Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications. Poor restaurant management. We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation time that we booked 90 days ago. Once finally seated, it took the waiter 15minutes to even come over and say hello. He only came over one time after that to collect our plates. Been near the restaurant 20 times before and by far the worst service ever. We will not be going back anytime soon and they need staff turnover to make it better as no one seemed to care about the customers needs.

Excellent experience as always! Food service and drinks are over the top good. We make reservations weeks to months in advance to ensure we get a table on our trips to Vegas. Never disappoints.

The food was great, but it was more like a nightclub way too lot of music couldn’t really have a conversation. Definitely not the romantic scene for sure.

It was excellent. We were in a hurry and they accommodated our schedule. Food was amazing, tequila was on point( Dame Mas extra anejo).My favorite Mexican food anywhere!!
