Service was decent. Crowded and a bit noisy. Food was good but not great. My steak was a perfect MR as requested. My wife’s was MR, closer to rare, when she ordered Medium. Appetizer came out after the main dish was served.

The ambience is exceptional in the old historic building. The food has great variety in choices and all are good. Staff is an all-around A. Nothing bad to say and prices are reasonable for what you are getting.

The food and atmosphere throughout the evening was great. We started out with a little bit of slow service because they were slammed, but they adjusted and we had a lovely and attentive meal. The French onion soup was delicious. The broth was rich and there was lots of melted cheese. The prime rib and ribeye were both cooked and served exactly as requested. The atmosphere was old school steakhouse without the stuffiness or pretension. We were visiting from out of town. If we lived here, we would be frequent patrons.

We were there for an anniversary and the waiters and staff made our experience so special. We had multiple people come by and with us a happy anniversary and let us know how honored they were that we chose to dine with them. They offered us free glasses of champagne and one waitress bought another drink for us. Food was outstanding and service and atmosphere were as good as it gets.
