Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications. This used to be my favorite restaurant in favorite and one of my go-tos. I made a reservation to celebrate our anniversary 2-months in advance, requested the bar area as its quieter, and day off it was a disaster. For context, this was our 8th time here and the first time being treated like a number and not cared about. They were behind our reservation time by 40 minutes. Sat in an area where there was sensory overload loudness due to multiple parties, and had to leave due to PTS and unable to accommodate multiple requests to move. Hostesses were unkind. Fellow diners stared as I had a meltdown which was embarrassing. Suffice to say, will be a while before I return. Or if I do, will be right when they open and for bar service.

This is one of our favorite places to eat in Vegas. The Chicken fajitas are out of this world. the Jalapeño margarita is the way to go!! Been there tons of times and will be back.

Wonderful food. It is probably the best take on upscale Mexican we’ve ever had. The seafood options are a must. Service was incredible. A little loud and a bit pricey, but I guess that’s Vegas baby.

En general estuvo bien muy buen servicio pero entiendo que es un restaurante mexicano deberían preguntar a los comensales si comen picante o ofrecer grados de picor ya no todos disfrutamos del picante igual !!!
