The service was excellent excellent. The pork chop dinner that we split was also excellent and has now become our favorite at Binion’s Steakhouse.......right behind the lobster tails. Binion steaks are not very good, especially compared to the Gold Strike’s Chicago Steakhouse, where the steaks are excellent. Binion needs to step up here. But the food (except for the steaks) that we had and the service by our female server was at a level that will definitely bring us back to Binion’s and recommend Binion’s to friends visiting the Horseshoe Tunica.
Everything was good except for the main reason we went and that was for a good steak. Ordered two medium well steaks (Slightly Pink) and got them medium rare (Bloody). No one ever asked how they were and could not find anyone to let them know. I was bummed out. Was looking forward to a good meal.
Food was very good. Problem was there wasn't enough staff so it took almost 25 minutes to get a drink reordered. No music so just heard the clicking of glasses and utensils. Lights were bright. Outlet was busy but only 2 servers for about 50 people.
My daughter and I ate here during our yearly girls getaway week at the Horseshoe. The food was wonderful and the service great! Pricing is a bit high but worth it. We will definitely eat here again when we are back in Tunica.

Steaks are always good. Cooked ok. Salads are almost a meal Desserts are wonderful and the zucchini bread is worth the trip Wait staff is always great
Food was incredible! Filet was so tender I could probably have cut it with a fork. Service left a bit to be desired though. Our waiter had my credit card for 20 minutes after he ran it before he got it back to me. Ordered coffee with dessert and we were nearly finished with dessert before he brought the coffee. Asked for lemons with my water and he made 3 trips to the table before bringing the lemons.
Had a great server and meal at this location. Would definitely return on my next visit.
The wedge salad came with a brown and wilting lettuce wedge. The steak Diane dinner was so salty as to be almost inedible. The cigarette smoke from the casino can be smelled in the restaurant, and the loud noises from the casino sometimes make it difficult to carry on a conversation.
Food was fantastic ! Had to wait over 30 minutes after our reservation time . Once seated service was slow !

The food was delicious, especially the lamb chops but the noise level was a bit loud, many people from the casino comes in inebriated. Our server was not familiar with the wine list and was a bit slow to respond to our table. We ate the flights, steak and surf and turf and both were really great.
I got engaged told my server to let the chef know to write will you marry me when her desert comes out and he made our time very worth it. I will love to go back to this beautiful restaurant

Have eaten here many times. This time, food was marginal at best, prices were very high, and when we tried to check in a few minutes early, we were rudely told to come back at the reservation time (they were NOT crowded).
Have eaten there many times. This time, however, not so great. It was FREEZING in there; my nose actually started to run while there and my hands turned pale. Was told they had notified maintenance to no avail. Ordered the Porterhouse med/med-well; it came out with a cool, raw center; the outside was kind of grey in color - not appetizing at all.
Awesome meal. Highly recommended. Steak was cooked to perfection, cream spinach and sweet potato brûlée were excellent also.
Never disappoints! We love the ambience of the restaurant for an intimate dining experience. Their Oysters Rockefeller is an excellent starter, along with the perfect dirty martini. Steaks, usually a bone-in ribeye or T-bone, are cooked to perfection and sides MUST be shared. (and STILL with leftovers!) Exceptional service from the staff (and we've met them all, I think) and an overall incredibly enjoyable experience!
We both had the 6 oz steak - they were great. I had the lobster bisque - so wonderful! My husband had the ceaser salad & cream brûlée - he liked them both. We shared a bowl of sautéed mushrooms - which were great.
We had a lovely time. They were crowded and the waitress did a great job accommodating us and taking care of us. The food was excellent.
Thursday night was wonderful but we ate on the Wednesday night of our arrival and the food was horrible and the waiter was very condescending to us. We came in at 9:00 pm and our salads were horrible. The Lobster Bisque soup was horrible. We were very disappointed and almost canceled our reservation for the following night but we decided to give it another chance. Our waitress made up for the previous night. She was amazing. The food was wonderful. So glad we decided to try again. Most customers would not have come back.
One of the best Rib Eye's I've ever had! The dessert sampler was great too.

This is the second or third time me and my best friend have been to Jack Binion’s in Tunica. She and I have also been to the one in Bossier City, as well as, my husband and I have been to the Bossier City location. You can’t go wrong going here for dinner. The only regret we had was that we had a big lunch and only got four items that we split. We had the beefsteak tomato salad which was really good though we both said we would’ve liked another slice of mozzarella cheese. She had the lobster bisque that they added lobster pieces to and she said it was very good (I’m not a fan of any bisque.) Our entree and side were the six ounce filet which was cooked perfectly (medium rare) and very tender. Our side was the creamed spinach which was very good - it was different than any I’ve ever had, very cheesy but very yummy! It was a great dinner.
Very nice waitress, excellent service. Says she's been there 19 years. Don't drink wine of which it appears you have a very large assortment. Drink Belgian high gravity beer instead of which you have NONE even though the menu says so. Pathetic. Bartender recommended another beer NOT on the list, so obviously beer sales in this restaurant are an after thought. Should have gone into casino and ordered what I requested, then return to my table. Had to drink water throughout dinner. Second time here, won't be back. Fact.

A very nice, upscale restaurant with friendly staff and accommodating servers. The food is excellent, the steaks are cooked to perfection, and the desserts are to die for.
Server was nonchalant and unenthusiastic. Attire was soiled. Entree arrival was untimely, cold, and salty. Overall experience was disappointing as compared to recommendation and other comparable stark houses. As dad us revisiting this restaurant is questionable.
I will have to give Jack Binion's a 5 star for the outstanding service and dinner. I have been here a few times, but Valentine's evening was my favorite thus far. Will be back soon...
The server Keith was extremely slow. We spent more time waiting on everything. It was not terribly busy. Customers should never have to ask for refills more than once.
Unfortunately we were seated at a table with dirty silverware on the seats. The seat was broken and my best friend was sinking on her side. We changed seats. Our dinner was not cooked to order. We received the wrong order and the food was not up to par for the price. Our server kept getting the order wrong and not once did she apologize or make it right. We asked to speak to the chef but he was busy playing manager, supply and other duties. It was my birthday. I drove from Alabama and my friend came from Washington DC to spend it with me. I noted that on the reservation but they not once said anything or try to make my dinner right. I have dined here multiple times before. It used to be amazing and the food was terrific. But now it is sub par at best. Still disappointed.
Great food! The steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection! The seafood pasta was the best I've ever had!
Very disappoinred with service; had a 7:15 reservation and waited 30 minutes to be seated. It appeared that there was a staffing shortage, as it was at least another 10 minutes before anyone came to the table. Our waiter was very pleasant but the service was incredibly slow. Fortunately, the food was excelkent, as always.
