Gorgeous and glamorous restaurant with amazing service and food and drinks!
Everything went well and glad the host could sit us down 30 min before our reservation. I'll be back.
Like nothing else in Miami- food, service, entertainment- world class.
This place, while beautiful, has lost its edge. The food is average, the service poor, and the prices are crazy (the wine list is so overpriced it’s funny). It seems like instead of a fine dining establishment, they have gotten lazy and now just cater to first dates and tourists. Sad...
Love the device, space, ambiance and brunch! Food was good too!
One of the best dinners of my life. Hostesses were accommodating, service was wonderful and food to die for. Entertainment and ambiance is truly one of a kind. can’t wait to come back.
They didn’t allow us to see the show they want you to order all the good in ones appetizer entrees and drinks!!!
Great Saturday evening @ Jaya. Diverse menu. Loved the Peking Duck
Food was good but the service was really really really really really really bad
We made reservations, well in advance, for 8:30pm on a Friday night, upon arrival they told us it would be another 30 mins even with reservations. Checked back in at 9pm and they said it would be another 20 mins, that people who made reservations for 8:15 still haven’t gotten a table. We finally got sat around 9:20 and the server took such a long time for our drink order and to deliver the drinks. We ended up leaving without eating because the service was extremely slow and unacceptable!
The live show and the atmosphere was great and that’s about it.
Food was cold and service was not the best. If you just want to go for drinks and a nice outdoor setting then this is it.
Just sat at the bar, had drinks and appetizers
Heard great things about Jaya. I had scallop/shrimp truffle dumplings & a lychee martini . Very tasty. But I came at the wrong time. Between lunch & dinner so I couldn’t try the full dinner menu. The ambiance is beautiful & serene. I recommend coming here for dinner to get the full experience.
Service is okay, food is okay. What makes this place is the vibe and beautiful setting.
We were not seated until 9:15 a full hour after our 8:15pm reservations. We Were sat at table that did not have a waiter or waitress. For 30 minutes no one came over. No one would respond to us. Finally ordered drinks and dinner got our first food at 10:15 - 2 hours after our reservation. Had to ask 3 times for someone to bring me my margarita that I ordered. The entire meal came and went and we left without me ever getting the very first drink I ordered. Wasn’t possible to get even water Or get drinks that we ordered. Service was so unbelievably unacceptable it was truly amazing. Many other angry tables as well. Food was very mediocre. Hands down the worst dining experience I have ever had in 40 years. Also no one that worked there that night remotely cared that things were so bad. Returning to Manhattan very disappointed that we wasted our special dinner with such a horrible experience.
Jaya at the Setia has such a unique sophisticated environment. The food is amazing and the cocktails are to die for! Our waiter was extremely nice and attentive! There is live entertainment during the evening with women eating fire, dancing and coming out of the ceiling on silk ropes. I highly recommend this restaurant as it is more than just fine dining it is an experience!
We had a wonderful anniversary dinner!
Second time to dine and enjoy the food, service and ambiance! Well done!
Food tasted authentic. Good options for vegetarians as well. Highly recommend Indian Thali platter
Absolutely phenomenal experience. Food was absolutely amazing. And the LIVE entertainment was spectacular
Amazing meal and show!! One of the most unique spaces for a resturant.
Surprised to see how busy the restaurant was. With DJ and life performances. Food was good. Not as spicy as it used to be.... Maybe next time we will need to request that. Our waiter was outstanding.
The ambience and aesthetics of the hotel and dining area was amazing. I was a little disappointed with the food. It wasn’t 5 star food.
We reserved 2 months prior to the date and we still had to wait over an hour for our table. The waiter did not know anything about the menu. We kept asking him questions and he could not give a proper answer. On top of that the music was so loud we could not hear ourselves talk. The ambiance is great but the value for the price is not worth it. The food was subpar but we did not get to try it properly because our waiter did not know the menu.
Lunch was so good, it was worth leaving the beautiful beach midday for a wonderful lunch
Our experience at Jaya was absolutely amazing. Jaya is pricey, but it's worth every penny. The drinks, food, and ambiance make the experience totally worth every penny.
Birthday, very noisy. Not a lot of masks on guests.
The food was spectacular. The service was ambivalent and disinterested.
First off, the hostess had an attitude when I walked in. I had requested an outside table and was told the wait would at least be 30 mins or more. I opted to sit inside. I was sitting for 25 mins and the waitress did not come up to my table and when she did, she said “how may I help you?” The service is horrible and the manager did not do anything about it. I would not recommend this restaurant.
