after reading reviews for this place, we decided to go for brunch, unfortunately, the food was a disappointment, and the service was very slow. It took our food almost 25-30 min to come out for a table of 4 and it wasn't fresh, the chicken and waffles seemed to have been grilled first, they had a charcoal flavor and half of it didn't have the breading on it so we could see the char marks - it was disappointing for sure. The salmon flat bread, however was pretty good. With a lot of brunch spots in the area, we probably wont be going back.

We booked this reservation last minute for Valentine’s Day and arrived a little early but we were seated right away. Our table was close to the door and we were hit with a cold breeze every time the door opened. We asked if we could be moved to another table and they were more than willing to accommodate our request. Our service was outstanding!
Exceptional attentive service. Katie are server/bartender made us feel as if we were the only customers in Jackson 20. Delicious meals.

Must so many restaurants in Old Town have a "southern" (e.g., sweet) touch? Evidently. That's how Jackson 20 describes itself. She had a steak, I had the pork shoulder preparation for the Presidents' Day "Cherry Challenge" and would have preferred more veg than grits on my plate. It was all fine, with gracious service, if not a wow.
My first time here was amazing. The service was very good, and our server did an outstanding job. The hostess were very kind and welcoming as well.

Wish there was more variety on the menu. Food was cold. Nothing special about this place that I can’t find at any other place that serves brunch.

We had a reservation at 7 and we didn’t get our check until 9:30. Service was horrendously slow. We went as part of restaurant week, so maybe that was the issue. Food was also poorly seasoned (not seasoned at all). Would not go back.
It was like they had no heat. It was freezing in the restaurant. I had to wear my winter coat the whole meal. Which made it very uncomfortable.
Went there for GNO. The food was pretty good but the service was horrible. Had to keep asking for table to be cleared. Didn’t have silverware when different courses came out. Had to ask a few times for it. Didn’t get water refill. Had to ask for that. Dessert came and was put down on the table with our dirty dinner dishes right in front of us and then the waitress left the dishes there. Again had no silverware. When she came back we had to ask her to clear the dirty dishes. Anyway, probably will not go back there. Too many good restaurants to choose from where there is good food and good service

They did a nice job with offering a lot of choices for restaurant week. However, the food quality was average and service was slightly below average. I would never pay full price for what was provided.

Service started out slow, but quickly got caught up. Food was very good, nice atmosphere and overall very good service.
Food was absolutely fantastic. Service was poor. 1) We were seated 15 minutes after our confirmed reservation; 2) Our food was very late in coming out; 3) The server was very inattentive and we had to ask the food runner or a different server for various things (water, more drinks, new (clean) silverware, etc.); 4) Our “starter” came out with our entres; 5) They forgot two of our entrees all together. Bottom line their seating/server/food running system needs a complete overhaul. The food was on point, but nearly everything else was a fail.
Usually all food is great. Tonight the french fries tasted like they had been fried in old oil. Everything else was excellent.
The service was great. The crab cakes were a thumbs down. Not tasty at all,
Excellent service by our waitress. I would not recommend ordering the Steak or the oyster. The restaurant was nice enough to return the dishes for us. Burger wasn’t too bad. Overall poor food dinner menu, better for brunch.
We dined here on New Year’s eve and had to wait 30 minutes before anyone approached our table. The service was less than favorable and they seemed a bit under staffed. The food was okay but our server never came to check on us and the checks took forever to come out. Would not recommend.
A restaurant of this quality should be embarrassed of service like this. We were waiting over 15 minutes for a server to come to our table. He forgot our drinks, or we would have ordered more. Very slow overall, but you better believe we saw him running for our table as we were walking out to check his tip. It’s not likely we will be going back.

Wonderful service friendly environment and great food
We made reservations for 4 on Christmas eve. We got sat immediately but it took 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order. We got a different waiter without anyone informing us. The foods were expensive and quality was below average. They had 4 items on the kids menu and minimum $12. We end up with a $12 hot dog that my kid could eat bc they burn the heck out of it after messing up her order.
I live in town and will never eat there again or send anyone there.
The food was great, just took forever to get a refill for water, also took a while till we got our syrup for the French toast.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant. We had breakfast with our family and it was fantastic. Our waiter who took care of us was also FANTASTIC! We will definitely return to this restaurant in the future! Highly recommend this restaurant.

had reservation through Open Table but had to wait 20 minutes to get seated. Kitchen was very slow and it is December, so Old Town is pretty crazy. Love the farm to table concept, although did not realize that it would be meant quite so literally . We did not get any plates until after we finished our appetizers already. So we ate off the table for the first 20 minutes.
Kitchen backed up. Took over an hour to get our enters
Breakfast was good. Cocktail was delicious. French toast, eggs good. Avocado toast was mediocre and oatmeal was watery. Server worked hard but seemed understaffed. Good coffee! Good location.

Decided to come in for a solo brunch. Bartender Moana is phenomenal with her service and very warming. Love the food menu choices and the chefs prepares everything very well as expected. I always look forward to dining here when in the area!

The food was great but terrible service. The waiter brought two appetizer plates covered in hair (disgusting) and then took over 40 minutes to get our entrees with no check-ins or updates at the table.
The server was inattentive from the beginning and did not bring us a high chair when requested, did not mention having a children's menu until we were ready to order and we were struggling with what to order our toddler, and did not think to bring us crayons when he finally gave us a children's menu. We had to remind him about everything and ask other servers for help. Our food was very good.

A fine place but I would skip the turkey dinner. It was rubbery and under-cooked. I have been here before and really do recommend the place...just not the turkey!
