Excellent service. Thank you, Tanya! We came in for the Tuesday special so it was an excellent value as well. Always our favorite for fine dining.
Explosive flavor’s great service and a relaxing atmosphere.
Disappointed that we were told that there were no more lobsters even though we saw ppl that were sitted same time getting them…we were looking forward to it too
Food was great, servers were great and the staff were very attentive. Just a wonderful first time experience during brunch hours. Looking forward to our dinner hours date!
Fine dining at its best can always be counting on at Jackson's. Starting with the friendly staff that greets you at the door and escorts you to your table with clean white table cloths. The food is excellent and appeals to the eye and palette and you are served by an excellent wait staff. Tyler was our waiter on this trip and was outstanding. Be sure and try their smoked bacon.
Excellent!! Party of 8, enjoyed everything about the meal. Food and service were absolutely wonderful.
Excellent meal. Despite the heavy business and overwhelmed staff our food was served hot and was delicious, as always
Please bring back Sunday Brunch! I've missed it so! Fabulous as always.
Food was outstanding! Just be aware if they have a special like free Bloody Mary’s for fathers then according to our waiter you have to ask the free Bloody Mary or you must pay.
The absolute ONLY reason I’m giving a 4 instead of a 5 is that there was a large party with unruly children screaming and running around the table. That was completely out of my server’s control, but I feel like management should have intervened. The food and service was amazing. However the mood was less than relaxed for the birthday dinner my fiancée surprised me with. I couldn’t tell you what music was playing because I was never able to hear it. However, Tyler, our server, did his best to make my night special. He was fantastic as well as the food.
Excellent restaurant and Excellent Service the overall experience was fantastic!
My grandson just completed boot camp (Marine), and we were celebrating he’s graduation.
Finally, a date night restaurant that lives up to expectations!
My 8oz filet was ordered and served rare. However, the meat was tough, and the portion was not 8oz (not 8oz by Ruth Chris standards). The asparagus was stringy and overcooked and portions were small (we ordered two portions for a table of 4 -- not enough). The Hollandaise sauce was an upcharge. My sister's creme brulee was the consistency of cheese cake. I ordered 2017 Elk Cove Pinot Noir -- 2019 was served at the same price. Total for the evening $550. The waitress was very good. I'll stick with Ruth Chris
Best meal experience ever. The food was fantastic. Our server, Tom, was outstanding. The atmosphere was beautiful. I highly recommend Jackson’s steakhouse.
Hands down the best crabcake and scallops I've ever put in my mouth. The filet was great and apps. are outstanding. If you want some of the finest dining in the area, Jacksons fills the bill perfectly.
Tom made our dinner a delight! We alway enjoy our dinners and the wine was wonderful! We like to spend our holidays there and we will be going back!
Jackson's Steak house was a restaurant that I would recommend anyone try. The service was outstanding, speedy and attentive. Their drink menu was diverse with several options to choose from, as well as a list of premium chops that were absolutely delicious.
Excellent first visit
Everything was very salty. At first bite everything was great but as time wore on, it became harder to eat. The brussel sprouts were especially salty and I had to drink a lot of water to counteract the saltiness. The steaks were also very salty. We asked for medium rare but the steaks came out rare with purple in the middle. I don't mind rare steaks but when I order medium rare at a nice steakhouse, that is what I expect to get. The service was outstanding from hostess to waiter to manager.
Food was excellent! Our server was a bit peculiar.
The food was amazing. Great service! We can’t wait to come back again soon.
I highly recommend the snapper!
Another incredible experience at Jackson's! Warren was our server and he was attentive, well-versed with the menu, and very nice. The food was absolutely amazing (crab cakes and ny strip), and the cocktails were wonderful. Thank you for a great evening.
Beautiful restaurant and wonderful food and staff. Every dish we tried was delicious Every interaction we had with the staff was a joy.
Tom was an absolutely amazing server!
Slow service. Food was okay. Room temp steak, crab cakes over cooked (dry).
Anniversary dinner. Great food and service. We
We decided to come here to celebrate our honeymoon, and it did not disappoint! The drinks, food and our waiter were all great. We ordered the Prime Ribeye, Filet Mignon and Bacon Macaroni and Cheese. Warren V. took care of us well that night, and selected a delicious dessert for us. The bartender Matt made a cucumber gin drink I will not forget. Overall it was an awesome and delicious experience!
Always excellent -food and drinks
Service was great.
Best French onion soup, hot bread and Snapper that was so delicious!
Warren was the best server ever!! So polite and welcoming for our first time and our Anniversary dinner!!
My son and I went to Jackson's to celebrate a birthday. We wanted it to be a very special occasion. The staff did everything they could to accommodate our expectations. When we arrived, we were seated by a very celebratory, noisy group. We ordered, thinking we could deal with the noise, but after getting our drinks, we asked to be moved and the staff quickly relocated us to a table distant from the group. The new table was right next to the area where staff needed to retrieve bottles of wine and table set-ups. They did their best not to disturb us but it was still an active area.
The food was excellent and certainly met expectations. Staff was personable, helpful and conscientious. Jackson's is pricey, but worth it for a special occasion. We would return.
We had Tom as our waiter. He was fabulous. Hostess or manager (not sure) accommodated us next to window that we asked for. Just a great place. Can’t say enough.
The food and service was phenomenal! I will go again and tell all my friends to go!
We both had the Red Snapper. It was the best fish we ever had.
Always a pleasure, great experience , phenomenal food.... we are repeat customers
Sophia M. was a superb server. She was very attentive and friendly. My daughter was visiting from NYC....had heard about Jackson's when in town on previous visits and definitely wanted to visit this time. Service and food did not disappoint.
One thing that did surprise me was the number of men dining in shorts!! Website had said business casual. We were having dinner, not lunch, and really did not expect the shorts.
Disappointed with this last visit to Jackson’s. We’ve been many times but this was the least impressive. It took forever to get bread delivered to our table. I’m not sure what was going in the wait staff but she kept disappearing for long periods of time. They forgot the salads. We informed the staff that we had not received our salads when they delivered our steaks which were warm at best. The ribeye was not even hot enough to melt the butter that was on top of it. Staff actually asked us after they forgot the salads if we still wanted them once the steaks arrived - uh, yes, I wouldn’t have order a small over priced salad if I didn’t want it. Again, an overall disappointing visit. Our visit was for our 25th wedding anniversary and it definitely was not a special experience. Not sure we will visit again anytime soon when you can get a sizzling hot steak with better flavor and better service at McGuires.
