Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert.     Was a decent Mexican place at the Aria. We had the Javier margarita and it was not nearly as good as the price tag attached to it. It tasted like lime juice with a slice of an orange peel. It was disappointing on that side. The salad was decent, the salsa was ok but not authentic, was tomato sauce based which I was not expecting. The spinach enchiladas were the best thing we had. Visually this place was stunning, but the food over all was just good, nothing crazy.

    We always go to Javier’s when we are in Vegas. Never a disappointment. Food is amazing. Never had a bad dish. If you haven’t tried it; go. You won’t regret it. Just make sure you have reservations!!!

    I have been going to Javier’s for 25 years. (Since their first spot in Laguna Beach.) I order the same thing every time - Crab Enchiladas. They never disappoint. It’s odd that the beans and rice are not included anymore. They need to be ordered separately now. Was disappointed yesterday at Javier’s Las Vegas because the chips were ice very cold😓 The salsa, as usual, was delicious, but would have preferred hot chips. Margarita was yummy.

    We go here every time we visit Las Vegas. Service is always great. Food is delicious. Have never had anything we did not love. You can dress up or dress casual. Make reservations in advance to ensure you get in.

    We eat at Javier every Vegas trip! Our favorite dish is the steak chopped salad - the absolute best and can’t be replicated at home.
