   The service is outstanding - the most professional and friendly in the area. The food well-prepared and expertly plated. The wine list excellent. On a beautiful Spring, summer, or fall day eating on the terrace is a must, in the winter months or on rainy days the inner dining room is warm and cozy. Jacques’ Brasserie is a special place to enjoy a wonderful meal with friends or family.

   We usually dine at Chez Francois in the evening but it has become more difficult to go in the evening. We decided to go to the Brasserie to celebrate our anniversary and it was delightful. We will certainly consider going there again.

   Took my mother for a belated Mother's Day lunch. Sandra, our server, was attentive without hovering and very sincere. Food was light and fresh and so delicious. It's an almost hidden paradise in the middle of Great Falls. The best lunch we've had in....ever?

   We sat in the new patio structure which is awesome, right next to the open outdoors. It was like we were sitting outside. Wonderful service. Food was terrific as always. And loved chatting with Jacque. Such a gem in our neighborhood. And Jacque has given us so many more choices. It's no longer just a place to go for special occasions. We go often. We feel lucky.

    I took my friend for a birthday lunch. Our experience was PERFECT. We sat in the patio area at Jacque's. It was a gorgeous day (thank you!) Our waiter (Andrew) was just wonderful--as server AND photographer. The food and drink were delicious. And we even met some very nice people--celebrating an anniversary. My experience over many years has been consistently wonderful--and I come there for most special occasions. Thank you. Being there is always relaxing and happy.

    We love Jacques for more casual dinners with friends. The food and service are great, just like the original Chez Francois, and at Jacques you can order a la carte and share salads, appetizers and desserts. Makes it easier to consume less food and avoids waste. While we still love the original restaurant for special occasions, we find that we can go to Jacques more frequently and with a wider variety of friends.

    I usually give Five stars but this time due to my I selection of the lobster tail salad I was disappointed not only by the taste but the green beans were very few and mixed greens took over the dish. The soufflé was excellent as usual.

    While even more expensive than in the past, this is a wonderful restaurant for an occasion or for giving someone a special treat. Over the decades, the service has always been welcoming and professional. Ana in the Brasserie was the most recent terrific server.

    Everything from the cocktails to the main course to the dessert was delicious, but the noise level in the brasserie is a bit high. Not sure anything can be done about it as it is a small, closed-in space but will consider the outside option next time. Or maybe the main dining area. And there will be a next time as we love L'Auberge

    Another wonderful experience at Jacques' Brasserie. Both the food and the staff were terrific. It was great to see Danny, the host, and Jose made the most wonderful drinks (espresso martinis). Sondra came by to say hi from upstairs as did Umberto. Our server, Ana, was terrific. We had smoked salmon, beef tenderloin with frittes, and dessert. What a meal! We cannot wait to come back.

    We went to Jacque's for my wife's birthday. The Brasserie is a more relaxed setting than the restaurant and the food is fabulous. The best part is walking around the grounds after meal. Such a wonderful getaway from DC's hectic pace.

    It has been far too long between visits to this gem of a restaurant in northern Virginia. The food is wonderful. The atmosphere is the right blend relaxed and classic. This is the perfect destination for a date night, special occasion or even just a few hours to escape reality. I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed. We will be back very soon.

    We had lunch on the back patio for my birthday. Everything was perfect. Even though it was 88° out that day, we were perfectly comfortable under cover with ceiling fans. Setting and ambience couldn’t have been better, And the food was to die for.
