Great tapas! We especially loved the cava sangria- it was a generous pitcher for 4 and was a great drink. Pan con tomate was delicious.
Great happy hour Tapas and drinks. I didn’t know what to expect from Jaleo, but the quality and creativity of the dishes were outstanding. Every taste bud in my mouth had a Jaleo party. I had two different cocktails, the craft behind them was remarkable.
Loved it!! We had several tapas-the shrimp were great -4 shrimp in a garlic butter sauce with a slice of Barcelona bread!! Also the bread with tomato, eggplant and roasted red pepper was delicious-we ordered it twice. Everything we had was wonderful. We also enjoyed sitting close to the fire to watch them making paella which was wonderful.
Jaleo was great! Just like everywhere in Vegas, it’s an interesting mix of guests... regardless, the staff and food were great!
Great birthday evening.
A favorite in Las Vegas, Jaleo's magnificent food and super chic atmosphere is a must when you visit. Although the clientele has morphed into more "bachelorette parties" than "serious foodies," the consistency of the menu remains high.
Food was delicious and service was impeccable. We loved every minute of the meal from start (Sangria) to finish (Paella). The only negative was they did not have a seafood paella but the chicken and mushroom paella was delicious. Our least favorite item that we ordered was the Rossejat which I still would have put at three and a half stars. The Carne Asada was by far and away the best and a must have. Close runner up was the Setas salteadas con puré de patatas (or mushrooms with an egg). Other items on the menu you should make sure you get include: Cono salmón crudo, Piquillos Julian de Tolosa, and the Chorizo casero.
The waitress who served my wife and I was friendly and effective. The Berenjenas were excellent, almost as good as the ones we had in Barcelona. We tried Ferran Adria's Aceitunas because they are renowned but they were a little too subtle for us. The Setas Salteadas con pure de patatas was absolutely remarkable. The Esparragos trigueros con romesco, gambas al ajillo and the Pulpo a la Galleaga a la parilla were very good. Tichi's Gazpacho was good but without the cubes of vegetables it was liking drinking tomato juice. The Flan al estilo con espuma de crema catalana brought back great memories of our trip to Spain.
Very disappointed that they didn’t have better accommodations for those with food allergies
This is our second time eating at Jaleo, and the experience was just as good as the first. The staff are all phenomenal, and offer fantastic recommendations. Every plate we shared was excellent. We came for our anniversary dinner, and everyone made the night one to remember.
Two of the prefix plates were a bit salty. The paella was under cooked. The rest was pretty good. The service was really good. Everyone was really helpful.
Ordered the pre-fix course. Excellent value for the money. Great when you can't decide what exactly to have. Each dish was served well and provide a good variety.
Very attentive service.
Excellent Tapas and wonderful service!!
Paella was dry and burnt. Portion was scarce. Server provided a replacement that was a lot better quality but the portion was even smaller. I chose Jaleo for the paella festival but the best thing about the experience was the drinks and dessert. I don’t plan to come back bc the price for a very small portion of paella didn’t inspire the feeling that I was in Barcelona. Paella was comped in the end, very nice gesture but it still fell short of what I was hoping for. The service was great, ambiance great, drinks great. In the end I had a great time regardless so thank you 🙏🏼
Great tapas style menu. Everything was great! Waiter was very helpful with menu.
We've been coming to Jaleo since it opened (and I went to the original in DC for many years) and it has always been one of two "must go" places every time we are in Las Vegas (usually 2-3 times a year). This was our first visit back since the pandemic closure and it did not disappoint. The menu has changed a bit, but most everything is still there, even if slightly modified. The quality is every bit as excellent as it ever was. Service was good despite it being a very busy night. I'm a huge fan of Jose Andres and so not only is dining at Jaleo an excellent experience, it also makes me feel good to be supporting his ability to do the amazing charity work he does. When you can have an amazing meal and feel good about it too, that's a win-win.
This is the best Spanish tapas restaurant in Las Vegas it's a little pricey but well worth it some of the best gin and tonics in sangria in town
We always enjoy Jaleo. The food is made with care and quality ingredients. The staff is friendly and made sure to see to our every need. Highly recommended!
Our meal was fantastic! Had some tapas and the paella, all were wonderful! The pitcher of red sangria was probably the best sangria I’ve had! Everyone really enjoyed the meal
Service and food were both outstanding! We sat at the bar and the bartender was so knowledgeable , helpful, and attentive! This is the 4th time dining here and it never disappoints! Every bite of food is perfectly executed and made with the absolute best ingredients. It’s a must ever time I’m in Vegas now
This fabulous humanitarian is feeding not only the people menus in their hands but hungry people all over the world! I feel so lucky to have had this experience! Every single item was orchestrated perfectly and the staff feels hand-picked! Ohhhhhh those olives!!
Great food and service. Fair prices. Good option for Vegas.
Chefs Tasting was fabulous and staff was excellent
Food was good but need more choices
Our waitress was incredibly helpful navigating the multitude of options on the menu! The food was wonderful, and the ambiance was festive, but not too loud. We got one of the chefs tasting menu, and it had all the star dishes. I got the goat cheese and ended up putting it on almost everything I ate, it was so good! Highly recommend
Man, I wanted to like this restaurant and the food was just very average. Expected a lot more from a Jose Andres establishment
Food was absolutely delicious. We had the salmon and the steak and the asparagus with romesco sauce. Cocktails were wonderful too! All in all great dinner
It was a wonderful experience and looking forward to coming again!
Food was good. I still prefer DC location. The staff did acknowledge my birthday, no free treat was offered.
Great dinner, love the tapas!
Anniversary was great
Wonderful experience! Great food and fantastic service! Was our first time there and will definitely go back next time we're in Vegas
Great food and service
Our waiter Josue was absolutely amazing. And the food was great. Happy hour menu is a huge plus!
Anniversary celebration for my husband and I. Food was small in portion and had no sides. Food was okay and expensive. Meal wasn’t worth it. Won’t waste money at this place again. Service was great.
Fantastic food. Fantastic service. One of our favorite Vegas restaurants.
Our server was just outstanding. She helped us create a menu that was a great experience.
