The spacious dining area distracts the ambiance. This is no place for a quiet intimate dinner. The noise level was so bad it ruined our dining experience. It is Las Vegas, and I guess it attracts larege groups of convention attendees out to party. I think if a restaurant wants to cater to parties of 10 or more people they should have separate rooms so their other customers are not subjected to New Years Eve like noise levels.....the food was very good but not worth the the aggravation of the noise

Waited 30 minutes for our table despite having a reservation. No apology, no explanation. Servers were friendly but seemed overloaded and had to be flagged down for everything. Every request, like asking for the bill, were very slowly executed. Some dishes like the grilled meats and bacalao were fantastic but others like the gambas (too salty, tiny portion) and patatas bravas were disappointing (lacked texture). Been wanting to dine at a Jose Andres restaurant for a while and unfortunately left disappointed.

Good food but portions are too small.
I was disappointed that I receive a call stating if I have party of 7 in my table since there’s another big party, they will ask us to move.

Wow! We went for my husband’s birthday and were not disappointed. We had recently gone to Spain and this was on par with the delicious food we had there. We tried 7 dishes, which was too much for 2 people, but everything was good. My favorite was the endive with goat cheese and orange slice. The flavors paired really well. The tortilla (egg, potato and onion) was very good and filling. We both loved the croquettes, which were perfectly fried and a good size. Jaleo will now be in our rotation.

I found the food to be very good. However the waiter left us waiting for 20 mins for the bill without even acknowledging us. There was barely anyone in the restaurant either. Besides the service I would recommend the food.

Our experience at Jaleo went above and beyond my expectations. The food was exceptional in terms of flavors, quality and presentation. The waiters were very knowledgeable and friendly and spent the time to answer our questions and make recommendations. The ambiance was chic, yet comfortable. And it was a great value. All in all, my best dinner ever in Las Vegas!

We have been to Spain many times, including Barcelona, la Rioja and Bilbao. Everything about the restaurant brought us back to those places to relive our dining experiences. The Jamon Iberico was exquisite, the pulpo with black squid ink pasta was memorable. The breads, flown in from Barcelona daily, covered with with EVOO and tomatoes fantastic! The smoked Manchego cheese and appetizer cones tremendous. And the semolier new his Spanish wines. This is our reason to return to Vegas!

We had dinner on Saturday night, a very busy night, however, our server went above & beyond to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. She was also very familiar with the wines from Spain & recommended a wonderful wine which paired well with our dinner. We tried the tasting menu and every entree presented was over the top. Each item was prepared perfectly! Would definitely recommend & return to Jaleo! Salute to Chef Jose Andres!

I was so excited to eat at Chef Andres’ restaurant. We love Spanish tapas but also wanted to patronize a businessman who gives back so much to the less fortunate. We were greeted promptly and shown to our table. Our waiter explained the menu and offered the services of the sommelier. The sommelier did stop by and I told him the wine I was considering. Unfortunately, it was out of stock but he substituted a more expensive bottle at the price of the out of stock bottle. The waiter assisted us in rounding out the selections that we were considering. The plates came out in a timely, but relaxed, pace. Everything was delicious and each time the waiter checked in we raved about each dish. Then the shrimp came out and they were sadly overcooked. We mentioned it to the waiter and he immediately took it off the bill. It was unfortunate to have that one “miss” but the experience was overall an excellent one.

I desperately wanted to like this meal. I think Jose Andres is a great chef and an even greater humanitarian. That said, they had almost nothing on the menu- out of this, out of that. They only had the $50 per ounce jamon iberico, which was fantastic but I’m not sure it would have been that much better than the $35 per ounce version. They only had 2 paella’s out of about 6 on the menu. The tomato bread thy give you for free was one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten. So simple but perfectly executed. I had the apple and endive salad and to me it didn’t seem like the dressing complimented the ingredients very well. I also had their signature potatoes in spice tomato sauce. I actually hated this dish. For one thing, it was room temperature, not hot. Maybe it was supposed to be like that but I didn’t like it. The tomato sauce tasted almost like tomato paste right out of the can and there was little dots of what I suppose was butter but it didn’t melt since the potatoes were cold. And finally the spicy part seemed to be cayenne pepper just sprinkled over the top. I also got the lobster paella. This is not the traditional stuff with saffron at all. It was a very interesting dish- the rice was chewy and hearty which I liked. The stock they cook into it was very flavorful and had strong seafood taste to it. The lobster itself was over cooked and there wasn’t much of it compared to the amount of rice. It was good, but not great. So for a total without tip or alcohol it was $166 for 4 tapas that weren’t great. The service was also just ok. Not terrible but also not great.

We have visited Las Vegas at least 50 times over the past 15 years and do so mainly for the food and entertainment. Jaleo is now one of our three very favorite fine dining spots in the city.

Jaleo gets every aspect of the dining experience right:

- The atmosphere is high-end and exciting to be a part of;
- The service staff is perfect: attentive without being a nuisance;
- The wine offerings are fantastic and obviously the product of a talented sommelier;
- The food is uniformly perfectly prepared and amazingly diverse and delicious.

Eat there if you can - you won't regret it.

It’s always fun to try lots of different dishes. That said, we loved 2-3 dishes, 2-3 were good and 2-3 were not good. Better than the gambling odds at the Cosmo, but SUPER pricey. How can a carafe of sangria cost more than a bottle of wine!? Bill was $400+ Go for a plate of ham & cheese, then move on.

Very good. Everything was fabulous until the paella was served. While very good we thought that neither the pork nor the shrimp paella lived up to the rest of the meal. The various hams, the endive with goat cheese and all other items served were superb.

Went to Jaleo for the first time. In typical Spanish tradition, we ordered tons of plates and skipped the big entree. Here's a quick count of what we had and a flavor and cost scale.

° Cheese plate - must have recommend the blue cheese
°Fritters with spinach, pinenuts, raisins with apple mustard - fantastic flavor
°Bacon-wrapped Dates - bacon and dates need I say more
°Cones - Salmon, cheese, chorizo and eggplant - the salmon and chorizo were our favorites
°Iberico Sliders - good
°Stuffed Olives - like a dirty martini in a bite WOW
°Chocolate Mousse - decadent
°Goat Cheesecake w/Sorbet - never would have thought cheesecake and sorbet but excellent

And complemented it with a flight of sherries and a gin/tonic which were fabulous.

One of the top five meals we've had in Vegas and the service was stellar - ask for Raecha she was fantastic and had great recommendations. Pacing of the meal was perfect and the entire staff was on it.

Will be back next time in Vegas.

Service was not just polite but friendly, welcoming & helpful. Gracious manager even stopped by table to say hello and thank you for coming - actually listened after asking how meal was.
Meal was beyond delicious and very memorable. So bummed I don't live here as return visit will sadly have to wait.
Cones are a fantastic way to jump start your tastebuds for the fabulous meal ahead. Server best to help you choose which one(s)!
Garlic chicken was so juicy it rivals Raku's juicy chicken, which I didn't think was possible.
Tomato bread is unbelievably light & crispy, spread with delicious fresh tomatoes very gently cooked to retain their beautiful fresh flavor, really showing it off. Don't miss out on this one! Perfect for sharing but you'll be fighting over who gets the last yummy piece.
The quintessential ending was the lightest creamiest flan I've ever had with a touch of vibrant orange sorbet and two pillows of real vanilla cream. Make sure you compose eat bite to include all 3 and O! M! G!
