The reason for the enduring popularity of Jack Binion's Steak House is quite simple - magnificent cuts and house specialties served with impeccable presentation. Each piece is hand selected and trimmed to the exacting standards of certified artisans.

Exceptional service, good food and very friendly staff. My wife and I are regulars. We have never been disappointed in the restaurant. We always ask for Doris she is our go to server! Four smiley faces for Doris 😊😊😊😊

Lovely dinner at Binions on 7/5/25. We beat the dinner rush and had a great table looking over the busy marina. We could have watched the jetskis and boats all day. Jose was a pleasure as host and Olga made sure we had an excellent experience. The food was superb. The night would have been perfect but for the absence of Dawn. We miss her friendly welcome, conversation and attention to detail.

Service was very slow at the bar and the table. The view was nice but the restaurant could use update. The menu was small and for the prices more should be included.

We had reservations (early) and the restaurant was not particularly crowded. It took about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us after we were seated. Instead of asking for a drink order the server poured water and left. She then came back, we gave her our full order (Drinks and meal) The drinks took 30 minutes to come out. The server never stated that things were on the way and when we asked, she said the bar was "slammed". We got our drinks and my drink was not right at all. Went up to the bar myself to get the drink corrected and they were not slammed. The manager did come out and did a great job and made my new drink right there. (the original drink brought out was from a barrell, was super sweet, and had no alcohol in it. An old fashioned shouldn't be clear.) Food came 40 minutes after ordering and our side did not come out with the meal. We had to ask for our side and we were nearly done eating by the time it was brought out. The food was really good. Not sure why the service was horrible. The Manager did work to make it right and comped our food. We have not been to Binion's in several years, but always had a good experience all around. This was really unfortunate because we were really looking to start our night with a great dining experience.

Food and service excellent. Rib eye steak tender and grilled rare perfect. Twin lobster tails cooked perfect to be tender. Sides are large to be shared. Seasoning touches overall upscale. Pricing matches the upscale food.

Overall great places but when I went on Father’s Day Sunday 2025 the escalator was closed and I had to walk up two flights of stairs but other than that it was fine.

We always enjoy dinner at Jack Binion’s. The food and drinks are delicious, along with a pretty view of the lake. The salmon is outstanding and the sides can easily be shared. We’ve dined there many times and have never been disappointed.

Disappointing for the prices you pay. We each had a 6 oz filet (mine was.substantially smaller than my wife's), requesting one medium rare, one medium (pink) We got one extremely rare (blue/cold/raw in the middle) and one that was medium well (no pink in the middle..almost.well done) Due to being in a hurry to catch the show, we ate quickly and didnt have time to have them correct the steaks unfortunately. Had to request bread and butter. All other tables had it brought tp them early. Also the marinated onion and mushroom bearnaise crusting is just a spot of butter with some onions and mushrooms. Overall, disappointing time...Doris our aerver was nice and apologetic but it really wasn't her fault. The cooks/chefs messed up.
