Never disappointed when dining at Jackson's. Quality in every aspect.
Great!! Everyone was really nice and personal. Our waiter was very pleasant and the environment overall was very peaceful. Definitely would recommend.
Our first time at Jackson’s Steakhouse and it was amazing. We drive from Tallahassee just for the day and really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks Scotty for making our visit memorable.
Food was just average for how much we paid for dinner. Maybe I was disappointed because I went to dinner with high expectations and they definitely weren’t met. The best part of the meal was the mashed potato side that was delicious! Another thing I didn’t expect was how loud this restaurant would be. My husband and I were sitting right next to each other and had to shout to talk and hear each other. Probably won’t be going back.
Always ask to sit in Tonya’s section!! Best food and service around!
Great as it always is!
Tyler, as usual, is excellent! The food, as always, outstanding!
Great and creative cuisine and free delicious martini.
Valentine's Day lunch with my mother. We had a great meal and the services was excellent...Marcus was the best!! Best food in town.
Way overpriced. I had the regular ribeye and my wife had the filet. We also had side items and desert. The steaks were good but not better than steaks at Longhorn. Same for the side items. For $200, I expected much better.
A Birthday lunch for my SIL, just perfect!!
prime rib is off the chain, Tom is the best waiter ever!!
It is always a great experience at Jackson's. From the greeting of the hostess to the attention of Alex, the manager, to the great service by the wait staff, it is such a pleasant time. My guests were visiting from Indiana and it was their request to go to the restaurant and even began their trip a day early so we could go and enjoy Prime Tuesday.
Service was great, prime rib very tough. Filet came well done ordered medium. Expected better steaks.
The steak was beyond excellent!!
We enjoyed our meal.
Celebrated my mother’s birthday and it was fantastic! Delicious food, friendly service, and cozy atmosphere.
The food was good and the atmosphere was nice too. What really made the evening special was Tonya. She was very kind and helpful with it being our first time. She's what made it an experience instead of just another meal.
I brought my family in that was visiting from Chicago , we enjoyed our waiter he had you seeing the food as he described each dish in full down to the garnish . EXCELLENT !!!
our food was served in a timely manner and the dishes were perfect each and every one I Highly recommend Jackson's I have had dinner brunch and Lunch there and They never Disappoint a must see when in Pensacola ..
Our waiter, Tom, was fantastic! He explained every food and drink like a storyteller. It truly added to the amazing experience we had. We will definitely be back. The food is top notch!
We LOVE TOM, HE IS AWESOME, WE HAVE MADE HIM OUR PERMANENT WAITER! Your place is our favorite!
Jackson’s always delivers a relaxed, civilized experience. The food, service and ambiance made our Saturday lunch a pleasure to be there. And, thanks to our server Jo for her professional and friendly service.
Excellent as always! Superb salads, succulent steak and lobster, delicious double cut lamb chops.
The entree on "prime rib Tuesday" was outstanding, as usual. The only complaints are that the service was a little slow and the baked potato and veggies were served cold.
Had a Wonderful dinner service was great & the food was delicous. We will Definitely will be coming back for their lunch
Blueberry, raspberry, lemon drop martini specialty drink was so great! Ambience was perfect. Service was impeccable. Food was good.
Another great mesl! The Mahi-Mahi was especially good!
Over cooked lobster and snarky attitude. Average, not worth the snark or the underwhelming food.
The elk chop was fantastic
Very attentive service
Restaurant week is busy. But the food was outstanding. Loved the special menu offerings. Service was lacking. Waiter seemed unsure of menu. Then had to be asked twice for item requested and flagged down for water. As food delivered by staff never came back to check on food or our needs. Little things like fresh ground pepper on the salad was never offered to us. Other tables yes. It was my husbands birthday and we were returning to Jackson’s to celebrate. Our first visit to Jackson’s was a month earlier and we felt like we had hit the jackpot. Second time around service was a big issue. Part of my entree was cold but I never could see my waiter to comment nor get another glass of water. Our table ( 2 person seating) was almost knee touching to the other table. Made it difficult to talk let alone get up from the table. Since the food was outstanding we will return again for a third time. Hopefully a more “Jackson’s style” experience will be waiting for us.
Only choice grade steaks at remotely reasonable prices, and mine was overcooked.
Visited for the first time during winter restaurant week. 3 course meal, food was good, portions a bit small particularly the dessert.
Jackson’s has been my go-to Pensacola Steakhouse for years and never fails to impress. The menu and wine list are both spectacular, the service is second to none! Our son, who has always been skeptical of steak had the Delmonico which was a life changing experience for him!
Delicious food and great service!
Great service and food. It was the perfect birthday dinner.
Beautiful place great service but way over priced steaks
Our server Kathy was tremendous. Knew the menu well and offered great service.
