Jardin – Encore at Wynn Las Vegas Ratings and Reviews
Location the best. You can sit outside or inside. Staff accommodating. Healthy
menu, and also not so healthy.I had french toast with custard in the middle.
It was amazing.. Drinks unique lemon sawgrass, pomegranate
with or without liquor. I went for breakfast. I ate here last year for dinner.
It did not disappoint.
Bad service. Long wait for no good reason. Plenty of empty tables waiting to be cleaned up. Has happened before - seems chronically understaffed on purpose so servers can make more in tips. However given price point and how bad and snooty their service actually is they don’t deserve it. The place looks amazing as everything Wynn but if Steve Wynn actually experienced the place as I had the last two times I was there - he’d fire half the staff and start over. Had a brunch rezi, 35 min later not even a cup of coffee was sitting in front me. Had to get up and leave. Floor manager - must have been on break or totally oblivious. Hostesses- pretty but seemed incapable of sorting out basic cognitive functions. Waitress - who seemed to be 100 years old - was grumpy and rude. Altogether a huge letdown.
Ordered a side dish ( brocolini )to go with the lobster dish, it was woody & none consumable .
Mentioned to the wait staff to our table & it should not recommended again to other diners.
Our meal was presently enjoyable other than the green.
Also the music was way too loud & out of touch with its demographic of the clientele.
We stayed in town this Christmas and decided to go to Jardin for a Christmas brunch. It was crowded but we never waited long to be served. My husband and I both agreed the food was perfect, not like normal breakfast food. It wasn't greasy and it wasn't over or under seasoned. It was perfect.
My daughter got the hot chocolate and loved it, there was nothing left. She also had the 3 egg breakfast, the bacon was crisp to perfection. My husband had the Maine lobster Benedict and I went with the kale scramble with pain au chocolate( chocolate croissant).
Overall it was wonderful and all the fresh flowers were beautiful.
I would love to return and try dinner next!
This is more of a formal restaurant. Service was great. The have good vegetarian & vegan options that are clearly marked, & the staff are familiar with this. I had a seasonal mocktail, Mushroom Agnolotti (arugula, Pecornino cheese, roasted mushroom, Marsala glaze), & the vegan tapioca desert. This was more than enough food. This restaurant is at the Encore hotel (next to Wynn).
Food was great but our server disappeared and was never seen again. She must have been on break while we're over stuck with having to den for ourselves such as asking for water from other servers and whoever was there to help. The management needs to to these servers to at least let whoever it is that their serving that they'll away or wherever and whatever that choose to go that way the costumer isn't stuck with wondering and having fend for themselves.
Such a great place , great food, they pay attention to small details which makes for a great experience...management took care of a small situation that isn’t worth mentioning except that he took care of it fast and with a positive and pleasant attitude. Flower pot cake dessert and pork chop was excellent...thank you for the experience!
After days of rich Vegas food, was craving something fresh and light. Loved that out of 8 opentable reservations made during this week, Jardin was the only one that paid attention to my gluten sensitivity and took care of me with gluten free bread.
Had avocado toast and it was delightful! Creamy but light. Crunchy too! Awesome mix of textures and flavors.
The other item ordered was pizza with egg on it. Mmmm!! Crispy dough, creamy and a little bit of tang from cheese- Yum!!
Service was warm and top notch.
Great garden view.
Definitely a great choice before/after Esplanade shopping or spa!
Jardin was beautiful and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Our waiter, Dan, was incredible. One of our party is vegan and there were so many good options for her including house made vegan butter. The four of us ordered the Vegan scramble, pancakes, vegetable frittata, and the lobster eggs benedict. All of us loved our meal and would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Loved it!
Went here for breakfast. Would not do it again. Restaurant is very pleasing - nice atmosphere. But the food is supposed to be the main event. My eggs were just okay, but the hash browns were very suspect. Looked and tasted like pre-frozen tater tots. You know the type. The kind you get at fast food places. Bacon was good, wheat toast was quite hard - didn't seem fresh. My wife had pancakes that were very dry and dense, and extra syrup did not help. She did not eat much of them. Terrace Point Cafe is a much better choice for breakfast.
