Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available.     This is my favorite place when i come to Vegas and we were so late getting sat that it was very irritating :(. BUT food & service were great !

    I've been to many of the locations, and all of them have been great. The only location that it's hard to have a conversation was the Century city/LA location. Other than that, the food, service, and decor have been consistently great.

    Had a 7:00pm reservation. Checked in a 6:50pm Finally got seated at 7:30pm Not worth the wait…period.

    I had a great experience the server was really nice and helpful. They even brought out a free birthday desert for my mom and I. One of the best Javier’s experiences I’ve had so far. Thank you

    Javier’s was a fantastic experience. I ordered the cucumber (pepino) margarita which was very very good. The chips and salsa had great flavor. Carnitas also had amazing taste. Overall the meal was excellent but I would say slightly overpriced.

    The guacamole is incredible! Maybe the best I’ve ever had. I had the shrimp and crab enchiladas and my husband had the chicken enchiladas. Everything was delicious. Their tortilla chips are perfection.

    Reservation at 8pm. Checked in multiple times. Said they would text me even though I was standing right there. Text never came through. When I checked in they said I was seated already. Finally got seated at 8:45pm no waiter for 15+ minutes until I asked a manager. Rest was busy but 15+ minutes. Table of 5 and literally could not hear a conversation due to the loudness of the restaurant. Won't be back. Food is great but overpriced and when you charge that much I expect better overall experience.
