Lamb chops are amazing. Service so good but the speed of plating is more expected from a standard commercial restaurant and not a fine dinning experience. We haven't had our appetizer long before our main course was presented leaving us felling rushed.

Great service (sat at the bar) and good food. Lobster Mac and cheese could have been warmer but everything else was top notch

I’ll just concentrate on the bad…lobster bisque, fillet,sides were very good. My bone in Ribeye was not good. At first bite it seemed o.k….tender flavorful, After a few bites I realized it was way too salty, then wondered why there was no char on the steak being it was cooked on a raging fire… The steak was saturated by the marinade. Brought most of it back to the hotel….wait. 1:30 am… Montezumas revenge….. threw the $75 left over in the trash in the morning. Why marinade a good piece of meat….. Had similar bad steak experience at another one of Caesar’s casinos restaurant. Lobster bisque was excellent I must say.

We had the Fillet Mignion with crab cakes as an appetizer. Both dishes was fantastic especially the steak. I can't say enough about the steak. I think they are the best steaks I have had.

Jack Binion’s Steakhouse – A Night to Remember Last night’s dinner at Jack Binion’s Steakhouse was truly exceptional. From the moment we stepped inside, the welcoming atmosphere was impossible to miss. The staff greeted us warmly, and the ambiance struck the perfect balance between upscale and comfortable. One of the first things we noticed—and loved—was the light-up menus. Such a clever and stylish touch! It made reading the menu in the cozy lighting effortless and added a fun, modern flair to the experience. Now, on to the star of the show—the food. The prime rib was beyond expectations—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. It’s no surprise this dish has earned such glowing reviews. The lamb chop was equally impressive, beautifully seasoned and tender, with just the right balance of richness and subtle spice. And the pork chops? Absolutely fantastic. Thick, juicy, and bursting with flavor—they truly stood out. Adding to the night’s charm were the neighboring tables. They were lively and entertaining, sparking friendly conversations and laughter throughout the evening. It felt like we were part of a larger, shared dining experience, which only added to the night’s enjoyment. All in all, Jack Binion’s Steakhouse delivered on every front: incredible food, excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and even a dash of entertainment. I can’t wait to return—and I’ll be bringing friends along to enjoy it all over again!
