The food was amazing, there was a wide range of choices. The pats negra melted in your mouth. We will be back!
This restaurant was outstanding the service was amazing the food was even better and it had a great atmosphere. If you want to experience the higher end dining in Vegas this is a must.
Great value tapas with just the right amount of food over three courses.
We were very impressive and completely full with glutton on all the food we consumed.
A place to visit!
Jaleo is like being in Spain for a night - the food is absolutely outstanding and totally authentic! Get the bread with tomatoes - it's so amazing we ordered another order of it. Also any of the pork - you can't go wrong!
Very pleased with our time while there. Sitting next to the desert work station was awesome. Great tapas, wine, and desserts. Will be on our list any time we are in Vegas. From host to waitstaff and kitchen staff they were all on point.
I few things did not sit well. I made the reservation for my wife’s bday however we were seated at a high-top table as if we were a last minute walkup. The restaurant was not busy as I made the reservation at 5:30 as we were going to a concert afterwards. We ordered the croquetas de pollo. this was the highlight of the evening. They were very good and the only part of the food that was hot. Everything else we ordered was lukewarm from the sangria to the café con leche I ordered. Chef Jose does so many good things that I wanted to support one of his restaurants but unfortunately I walked away disappointed.
Absolutely amazing! Great service, food and atmosphere. A definite must!
We loved the ambiance of Jaleo. The holiday sparkling flight is some of the most delicious bubbly we’ve ever tried, each one was our new favorite !! We also very much enjoyed the endive cups, the tomato topped crispy-bread Imported from Barcelona, the salmon and the scallops. Dinner was timely and the service was great.. got us in and out in time for the show. Well done..
Jaleo was a great food experience again. We have been 4 times and have enjoyed the food tremendously each time. This time it was extremely crowded so the noise level was way too loud. Hard to hear your dining partners talk, and hard to hear the waiter. Food always good though.
Had a hard time with this review. Food was not what I expected. Tapas are small plates no question there, but damn some of these are $20+ for maybe 4 bites. I was great unimpressed with the flavors. The paella a actually had bunt rice - almost as if it had been scrubbed from the bottom. Ive been to several of the the chefs restaurants, but this was a disappointment.
Excellent food! Some of us did the tasting menu while others ordered a la carte. Plenty of food. Delicious!!! Order the gluten free cheesecake! Great atmosphere.
The food was really good! But we were 3 and ordered Idiazabal Cheese and we only got 2 slices! Even more, there wasn’t an alcohol shot as the spanish tradition. The size of the dishes is really small according to the price.
Sorry but Im spanish and I used to eat bigger portions
Awesome food in a very cool enviroment. Amazing experience! Congrats Jose Andres!!! We’re looking forward to have you in Chicago!
Absolutely fabulous dinner experience from start to finish. Exceptional food and service. Wish we didn't live 2000 miles away
Excellent service and Spanish tapas!!
Just an absolutely fantastic meal. Service was great, recommended a number of outstanding dishes. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to share small plates.
Great menu and food. Sat at the bar and ate and drank while having great service from bartender. Only thing on menu we tried that wasn’t great was salmon cone which was sort of tasteless and not pleasing as a one bite dish. The bread it’s tomato and cheese was really unusual and tasty. My wife had the single oyster w/ caviar and loved it although at $10 one is all she wanted. Other dishes were great and the bar was a great choice to eat at.
Great spanish food. Amazing pepito
It’s was phenomenal from the point we got there to the Moment we left. Our server was Josue and he was amazing he helped us with recommendations and overall made sure we were having a great night . The food exceeded our expectations! Great restaurant I will surely be back .
Jaleo was the perfect place to get a pre-show light dinner. My friend and enjoyed a glass of Albariño each and shared the toasted bread rubbed with fresh tomatoes, a delicious manchego cheese, some iberico ham and peppers. Everything was good. The waitress was attentive without being pushy.
Me and my friend shared the paella and got really sick that night
We really couldn't decide on what to order, so our waiter made all of the suggestions after asking a few questions and everything we ordered was delicious, and service was fast and friendly
Food was spectacular, and our server was the absolute best!
We have eaten here four times in the last 8 years or so and it is by far our favorite in Vegas. You cannot go wrong with any of the plates and Jose's way is the best call on the menu.
We had a fantastic meal, every dish was heavenly, the staff was gracious, accommodating, and kind, and it could not have been a better way to kick off a weekend in Vegas! Would come again in a heartbeat and have already told friends to eat here.
We had lunch during the week. The food was delicious authentic Spanish food. The ambience was cool, the service was great, and very thing was very clean. Half of our party had to leave early to return to a conference, and the rest of party stayed later visiting we didn’t have any time problems.
Great food as always but terrible music piped in...Techno with no discernible rhythm but one, which played over and over. Gave me a headache. The staff did turn it down, but it was so intense I couldn’t wait to leave.
Great evening! Our server Michael was very attentive and knowledgeable. We had the tasting menu plus Paella, well paced and all fabulous. We have been fans of the original Jaleo in DC for years, and it was great to experience the same level of quality in the Las Vegas site. We are also delighted to support Chef Andres.
We were booked for a party of 4. I called to change to 2 and asked if it was okay to push the reservation by 30 mins. She said yes. I Did Arrive 10 mins late and seated at 8. Which i found to be extremely long. I felt as if I didn’t even make reservations. Our Waitress was great. However, Food did not meet expectations. Ordered calamari / carne asada both very salty we couldn’t even finish the calamari. Eggplant tapa similar to bruschetta and it was egh. Ham tapa was just a Cuban sandwich....wasn’t anything special. White Sangria was okay. Thank goodness my other 2 friends cancelled otherwise I wouldn’t have heard the end of it during our trip. I would not recommend nor go again.
I love supporting Chef Jose Andres and his food is fenomenal
We have been enjoying Jaleo since it opened in the Cosmopolitan Hotel a number of years ago. The menu is fantastic. The food always shows up perfect and is consistently delicious. The quality / price represents great value. This has been a top pick restaurant in Vegas since it opened. Everything on the menu we have tried (many items) have been winners. The food is so good it is impossible to pick a favourite item - salads are always freshly made, the Iberican hams and chorizo over the top, the cheeses are perfect and a range of cooked tapas that allow people with different food philosophies can still share their meal. Any Spanish restaurant is not complete without their signature paella which Jaleo has. And, nice wine list always with excellent recommendations from the sommelier. There really is no other place like it on the Vegas Strip.
Shared the chef’s tasting menu - delicious! And a great value for two - a rare combo to find in Vegas.
Absolutely disappointing; very average food at very high prices
Excellent dinner and what amazing flavor on the food!! Shrimp Paella was out of this world! Thank you for such an amazing experience.
Good not great. First time this place wasn’t absolutely fantastic.
The dining room is really loud but it’s a fun place with good food. We were really enjoying our meal until a drunk group of 6 guys showed up and sat down next to us. It got too loud and obnoxious for us so we hurried the 2nd half of the dining experience and left. Unfortunately dinner in a restaurant at a popular casino will sometimes have drunk and inconsiderate patrons.
The food is what keeps us coming back though. This was our 6th time here for dinner.
Disappointed about the tasting menu. Wanted to discover every part but found out Scrambled eggs in the choices was pretty weird in the middle of a dinner.
Taste is good. Not impressed
