Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available.     We enjoy Javiers multiple times a year and its always a 10/10 experience we got there before our reservation time and got a really good position at a booth in the bar and were able to stay there and our early dinner. Our waitress had great drink recommendations and she was very personable, even the busser was chatting and extremely pleasant(which is no surprise) especially at a high end restaurant like Javiers. The food is to die for. Our personal favorite on the entire planet.

    Our reservation wasn’t honored. Not even a check-in from a Manager. Sat us 40 minutes late, crappy table. A drunk and his group were trying to sit there, and they left the waitress to (not) deal with it. Then the drunk and his friends sat next to us and harassed us. I’ve loved Javier’s in the past, but this was an awful experience. Vegas doesn’t care, they got paid. The waitress tried to salvage the night, and she did her best. But the food was slow, just a terrible meal for that money.

    I enjoyed the food and our server was good but we had a 6:00 reservation and did not get seated until after 6:30 which forced us to rush for a show. The upfront staff could have done a better job managing tables

    The food taste is guaranteed, visit Javier’s is a must every time we’re in Vegas. Also, Israel es an amazing manager, a lot of the weight for make the decision to go to Javier’s is due to him service. Awesome place.
