   We were greeted and sat in a timely manner, Our server also came over promptly, and introduced herself.  She was fine, told us about the special of the evening, etc., etc. unfortunately, we were sat under two vents, with the A/C blasting down on us, even though it was 50° out and raining.  we did mention this to the host and the manager came over, apologized, and took care of that. The food was excellent. I just felt like our server was a bit overwhelmed. I did not see anybody helping her, and she had a pretty big section.  she managed ok, but to see her having to set her own tables, along with taking orders, putting in food orders and getting drinks, bringing out our dinner, etc., seemed extremely odd in such a fine dining setting. To be honest, I felt like I was at a Denny’s or a Bob Evans. No servers assistant, nobody refilling the water, no one pre-bussing, this poor gal was doing every single thing.   meanwhile, there were five hosts , standing at the host stand, doing nothing. Not sure if they were just understaffed or is this a normal way they do things? Way too much work for a server to do, especially in a fine dining setting. we are extremely low maintenance, but there were times when we would’ve liked to have caught her attention, but couldn’t because she was too busy.

   Fantastic meal, perfectly.timed, prepared, and presented. Service was attentive but non intrusive. Great special occasion dinner.

   Food was good value for the price point IMO. Not in a rush to go back though after having extremely mediocre service for a high end restaurant. We had four adults at our table, 3 of us got steak, all of our steaks were cooked how we asked them to be. Raw oysters were fresh and excellent. Red wine was very great. My wife was pleased with her sea bass. They also treated my toddler well, he had a steak, strawberries/raspberries, and a brownie with ice cream. My parents got there early before my wife and I, upon early arrival they were told they weren't allowed to get a drink at the bar, seemed odd and picky for the bar only at 40% capacity. The "tiger shrimp" and "lobster" were a major disappointment on my end personally. Did not taste bad, but you could tell the meat was not extremely fresh. Overall I would give the dinner 4 stars.

   First time, but won’t be our last. Everything made for a great evening. The waitress was polite and attentive. The food was excellent and cooked to order. Great wine list and nice ambiance. We both had the prix-fixe dinner; a great value for this upscale restaurant. Give it a try; you won’t be disappointed!

   Wonderful experience. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Service is outstanding and the ambiance is wonderful in the piano bar.

   Christopher was our server & was excellent. We sat outside & the food was delicious. Perfect dinner from start to finish.

   We have never had a bad meal at Jag’s. The food is always amazing and the service always impeccable.

   No disappointments ever at Jags. Food, service, quality, value etc.. are ALWAYS on par. It’s my absolute go-to for literally any occasion or just a pop-in last minute treat. Love this place!

    My husband requests Jags for his birthday when we are in town, & we never regret it. Everything is always so delicious and the vibes are super relaxed. You never feel rushed or ignored. We left with full bellies & another happy birthday memory.
