Jake's - Palm Springs
Jakes is always great wether for lunch or dinner.
We had to go one more time before their summer break.....the food was amazing as usual and the staff is fun and friendly. I highly recommend anything on the menu!
Love Jake's, love the food, love the patio. However, it was 105/106 degrees outside, and the patio misters were only turned on for a couple of minutes while we were there, and then turned back off. Perhaps at such a temperature they could be left on??
Jakes is our go to restaurant in Palm Springs. The food and service are always excellent and the owners always make you feel welcome.
Why do people stand in line to wait to get into Cheeky's? Half a block up, more interesting food, atmosphere and service for brunch, at Jake's. Best egg dishes: Eggs in Purgatory and Frittata with Cheese and Arugula. Incredible French toast. And a great bar with brunch drinks ever. We're there every time we wander into Palm Springs.
Fabulous, food, staff and space!
Jake's is always great. The music was too loud and interfered with conversation. Food was delicious as always, and the service was attentive however not overbearing.
50th Birthday party
Love this place. One of our favorite brunch places in Palm Springs
Eating at Jake’s is a must when I’m in Palm Springs. The soft shell crab sandwich is amazing and the staff is the friendliest and most attentive in the Desert!
Had to have dinner at Jake’s before they close for the season. They were packed full, but we got our table right away, service was excellent and we had a great dinner! Will miss Jake’s over the summer and look forward to going again in the fall! Thanks Jake’s!
Love this place! Going back on Sunday for Brunch before they close for the summer.
ALWAYS wonderful. So many great places in Palm Springs, many with their own "personality," and Jake's is among the most lovely and special. Oh, no! Summer closing? I can't wait until the fall!!!
Great food!! Great Service!!
Love this place. A lot. It’s the perfect low key Palm Springs restaurant.
Meatloaf was greasy and my girlfriend loved her cioppio sevices was great and the key lime pie was awesome
You can't go wrong by going to Jake's. Great food and service.
Jakes is always consistently delicious. Everything on the menu is a good choice. The fries are the best in Town!
First time at Jake's. There for Fathers day and it was one of the best dining experiences we have in some time. Food great, Service great!!!
Great food, the best Bloody Mary, and a very nice setting. Beware the cakes...
We went for a Father's Day Brunch because they had a great verity of bloody mary's to choose from. The food was excellent, the service was quick and the ambiance was great. I had made a reservation to sit inside because of the heat but after seeing the patio it was very inviting and would have loved to sit out there as well. I will definitely go back.
This was our fourth time for brunch at Jake’s and it was delicious.
They have several Bloody Marys to choose from. I had a Clamato Bloody Mary, and it was great.
I had a seared ahi salad, which was also excellent. The New York blueberry coffee cake is the best I’ve ever had. The service was good and waiters very attentive.
No complaints at all. Would go more often if it wasn’t so far from where I live,
As always it’s the best. Service is always outstanding and fun. Food is delicious! Love love love !
Typical great service and consistent food.
Great food! very nice servers and good cocktails. We liked it very much!
Absolutely one of the best restaurants in Palm Springs. Consistently great food. Have never had a bad meal there. Their desserts are to die for
Food was very good and the staff so friendly. Bacon delicious and the steak and egg sandwich deelish. At first I thought the music would be too loud but later forgot about it. Deserts also very good.
Love it, go to Jakes every time I visit Palm Springs.
This is one of the best overall restaurants in Palm Springs. The small courtyard is a great atmosphere, the bar is generous, the menu has options for everyone - but wait for the specials which are nearly always tempting, and leave room for the best cakes in the city!
Perfect PS place to meet friends in an intimate outdoor courtyard or people watching cafe table on Palm Canyon Drive. Every time the food is spot on, never a disappointment with the daily specials or off the main menu. Discrete service is excellent, pro’s who know how to make the meal a part of the occasion. Can’t go wrong at Jake’s.
We love dining at Jake's! They know us by name and are always so friendly and treat us like family. The food is always on point and the service is superb :)
Our favorite spot in Palm Springs!
Always a favorite
Restaurant week brunch in Palm Springs. Lovely morning. Started with a BLT bloody Mary – yummy. Enjoyed watermelon gazpacho, soft shell crab BLT and avacado toast. Both mains served with a nice green salad. Food wonderful. Our server, Allen and his team prompt, efficient and fantastic. Will be back.
Birthday dinner for our daughter
The service was poor. Server was belligerent.
I ordered the beet salad and the arugula was yellow, old and tasted horrible. I always loved the lamb, but this time it was terrible.
I always loved this place, but it will be a long time before I return.
Enjoyed our restaurant week dinner. Scallops were great...had a non alcoholic drink (what?????) which was delicious....strawberry mint or something like that. I have had their breakfast too....also good. Very small restaurant on the inside. Wouldn’t want to eat in the seating area on the street but the inside courtyard looked nice. Cakes were yummy.
The food was fabulous, I had the sea scallops and my husband had Jake’s Ribs...OMG so good! Highly recommend Jake’s to anyone visiting Palm Springs.
Jake’s is one of the best local restaurants in Palm Springs. We absolutely love this place and have NEVER had a bad meal or experience. The quality is outstanding and the desserts are to die for. If you have never been here, you are definitely missing out !
Always love Jake’s!
I haven't been to Jake's in a while so it was fun to return for lunch during Restaurant Week. The place was packed but the staff seemed in good spirits and up for the challenge. We elected to dine inside which is louder and there was a large table with one particularly loud person. They ran out of the cupcakes but substituted with other desserts. I had the lemon cake which was tasty!
