was ridiculously overpriced.
Valentine’s Day special menu
Valentines dinner celebrating our engagement anniversary.
We attended on Valentines Day and were restricted to a special Valentines menu. Service personnel were welcoming and responsive. The crab appetizers were excellent as were the salads. The entrees were disappointing. The roasted lamb shank was dry and tasteless. The short rib was better but fatty and not a quality cut. For the price the meal was low on value. We have had better from an earlier visit and a regular menu, but Valentines Day was a disappointment.
Great food! Friendly staff! A tad bit expensive for the amount of food you receive but that comes with every place. Would definitely come back on a day that has the regular menu!
Was very pleased with Sunday Supper and would definitely go again and recommend to others. Our first time there and we will be back:
Not impressed. We had several people tell me to eat here. I had my husband and 3 adult children on Sunday. At 2:00 we got there and all we had was a brunch menu. Very limited. I had the quiche , one son had the $19 salad, my husband had the pot roast and poached eggs. All of it was sub par food. I was very disappointed for the cost of the food. We were sitting very close to strangers. I immediately wanted to leave but plaudits children did not want to be embarrassed. Sorry we were not happy and left hungry
