Very clean and cozy atmosphere. I recommend the Wisconsin burger very tasty. The milkshakes are also very good. I have been there about 7 times and have never been disappointed.

Appetizer and entrees delivered almost simultaneously. Restaurant was not busy and should have been spaced better. Service and staff very friendly.

These burgers are delicious! Especially the flavors in the Brie & truffle with arugula. It's tough to find a great spot to eat during an extreme carb cutting period in my diet but, this is definitely one of them. The only minor detail was never being checked on after our food arrived. We actually had to wave down the server to order a second round of drinks that we wanted after a couple of bites. At that point my food was finished so the intended bottle for the two of us turned into an unfinished glass by me. Other than that little slip in service the meal was tasty and aesthetic very cool. We will be back again... Especially for that cheese sauce (yum!) and to try those truffle deviled eggs that were eaten up by all the smart ones that ordered them all before I got there.

They seemed understaffed for the busy lunch. Burgers were quite raw - medium rare was not even cooked. Medium was more like medium rare.

Just left - worst service I’ve ever had. Had to ask repeatedly for our drinks, apps, and food. Multiple tables served before us who arrived after us - told it was because we had a “large” group. We had five people - I don’t think that qualifies as a large group. Also didn’t get multiple things we asked for. Pickles were terrible. Burger was good but I don’t think I’d go back to wait 2 hours to eat it. Will never go back.

Perfectly cooked burger patty that melts in your mouth and flavored to perfection as well! Shredded onion rings a top favorite from Jake’s original restaurant but in this more kid friendly environment. Love Jakes and Jake’s Burger!!!

My wife ordered four different kinds of beer until they finally had one in stock. Food was just OK and not worth the money. The place felt like management had already given up on it. Not worth it. Our server was the one bright spot.

Service was subpar, waiter didn’t see to be good at his job. They didn’t have two of their top appetizers available which was a big let down.
