   It started out terrible! The Ambiance: We were seated in a smaller room along with a birthday group. There was a long table woth a group of 12 to 15 people and then there is our table on the other side of the room. Immediately, as tou walk walk in you feel the awkwardness. Then it got worst. They were very loud, noisy and roudy. My wife and I cannot hear each other. What were they thinking when they seates us there??? I requested to be moved and our new seat is next to a fireplace, muxh, much better. The food: Another terrible experience: My wife’s steak was way undercooked. It took them over 20 minutes to reheat her steak. They dod not even offer to goce her a new one. Something that you wouod expect from a restthis caliber. Or this is their caliber to begin with. My steak was a little undercooked as well but ok. My baked potatoe on the othet hand was prepared wrong. Rather than replacing the potatoe it seems like they removed the toping and re cooked it with new toping. It came out very dry. The flavor, ot was bland! Service: Our server tried her best. There was effort there. Over all, terrible experience. We will never return to this plCe again. Capital Grill in our experience has the best services food and reasonable pricing. Go there to experience.

    Food just wasn’t up to par. We have always had great food in the past but this wasn’t one didn’t come close to that rating!

    I have had supper at Jags many times, by far last night was the best experience with regards to service, appetizers, salads, a wonderful filet mignon, and a perfect cream broulette. My family I had in from out of town was quite happy with the experience.

    It is pricey but you get what you pay for. Haven’t had a bad meal there yet. Waitstaff is awesome. You won’t be disappointed.

    First timers to Jag’s, recommended by a friend, for our anniversary. Reserved via OpenTable, which was very easy (also first time using app), and they even sat us immediately even though we were early. Cocktails were great, charcuterie appetizer was delectable, and the Morel Scallops and Big Oscar Filet were delicious! We chose the piano bar area, which elevated the ambiance even more. Would definitely recommend for special occasions and will be visiting again and again!

    This was my first time at Jag’s. I was celebrating my retirement. Beautiful dining room, quiet intimate setting. Lauren was very nice, very courteous & very attentive to our needs. The manager came over to ensure everything was ok and she conversed with us. The food was absolutely delicious. I will be going back.

    This was my first visit to Jag's. It was a marvelous experience. The food was excellent and the service was spot on. Our waitress was very attentive. We opted for the Pre Fixe menu where you choose three courses with sides as well. the creme brulee melted in your mouth it was so delicious. The filet was so tender and flavorful I wish I was sitting there right now eating another one!

    Perfect dinner with family. Josh was our server & he was great - very attentive, made great suggestions. Food as always was wonderful, large portions & worth every $. We enjoy sitting in the bar - music was nice but you could still have a conversation. Definitely will be back.

    Overall our experience was good. I thought my portion of sea bass was rather small for the Filet and Sea-bass combo, but at the end of the meal I admit I was stuffed. Drink service was excellent. It did take about 25 minutes to get our dessert after we completed our main course ( that was ordered with the meal) which was the only snag with service.

    Jags never disappoints. Had the Salmon Prix Fix Menu. Great quality and value. Salmon cooked perfectly as most restaurants tend to over cook their fish.

    I took my husband here for his birthday dinner, and our waiter was Josh. He was super welcoming and gave great recommendations. This was our first time and certainly won’t be our last :) Everything was cooked perfectly and well-seasoned.
