Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert.     Been to Javier’s many times and this is the first time they changed me separately for rice and beans. Normally it comes with my enchiladas but I was billed additional $12.00 for rice and beans. I was never told it was no longer included and there would be a separate charge. We stopped ordering their $9.00 sodas and went with water to save money and now $12.00 for rice and beans. My wife and I had a $110.00 bill for enchiladas. This is absolutely robbery. We also made a reservation and still had to wait. And lastly it took 20 minutes just to get in the parking garage and if you stay over 3 hours then you also pay for parking as a local. As much as we like Javier’s we will not be back.

    Javier’s is our number one restaurant every time we go to Vegas! We have already made reservations for our next trip in September. The food, the service and the spicy Marg are the best! We’ve had Cesar a couple of times as our waiter, and when we say it’s good to see him again. He always says welcome back!

    Javier’s has the best steaks on the strip. I think people do not realize how good the food is. It’s better than Bavettes. One of my go to restaurants on the strip. I have to go every time I am in town. Highly recommend and the service is excellent.
