    We had wonderful service from Alex in the piano bar for our ananniversary. The Food was delicious and perfectly cooked! It was our first visit and we will definitely be back. Highly pleased with the entire experience!

    Joined up with my brother and his family who were visiting from Dayton. Love the price fixe options. Everyone in our party of 6 got what they wanted. All cuts of meat cooked to order from medium rare to well done. Plump fresh oysters and large shrimp for starters. Jags was featuring Caymus at $20 per generous pour plus a wine glass to keep to celebrate their 20tg anniversary. That’s a nominal markup. Jag’s is an unpretentious high end steakhouse. We were all very pleased and very impressed.

    We had a table of 8 in the back bar area. Air conditioning was in too high and 6 of 8 of us were freezing. We requested an adjustment and management said they tried to adjust it but couldn’t adjust any further than what they had already done. Two steaks were not prepared to the correct temp, and mashed potatoes were cold. Server tried to do everything she could to solve issues.

    We love sitting in the bar area so we can watch the smooth coordinated dance of activity while we listen to the piano player. Celebrating our 35th anniversary and everything was awesome. From the Camelot Chicken to the warm bread, crisp salad, perfect steak and the amazing dessert! Always a great time.

    Set in one of the dining areas. The setting is gorgeous, comfortable relaxing, old world. The service was excellent. She was attentive and not intrusive. That being said, the bar menu was probably best in the old-school realm per my taste. Service was so prompt and the food was excellent the steaks perfect Judgment on the one middle age patron that had to wear a baseball cap and T-shirt. Am I showing my age? The 2030 somethings were dressed to the nines.

    This was one of the best meals we have ever had. The Food was excellent and the wait staff were awesome. Our waiter, Ja Ja, was simply outstanding. We were celebrating our Anniversary and he made it one to remember. Highest Recommendation!

    Wonderful atmosphere and really attentive service. The food was fantastic. We had a great time. Steaks and seafood and desserts were fabulous. My only suggestion would be that the bread isnt up to the standards of the rest of the food, but still good! My new favorite restaurant.

    It was our first visit here and we were impressed from the greeting on entry to and our server, Laura. And of course, the food and ambience. It was a birthday celebration meal to be remembered and we will recommend Jag's for anyone asking about a great place for a cozy private meal for two or even larger get togethers.     My husband and I came for dinner to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We live in the area but had never been here before, it did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, until we left, everything was perfect. Our server Danielle was very knowledgeable and helped guide us through the process. Our food was outstanding and still had half to take home for a second meal! Great price for the quality and quantity of food we received.

    Jags delivers a consistently great experience, and this meal was no different. We sat at the bar for dinner. We came for the Caymus event, and learned it was also Restaurant Week, so we took advantage of some special menu items they don’t typically serve, including a delicious potato-leek soup and a rich, tasty peanut butter and chocolate dessert. Jags is always a great choice for a nice meal out.

    Restaurant Week menu was outstanding. Loved the ricotta, and tender steak cooked as ordered. Flourless Chocolate Salted Caramel Torte went well with the end of my glass of red wine. Even though it was shared I still had enough to take home and enjoy again. The setting/building is really so pleasant--white table cloths with lovely furnishings. Perhaps the highlight of our dinner, or at least what pulled it all together, was our server-Jaja. Outstanding in every way, starting with greeting us by name before we were even seated. Offered recommendations/suggestions without being intrusive. The crowning touch was the manager checking on our satisfaction with a real conversation. All very classy..

    Our experience at Jags has always been excellent, beyond good. The food has never disappointed, and the service is fantastic. We were delighted with everything about our meal at Jags yesterday.     Anniversary dinner during Cincy restaurant week to give us a feel for food and the place. Really enjoyed our meal. Definitely a value for restaurant week. Service was outstanding, and Laura kept checking in with us. The floor manager also checked with us during our dinner. Friendly and attentive service. Recommend Jag's for fine dining with a lot of variety on the daily menu and the bar menu.
