Jan’s on the Beach is White Rock's newest seafood restaurant - fully renovated - with a new ocean view deck at a great location "on the strip".

We offer a "Seafood and more" menu inspired by the multicultural flavours of the Vancouver area, along with a full appetizer menu. All our dishes are made to order from scratch with fresh local ingredients.

We offer daily specials, and on occasion we'll put on wine pairing dinners for you to enjoy.

We also are open for Breakfast and Lunch, and have a Beach Favourites Menu with dishes such as "Fish Bites & Fries" and a tasty Calamari bowl.

Top it off with homemade desserts such as White Chocolate and Blueberry Creme Brule, or Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta with Grand Marnier Strawberries.

Always great food and a great atmosphere! The restaurant is very charming, warm, and inviting. Staff is always attentive and very friendly.

Had the opportunity to dine at Jan's with friends that had some food allergies. The food choices available to handle a Gluten Allergy were many. The Menu has options for almost any diet it would seem The preparation was of high quality and portions generous. Staff were attentive and helpful. It is a small venue but is set up to not feel cramped.

We ordered a three course special. Several options but we were both very happy with our meals. The server was attentive and helpful. We keep going back to this restaurant because of its consistency, creativity and quality.

Great food & so knowledgeable when dealing with food allergies/celiac. This is a regular place for us, I never have to worry about cross contamination.

The Halibut was first rate! Wish there were a few more vegetables and slightly less risotto but that is being quite particular. I’ll look forward to eating here again!

Excellent food and location. Service is good, and a lovely patio. The only negative was that one of the servers seemed a little abrupt in her mannerisms. Maybe just a bad day for her. It was my first time, so I will revisit

The service was very good. Friendly, quick and answered any questions we had. The focaccia bread and crab-artichoke dip for an appetizer was the perfect choice, as they were both super tasty. We also had a couple of the specials which were very tasty as well.
