We enjoyed our time there as great view, the lobster roll was great we both had soup and our meal definitely were big in size and delicious!! We will go back maybe there will be a waterfire

We made reservations for 7:15, fire water and were lucky enough to sit outside. Enjoyed the dramatic music. Drinks, appetizers, sushi, all delicious 😋

Minimum wait time. We had a great waitress, Jackie who was excellent. Food was generous portions. Valet parking also a plus.

My issue started upon arrival. I had made reservations five days earlier and got to the restaurant five minutes early. They were busy for Saturday night, of course, but I would expect that I wouldn’t have to wait an additional 20 minutes after my reservation time to grab a seat. Then, wait an additional 15 minutes to have a waiter acknowledge us and wait another 15 minutes for our drinks. We had to order our entire meal all at once because the waiter could not guaranteed our food wouldn’t come out in a timely fashion, which was nice of them to let us know. Originally, I was going to get half a duck, but upon hearing that it took the table next to us 35 minutes to get her food, we decided to get some rolls. We ended up just getting two sushi rolls and two appetizers. In complete fairness, our waitress was absolutely slammed; it’s not like she disappeared. I could see her running around, dropping off drinks, food taking orders, cleaning tables, working her butt off, and still having a good attitude and being friendly. I think she was managing 9 to 10 tables, which were big groups. I think this is an issue of poor management and staffing. Yeah, the atmosphere and location are phenomenal, but if you can’t deliver on the other aspects, then there’s no point. Sadly, we won’t be going back. There are restaurants that provide better quality and service for the price. They might lack the atmosphere, but for me, that’s not important. I’d rather have good service and good food.

I have been to this location several times. Always a 10/10. It was a holiday weekend so it was super crowded and loud. We were five minutes late for our reservation and it took them 35 minutes to seat us.
