    Jackson’s is proud to partner with the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra for the 10th annual “Dinner with Strings Attached” event on Thursday, June 22, at Jackson’s Steakhouse. As the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra enters its 97th season, it is dedicated to promoting the well-being of the community through engaging musical activities. This is a wonderful opportunity that will offer newcomers and symphony enthusiasts alike an evening dinner performance by Pensacola Symphony musicians. There will be two seatings for this event: 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. In addition to our full dinner menu, which will be available for the evening, Chef Miller has prepared a special feature for the event

    The presentation of everything was excellent. The waiter was very informative in regard to the menu items and the attention to our table was just right. The food is always excellent although this time part of my filet mignon was grizzly and my friend’s chicken was a bit over salted. That’s definitely not their norm. The other 4 people’s entrees were perfect as were the appetizers, salads, and desserts.

    The 4 of us tried the Tuesday special of prime rib and a side for $19.99. A good deal. However, my friend ordered his prime rib medium and got medium rare. My wife ordered hers medium rare and got medium well. My baked potato was just warm. The bread was very good and the service from Mandy was excellent. I checked "No" to recommend, but everyone's experience can be different. This special cam highly recommended to me so there ya go.

    Everything was fantastic. We had a reservation that was for a few hours later than we had arrived. However, they were able to seat us before we even ordered a drink from the bar. Our server, Patrick, was phenomenal, and of course the bartender, Robin, was fantastic. The entire experience, and everyone involved, was outstanding. Thank you all!!!!

    There was large obnoxious party that obviously had been drinking too much. The manager came over to our table, apologized for the raucous noise, and moved us to the opposite end of the restaurant. The noise from that party was SOOOO loud it was still bothersome at the other end of the restaurant, and our waiter said the owners would not allow staff to confront such a party and ask them to tone it down. For the price you pay to eat at Jackson's, there is no excuse for allowing such rowdy annoying behavior.

    The noice level was beyond normal as they had a rather large and very loud table which wasn’t concerned about the noise level. Prior to that, it was perfectly fine.

    Great experience. Food was amazing. Got ribeye and it was cooked perfect. Brussel sprout and potatoes wonderful too. Lobster beignets for appetizer fabulous. Bread and butter was probably best we have ever had. Will definitely be a regular for us.

    From the moment we entered, we were greeted and seated promptly! The ambience is very nice for a special dinner. Ben was our enthusiastic server who took great care of us! Knew the menu well and accommodated our picky friends! My husband and I highly recommend Jackson’s!

    The prime rib special was amazing, nice thick, tender, flavorful piece of beef. Service was amazing - Thomas knows how to capture your attention with vivid descriptions of the food and how it is prepared! Recommend!

    We had a couple as guests who had not been to Jackson's before, and they were very impressed. The food was excellent as always and our server, Tom, provided his usual outstanding service with extra touches that were appreciated. Dining at Jackson's is always a distinctive and satisfying experience.

    I took my wife and teen daughter to dinner at Jackson's, where I was part of the grand opening team all the way back in March of 1999. I had only eaten there once before and that was when I worked there which has been over twenty years. You cannot beat Jackson's for fine dining!

    My father wanted a steak for his 89th birthday, so we went to Jackson’s. The food was fabulous. He had the 16 oz prime steak and I had the filet. It was all cooked to perfection. The waitstaff was very attentive to all our needs. Thank you for a wonderful birthday dinner

    We were seated and didn’t see our waiter for 10 minutes until another waitress came by to take our drink order. We went there for the prime rib and it was on the menu and they only serve it on specific days. After all that, it was alright.

    We were very pleased with the entire evening. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The music was wonderful - loud enough to enjoy, but not overbearing enough that you couldn't hear your partner. The food was excellent, as always.

    The food was good except for the warm cheesecake. The texture is mushy and the flavor was very bland. My first time trying a slice of warm cheesecake. Very disappointed. Was well into my meal before the server came by and I had to remind her about my glass of wine. Don’t know if i will be back. We have been there many times in the past but disappointed this time with the service and food for the price point.

    Went for the Monday night lobster special to celebrate my husband's birthday. We also ordered the Ceasars salad. Both were very good. We had a drink at the bar. The ambience and staff was both relaxing and attentive. I had requested a birthday candle be placed on my husband's dessert in my OpenTable reservation. I never had to remind anyone. The staff wished him a happy birthday and the candle went on the dessert without me saying a word. Great job!

    Celebrating our anniversary at Jackson’s was the perfect choice. Food was on the level we expected, cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. Service was on par from the moment we walked in. Definitely feel blessed to be a local and have this as a dining option in our back yard.

    We have been here previously and the food was absolutely amazing. However, this go round, was unfortunately, disappointing. The staff were great but the food was a miss. The mac n cheese tasted like cardboard and my medium well done steak was charred. While eating the charred pieces, it was over powered by a burnt taste and did not "melt" in my mouth, as it did on my prior visit in January 2023.
