We were very disappointed on our visit. They only had two Paella’s but one we had to wait 45 minutes for and the other had rabbit. The tapas we had very ordinary, small and pricey.

Fantastic food. Had one of the best Cuba libres ever. Even got a complimentary dish from the chef.

Just amazing food. Our server was also really nice.

Great place to celebrate any occasion.

We had the chef's tasting menu with the wine pairings. At times they seemed to be out of synch. The first wine arrived long before any food showed up. Later we were served another course and the wine didn't show up until we were almost done with that course of food. The one course that made almost no sense was the small burger. It was about 1-1/2 inches across, but about three inches tall (mostly bread height), the taste wasn't that great and it was paired with a wine that left a very bitter after-taste. The other courses were much better, but I wouldn't say that any of them were great. Portions were also odd, some of the tapas dishes seemed very large.

I really enjoyed Jaleo in 2016 and 2017.

Something has happened with the food quality over the past 6 months (fish wasn't all the way cooked through), and not it a good way.

Sorry

Always fantastic! Sit at the bar and order until you can’t eat any more! Get a Clara and some good Spanish wine.

Our eats:
Gin and Tonic, Sangria
Salmon cones, twice
Tasting menu with wine pairings

Cocktails were fantastic, tasting menu was worth every penny. Each course was well executed, flavorful, and the correct portion size.
Service was great, attentive, and informed. Value was the big takeaway... great price for a dinner of that quality.

Salmon cones... bakers dozen please! Paella was perfect. Gambas con ajo.... wowed the whole table. Hamon! We wanted to end the meal with churros... but they don’t make them there... but they do downstairs at China Pablano... and they hooked us up. Had dessert at Jaleo and then churros downstairs compliments of the restaurant.
Will return. Definitely go here.

Terrific all around...definitely will go back again. Just be warned that it is a happy and somewhat loud place that has a group scream every time a paella leaves the show kitchen!

Food was less than spectacular with a spectacular price. The paella was greasy and not worth the $32 for a tasting size plate. They do not advise you that not all paella is available, only certain menu items. The only reason I chose this place was because I wanted chicken paella for New Years Eve dinner, but unfortunately only pork or lobster was available. I didn’t hear anyone else around me enjoying the experience either. What a waste of $200. I left there and got a burger.

Chef’s tasting was best value on the menu. Large portions and fantastic selection of dishes I thoroughly enjoyed but probably would not have selected on my own. Waitstaff was attentive without being overbearing. Very enjoyable experience for myself and my friends.

I've been a number of other Jose Andres restaurants and this was totally underwhelming - especially since this is Vegas and chef's should be upping their game. Food was mediocre and restaurant was very loud. If you are at the Cosmopolitan hotel try Beauty & Essex, which is right next door to Jaleo and infinitely more creative and delicious.

They had many dishes on 86. They were out of the first 2 things we ordered. Service was ok. Our server spent too much time chatting loudly with one table that our drink order was take.n and served by another server from another section.

Had lunch with my wife.
Tapas style.
We both had lunch special - tasting menu with paella + protein to it. (Since the paella of the day was veggie only)
Small dish-tapas, but strong taste and loved it.
Was great experience overall.

For us, this was a return to what makes Jaleo great. We’ve been here maybe 8-9 times, once driving from LA to Vegas just to have this meal. Cocktails are always finely crafted and ever-changing. First time enjoying the tasting menu... wow! Why didn’t we do this before? We had things we wanted to eat, I suppose. These are the things the CHEF wants you to try. It featured paella and interesting wines. Perhaps two faves we never would have chosen: the pan soplada and the salmon. Compared to other Vegas tastings, it was a great value and gluttonous quantity was not the goal. Beautiful.

excellent vibe for sure, however the food was the star. It was done to perfection, each course. I had the tasting menu and the wine pairing, ($125 total) but well worth it. Not my usual spending style, but in vegas a glass of bad wine is $12-15 dollars. My wife chose a few regular items, and I had the tasting menu. Service was great as well. Flavor rules. Great experience. Be warned the menu is written in size 8 font. Good luck of your vision is in line with your age. Given the pricing , and the associated career timing and earned income allowing such a meal , that maybe some sangria with a side of readers. Joking , as my wife forgot her readers and I had my contacts in. Luckily the waiter found some readers in the list and found so that we could read the menu. Funny, very funny., but the meal delivered and more than compensated for the microscopic menu. Again, humor. Too 10 meal all time for my wife and I , 25 years marriage , we dine quite a bit and enjoy the foodie scene as much as possible. Highly recommend. Final note , the rice portion of the dish was like nothing we have ever had before. Fantastic.

Terrific, imaginative Spanish cuisine but not the most comfortable venue. Noisy - but they all are these days. We were directed to backless seats that proved tiresome. Great food, however, and wonderful variety.
