We had Oysters with bacon that were spectacular. My wife had the seafood omelette that she says is the best she has ever had. I had the eggs Benedict with prime rib that was good but one egg was over cooked. We had the bottomless mimosas that make everything better.
Service was top notch just as it always is.
I ordered a seafood omelet, waiter gave me an omelet full of pork, I became violently ill at the restaurant and have been sick for hours since I left home. All the waiter said was, “I’m sorry.” If I didn’t have emergency medicine, I may have had the day end a totally different way.
Always a pleasure! They never disappoint!!
Good food and great service. Definitely go there if your in Pensacola fl. Top notch restaurant recommend asking for Jake section. Was a awesome server awesome!!
Tom our waiter is always superb and the food is always delicious .. you cannot go wrong when eating at Jackson’s.
The food was excellent. Waitress was not particularly friendly. Seemed really quick to get our meal to us and get us out the door. It did not feel like it’s normal, welcoming atmosphere. Jackson’s is not cheap, and when eating there you expect a certain atmosphere. It did not happen during this outing. Possibly the waitress was having a bad night or was overworked. I won’t hold this visit against them.
Steaks we tender and cooked perfectly. Pretty pricey for not coming with any sides but we knew that already. Service was great!
I was expecting a fancy experience since this is the most expensive restaurant in Pensacola, but it did not disappoint in any way. The food was amazing, the steak cooked perfectly, the bread was delicious, and I definitely recommend the créme brûlée!
Amazing experience and excellent service. The food was delicious!!
Went for prime rib Tuesday. Under $20 for prime rib is an amazing price. The prime rib was ok at best. Great flavor but very chewy. The other guest at my table had scallops and crab cakes. Both of those were awesome. I will give it another try and see if it was just a fluke with a tough piece.
When entering there was a very strong fish smell, which surprised me. I don’t know what fish was being served but it was strong. Other than that the evening was wonderful.
We arrived early and were seated immediately, which was nice. Service was great, and they gave us time to visit with friends and didn’t rush anything. Food was great. It’s a little pricey, but you usually get what you pay for
Dined with our son and daughter in law . The food was great and the staff were too! A cool place that enhanced our fellowship, conversations, and laughter.
It’s always just as what one should expect. Great Chef and staff. I first went early in the 90’s and grateful that you are in walking distance for me now that I have moved back home. Anytime a guest from outside the area, Jackson’s is my choice to show them Pensacola’s finest!
Birthday lunch with family was great.
excellent food with outstanding service. Inside and outside seating available.
Four of us go every month and have a great time! Good food, service and fun.
Warren was outstanding!
Jackson’s never disappoints, the food is amazing - great quality, service is impeccable and their daily specials are incredible!
The scallops were precooked and then reseated . Not right.
Lobster was over cooked. Both the lobster and the clarified butter's serving temperature were below standard.
Sat down for dinner date requested certain foods they were out of jumbo shrimp they were out of oysters completely started the night out with disappointment as dinner began to come we notice people were being loud and obnoxious table behind us showing skin in a manner that shouldn’t be shown in such a class we could not carry a conversation without seeing the group taking photos of themselves in unorthodox and uncivilized ways out by the entrance of the restaurant I was expecting fine dining in Pensacola unfortunately it the experience was not why I would recommend the restaurant but the food I was able to order was delightful and very promising
Gluten Free concerns were answered by waiter or kitchen staff.
Always great food & service. This is a very nice place and one of the best in Pensacola.
Wonderful dinner at Jackson’s. Always a treat. Best martinis in town.
My fiancé and I wanted to go for a nice dinner and that is exactly what we got! The food was amazing and I had the best margarita I’ve ever had.
Service was outstanding. Jackson’s has brought back a lot of people an we were honored to get Matt. He was our favorite before the pandemic and it was great to see him and our special occasion was Dr approved my wife and I to go out. Jackson’s was number one on our list.
Thank you so much Matthew for expert service.
Fabulous food, delicious drinks, tremendous service; a wonderful time enjoying friends and fine food!
Excellent service, food, presentation. One of our favorite Pensacola restaurants. Definitely recommend. Would be great if lobster was available all the time as a steak ad on.
We chose the prelude menu - best value IMHO.
Substitutes are avail on the accompanying veggie.
Ask for the bacon (described closely to that of pork belly) if available, on your salad and especially the Brussel Sprouts - on word - MAGNIFICENT.
Go for the bread service replete with the olive oil / butter / fresh herbs.
Our Waiter, Thomas (Tom) was "on point" the whole time we were there.
Complimentary adult beverage for the Birthday Girl.
We always prefer Jackson’s for special family dinners. Everything was very good, accept the HVAC. When the it turns on, very cold air blew over out table. This happened the last time we were there (different table). Since this is the second time we have experienced this, we may consider finding another fine restaurant for dining.
The food and service at Jackson’s was impeccable. An excellent choice for your special occasion. We would highly recommend them and plan to go back.
Went on a Tuesday to check out the $19.95 Prime Rib Special offered that day. It was truly outstanding, a full 16 ounce prime rib with potato and bread from a local bakery. Great value, will be back to experience more of their menu in the future.
Let me start by saying that our server Tom was an absolute delight and made the entire experience even better. He knows what he’s doing and great at his job. The food was the absolute best meal we’ve had in Pensacola yet. The bar has been set pretty high now.
We came for the lobster special. We arrived at 6:00 and were told the lobster sold out. Feel like we got the bait and switch.
It was a very nice restaurant. It was my second time eating there. One thing I did not like was the fact that they move lobster off the menu to just Mondays. The lobster was one of the reasons why I came to eat, but I did enjoy the dish I ordered in replace of it. I ordered the crab cakes which were delicious!! So if you happen to go I definitely recommend for you to try the crab cakes!!
Simple yet sophisticated. The vibe was superb and the wait staff was on point.
