    Outstanding service! Josh was excellent and took great care of us. The manager stopped by to check on us to make sure we were happy. We set in the piano room and really enjoyed the entertainment. The spinach deep was the best I've ever had. The food was top tier and the dessert I was too full to enjoy at the restaurant but when I got home... just perfect. Thank you for helping me celebrate my boyfriends birthday and making him enjoy his day even during the holiday time.

    We had a wonderful time at Jags! The food was phenomenal! Hands down recommend the truffle filet and the sea bass. The timing of the evening was a relaxed pace. Portions were generous, but I am so glad we still ordered desserts. The baileys cheesecake was worth the splurge!

    Exceptional steakhouse. Top 3 in Cincinnati. Filet and Ribeye are the two cuts I get. I'm a medium-rare guy and they get it right every time—loads of great salads and sides. Tiger shrimp as a starter is delicious. Bread is fresh and warm and their servers are career professionals. The owner is serious about customer satisfaction and experience.

    Morel dusted filet was incredible. Tristan lobster tail was also done perfectly. Amazing service in the bar with beautiful jazz playing. Alcohol service was on point as well. Very well run large operation. Highly recommend!!

    As always, wonderful night out at Jags. Impeccable service by Danielle. The team approach with the servers means you are never waiting for anything! The food was on par with the finest steakhouses in Cincinnati. Love that the sides are included with your steak, bonus when choosing the prix fixe which includes desert.     We had a reservation and were seated promptly at a table for two. The noise level was such one of us moved our chair to sit on the same corner of the table. Chris was our server and he was great as was the food. Not sure why there would be an upcharge for a loaded baked potato vs. mashed potatoes. Our table was the only one that still had a plexi-glass covid divider by it, which was kind of weird.

    The food was delicious. We had several different menu items at our table and all food was excellent. Service was great. Server checked in on us but not in an annoying way, gave us wine samples before ordering and made suggestions. Portions were plentiful. Pricey but less than I expected. We will be back.

    Four of us had filets and strip steaks. All strips had considerable gristle. Dirty plates stayed on our table longer than usual. We really like the atmosphere at Jags and have had good food experiences in the past. We told the waitress about the steaks and there was no effort made to even offer a free dessert. Bottom line is Jeff Ruby’s steak houses need not worry!

    I scheduled this for our 29th wedding anniversary. This was our first visit to Jag's and it did not disappoint. We had a quiet spot in the restaurant right by the fireplace (FABULOUS)! We ordered from the fixed price menu (filet mignon and Chilean sea bass). Both were phenomenal. We highly recommend and will definitely return.
