Good food in a relaxed atmosphere, took Clients for a business lunch and had no negative feedback, would go back again.

The food was a little disappointing and the service was fairly disjointed. I've had better lunches there.

I had the warm goats cheese salad with some chicken breast. It was nice and well presented. The problem was our server. She looked like she didn't want to be there and perhaps the job was beneath her. It made me feel like we were a bother to her. She did the customary how is your food but before we could answer she was off! My client noticed too, so it wasn't just me. It's a shame as otherwise it would have been great. She is in the wrong job.

Only just discovered this place, although it is very close to work. My colleague and I had burgers - he chicken, I beef, both washed down with a pint of stout. Both were very good and came with a sizeable portion of chips. Not exactly haut cuisine, but a perfectly good lunch for a reasonable price.

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing visit to Jamie's, Creechurch Lane.
The restaurant was not busy, but we still had a lengthy wait for two sandwiches and some cocktail sausages. When they eventually arrived, the bread on the sandwiches was very dry. The sausages were also over-cooked and stuck together in the bowl.
On the positive side the staff were friendly and helpful, but I would not rush back.

Superb service from the staff and the food wasn't bad at all, but I wouldn't recommend it for dinner.
Crucially by 7 o clock the music was so loud that we shouted our way through the whole meal.
Definitely better for a few drinks. There was a good atmosphere but not for quite dinning.

A very generic City wine bar experience. Very busy so the ambience is good.

Quite diappointed with Jamie's. The wine list is unexceptional and the food menu lacks any originality and is quite limited.I had the fisha dn chips which was very average. The service isn't particularly attentive and I think there are many better independents scattered around the City. Have no real desire to go back, other than for the sake of convenience.

Not easy to have a business conversation as it can get quite noisy.

I went for lunch at Jamies' and found the service to be very ordinary, and the food not much better. The waitress asked us all our drink orders a couple of times, acting very confused (even though they were very straightforward orders!) and then brought us the wrong drinks. My friend asked specific questions about her lunch order (regarding the size of it) and the waitress' answer was completely wrong.

Halfway through our meal the restaurant filled up completely and it turned into a very loud, crowded place full of wine-chugging businessmen.

Not recommended if you want to a) get what you ordered or b) actually enjoy talking with your friends. Note i went on a Thursday lunchtime.

Jamie's at Creechurch Lane has a great little quick turnaround restaurant at the far end, perfect for laid back lunches with clients or colleagues. The cold and hot food are as good as each other and the portions are large - no starters necessary!

The staff were friendly and attentive and the bill for 4 people was very reasonable indeed. We will return.

I met with two old friends and really enjoyed the experience. I have used Jamie's many times before and would definitely go back. The food and ambience was very good but the service was outstanding.

Food and wine recommendations all lovely. Massive shame about the unsmiling ladies that served us though. It was quite distracting and I would not have left a tip if it wasn't already added to the bill.

jamies, is a fair restaurant for a quick lunch. the menu is too over priced but a meal each with one tap water and a juice came to £30 so I wouldn't rush back. service was fair at lunch time.
