About Jaipur Royal Indian Cuisine
Welcome to Jaipur, a Royal Indian Cuisine. Known as the Pink City, Jaipur is one of the jewels of Rajasthan, a northern Indian province west of New Delhi. The cuisine we present is rooted in the rich heritage of India it is a combination of subtle tastes where the flavors are as varied as India’s climate and as exotic as India's people. Fragrant, pungent and warm spices from all over India are delicately blended to create the dishes. The blending and preparation of spices is a centuries-old craft and indispensable to Indian cuisine. The decor includes rows of beads adorned with brilliantly colored birds and a contingent of elaborately dressed puppets, stunning paintings by Indian Artists and the interior design in accordance with the principles of Rajisthans Royal Palace.
Our Dishes are authentically prepared in our restaurant, just as we would in our own home. Enjoy our hospitality, and consider our home yours!

Jaipur Royal Indian Cuisine Ratings and Reviews
Wanted to try based on great reviews. Found the food to be average. Very oily. The place is aromatic. Had to change clothes when we got home. Service was performed group style which can be great but they were slow to take our order, forgot a dish, brought one wrong dish, and were slow to settle the check. Nothing about this place makes it a must try in this diner's opinion.
A welcome to the neighborhood coupon motivated us to return to Jaipur. We're glad we did. The food is deliciously spiced and cooked to perfection. The menu is extensive including some dishes we have not seen elsewhere. Top that with reasonable prices (even for wine) and we have reason to go back -- even without a coupon.
My wife and I took advantage of the amazing early summer weather we've been enjoying in Northern Virginia, and went for a pleasant walk to Jaipur Royal Indian Cuisine for an early dinner. This was the first time we were literally their first customers, and (as always) we were greeted like family, and our favorite server asked us how we've been, and if we'd like to order our "usual," which was exactly what we were craving! 30 minutes later and we were happily wrapping up our left over Murgh Tikka (marinated, grilled chicken from the tandoor) and Navrattan Korma (garden fresh vegetables in cashew nut sauce) We'll be back soon! :)
We ordered a chicken and a vegetarian dish. The boneless chicken was made with lower quality legs and thigh meat. It should have been made with breast meat. The vegetarian dish tasted very strange. I could barely take a couple of bites. The quality of food was bad! We will not go back to this restaurant and I wouldn't recommend it!
Whenever we're free from our kids and craving Indian cuisine we head for Jaipur. It's a very unassuming restaurant off Lee Highway in Fairfax. The food and service are great, however. My wife and I ordered the Jhinga Mumtaz shrimp appetizer. I couldn't get enough of the sauce on this appetizer. Be sure they bring Naan with the appetizer so you can enjoy the sauce. We then shared the Gosht Korma, lamb cooked in rich nut creamy sauce, and the Murgh Saagwala, chicken cooked with freshly chopped spinach. We finished it all it was so good. Service is perfectly timed. Not too rushed, but also not too slow. All in all, a good choice for anyone seeking good Indian cuisine.
As usual, the food was excellent. The restaurant was quite busy during our visit and service was a tad slow. We have dined at Jaipur many times and this was the only time service was slow. Other than that, this is a great place to dine. Prices are moderate and the ambiance good.
