Jack Quinn's Irish Pub and Restaurant
I might have been just a busy Thursday, but it took over an hour to get our food. Everything else was great!
If you love good music, enjoy good homemade food and friendly service, this might just be the place for you! It's very close to the Pikes Peak Center, so I will definitely come back before any show.
We really had a great time. We had our wedding reception here a few years ago. It was a perfect revisit for Valentines Day. Food and service was fantastic.
This used to be our go to place for date night, I was very disappointed. First the menu has been cut in half, they got rid of some of their staple menu items. I tried the pork belly sandwich is was awful and so dry I didn’t even take 2 bites. The waitress avoided our table like the plaque. We will not be back, too bad because it was our favorite place in Colorado Springs
Great customer service, great food, music and classy environment
The Staff is friendly, food is great, drinks are tops, and the Session Music is best in the region.
Good food with a nice selection of Irish dishes. Noisy environment, but it's an Irish Pub.... So it should be expected. Service was great and food was out quickly. Lamb stew was tasty. We ordered beer cheese and pretzels and were disappointed. Pretzel was run of the mill and the beer cheese lacked flavor and was runny. Other than that, great experience.
Jack Quinn's was awesome! The menu changed a little since our last visit, and I miss the patty melt, but there are so many yummy options to choose from. Most excellent service as well.
We had reservations and got right in. It was Sunday night so they had an Irish group playing and singing which was very enjoyable. The food was wonderful. All four of us had different things and everyone said there food was very good. The service was exceptional. Our server was Casey and she was very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great experience. We shall return.
Great food, music and beer! Service was great too!
Was Christmas parade so know they would be busy but did good job
Jack Quinn's is one of my favorite Irish pubs. The food is excellent! It's no wonder reservations are recommend! There is also music several nights/week. Great choice!
Loved the food. The desert was amazing.
We have been wanting to check out your restaurant since we moved to Springs. Been here 18 months. Finally made it. We ordered fish and chips. My husband said they were okay. I did not like them at all. I lived in England off and on for many years of my life-Air Force brat. My mum was English. So I am used to "real" fish and chips. There is a great Irish Pub in Durango, Irish Embassy Pub, where we use to live. Their fish and chips were so good. Great tartar sauce. The crust of your fish was hard, maybe over cooked. So unfortunately we will not be back. We actually went to check it out so we could take family there next week. Crossed Jack Quinn off our list. Bummer. You do have a great atmosphere.
Service was great food was good. I’m thinking brunch or lunch would be great there.
Everything would have been great except we were in a room with five large tables of kids - all part of the same group. In fact, we were the only table that was NOT kids. They were all yelling, making it impossible to talk at our table and completely dominating the servers' attention. A group that large, especially children, should not be allowed to reserve on a Saturday night during prime dining time. They really ruined the evening.
I love this place. We drove down from Denver to celebrate my birthday with my son. The staff made us welcome and the food was great as always. The bartender made me the best Bloody Mary I have ever had. Thank you. See you next time.
Table was ready at time reserved, requested table by band and that was honored. Service was great and food was excellent.
Atmosphere was great, hostess was no where to be found for about 5 minutes, then took us to the table and said she'd be back to clean it off but never came back or gave any silverware. Received our appetizers then the waitress brought the check and hadn't even noticed we never received our meals. So I'd recommend and hope you get better staff because it's a very cute place and food was pretty good.
Always enjoy gather family and friends at Jack's. Food is great, staff attentive and pleasant. We'll be back soon!
It was wonderful. We were immediately seated, the waitress took our order and everything was prepared in a timely manner. The drinks were amazing and the food was delicious and made properly. The waitress was sweet and took care of us. I would definitely go back and refer my friends and family!
We went for trivia but sadly they no longer allow reservations. We were thinking of making this a weekly thing but not so much anymore.
Great food at reasonable price, great atmosphere. very enyoable.
Great atmosphere, great staff, good food, always reliable. Love going to Quinn’s!
Saturday brunch was really nice and quiet! Got there at 11am, stayed until 1pm, and it wasn't busy or crowded. I bet later in the afternoon/evening it's crazy!
The food and the atmosphere is truly amazing. The staff is always friendly. The beer selection is great.
Great vibe, makes a mean martini
We had a wonderful dinner. The food was excellent and the speed in which it was served was very good. Waitress was friendly but didn't hover over us. The shepherds pie and the salmon salad would be highly recommended!
Great Irish pub experience. Must be there on a Thursday for the singing!
Fabulous ambiance and food is excellent!
Food was delicious! Music was way to loud! We were having alot of trouble talking to each other at the table. It would be nice to see a list of what music is playing when. We were hoping to hear Irish music.
Food and service were delicious! It was so nice to have dinner with my family in our own little snug!
We enjoyed our dinner and the atmosphere. It was a very enjoyable experience. It was nice to have privacy in the booth. We had the fish and chips, which were very good.
Took my dad here for Father's Day. Service was fast and friendly. We both had the bangers and mash and found the food very good. It's pricier than you might expect from a bar, but it is downtown and quality was commensurate. The atmosphere was bustling as one might expect at an Irish pub during a Celtic festival, but not obnoxious as at so many bars.
What I really want to highlight though was the restaurant's willingness to hold our table an hour past our reservation time on a busy night (my dad and I were delayed by the bad weather that rolled through that afternoon). I thought that was really going above and beyond.
Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an Irish pub experience in the Springs.
Jack Quinn's is such a fun place when the live music is happening. It can be a little loud but you can't help but tab your feet, clap you hands and bob your head.... Oh, and the food is great too.
I was surprised to find the menu changed in the 5 days since I had last been there. The meal I wanted was no longer available, disappointing. So I ordered another, the bangers and mash, and it was delicious. But the price had also gone up in the 5 days. We ordered the chocolate cake for dessert, and were quite disappointed. It was very dry and tasteless. I think I had 3 bites and wanted no more.
Overall, I like the restaurant. Good Irish food.
Seated and then our menues taken and we ere told we had been seated at the wrong table. Okay. Ordered and brought the worst glass of wine, clearly opened for weeks in a cheap dollar store type glass. Realize we are in a pub but don't offer wine by the glass is you aren't going to date the bottle and use it or throw it in a reasonable amount of time. It is obvious to the taste and cost you a purchase of a couple of glasses, or $18. and the tip it could have earned, plus the good will. Glad they are good at lunch the couple of times (who can ruin a sandwich?), because this is our third horrible dinner experience. The food tasted like week old leftovers that had been reheated more than once. The dried out salmon had a bland, stark white sauce that tasted like it was from a can you would make biscuits and gravy on the fly. No seasoning, no spices in sauce or on what were supposed to be rosemary potatoes and they were cold. The supposed sauteed vegetables were more like stewed or cremated. No flavor, all dark and unappetizing to look at. The corned beef and cabbage was mush that had been reheated at last once or twice and nothing special. No frills plating here! Keep it dark so you don't see what you are eating. In our opinion stick to lunch at least you will only invest in your lunch time, not spoil an evening before a concert! We ended up leaving it. Didn't stiff our waitress, but it was clear she knew we were not impressed and so gave service that showed she expected to be. Lots of great place nearby for us to enjoy fortunately.
We were looking for an Irish pub on our last night in Colorado Springs & Jack Quinn fit the bill! Upon checking in for our 6:45 reservation on a Tuesday night, we had to produce our IDs in order to have a drink! We are 64, 65 & 65!! It doesn't matter...Jack Quinn wants to see a valid driver's license! There was an extensive beer list, serving types we had in Ireland. My fish & chips were very good. I especially liked the choice of 2, 3 or 4 pieces of fish. My friends also enjoyed their chicken pot pie & Irish shepherd's pie served in a bread bowl. We shared a delicious bread pudding for dessert. What we especially enjoyed were the private booths which were like little rooms with movable benches. Unfortunately live music is not available on Monday or Tuesday nights, but various types of music is offered on the other nights.
We had a reservation for 8 conference-goers to have dinner and word spread like wildfire throughout our conference. Everyone kept telling others to come meet us at Jack Quinn’s. Before we knew it, we had 35 guests all wanting to dine together. The team at Jack Quinn’s scrambled to accommodate and found us private space upstairs (the upstairs is great and has a separate bar) even though they had reservations for that upstairs space in one hour. They said they would “make it work” and they bent over backwards to please our large party. Our diners had no idea they were imposing because the Jack Quinn’s staff was so professional. Food and drinks were excellent, but it was the service that impressed us so much. Thank you Jack Quinn’s!
I made a reservation for 4 and they had no problem accommodating us. We arrived and our table was ready. Drinks came out quick and the food was delicious. We all had a great time. And the live music was awesome!
