Beef medallion, wild mushroom and brandy cream sauce, asparagus
Our server, Terry was personable, friendly and easy to talk with. The food was delicious, the filet very tender, we ordered the seafood sampler for appetizer and it was fresh and enough to share.
Everything was great. Lobster bisque is a must 😋.
We were very satisfied with the food and the server.
We hadn’t been to a restaurant in a year due the pandemic. Have been counting the days until the vaccine made it safe to do so again, so picking the right place was important. We are so glad to have picked Jack Binon’s as our experience there was outstanding. From the pre-dinner cocktails to the after dinner coffee, everything was perfect. Matt was are server and I can honestly say he made the outing memorable. Prompt, professional and personable service at every turn. The food was great from salads to steaks that were prepared exact as requested. Our new go to place anytime we’re in the area.
Very good food, service is always excellent and this was no exception. Would love to see a basic dinner salad added to the menu.
Service was decent but not upscale which $200 dollars for 2 people you would expect.
Service was excellent. Steak was cooked perfectly. Best place in town.
This was a special dinner
When we got seated the seat had a tear in it looked shabby
Biggest issue we had the restaurant was to cold spoke with our waiter about it He said he had told management but they never shut the A/C down so when they brought our main entree We had to rush thru our salad and soup
Meal was good but won’t dine there again
It was too cold. According to my phone 66 degrees. Food was good for only a few minutes until it got cold. We complained to manager but all he told us is he had issued a request 2 times to raise temperature. He was worthless and we wad spent $125 for cold food and he knew it. I would like a refund or we will never eat in your restaurant again.
Our waiter, Roosevelt, was amazing! The food was cooked exactly as we wanted!
The 9oz steak was blandly served on a white plate with running liquid, not even a sprig of green or touch of concern with the visual appeal and was not all advertised to be not very tasteful. The server was the saving grace.
IT WAS WONDERFUL , SERVICE , FOOD ATMOSPHERE, DRINKS
Love Binion's. Prices too high though. Need to bring back veggie tray and dip and other little touches like first had.
Overall it was a good experience. Food was great as always. Service was great.
Something is off with this place right now. They don't have any of the good featured wines or good wines available. The service is not what it used to be. and it looks like they are cutting corners with the men u items. leaving things off that they don't think the regulars will notice.
Service and food were great. The tiny gnats flying around over our table/food was unacceptable.
Excellent service from beginning to end!
It was gorgeous! My only issue is my request to have my ribeye salt and pepper only due to allergies and it came seasoned completely. I had the server check on ingredients due to me being allergic to msg, soy and gluten. He said it did have msg and was great enough to redo it. However my husband had to eat while I waited. It was delicious though. Thank you to our server for correcting it
It was an excellent choice for my birthday celebratory meal. We would definitely dine there again.
Made a mistake and paid for this meal. Food was not good, even subpar for a casino
Great food, great service. Always a great meal at JBs
Our waiter was outstanding and attentive. The crab pasta was nice, but the steak, although tender, was unseasoned and basically tasteless. We would not dine there again.
The atmosphere was perfect and service was professional.
Binions continues to have great food, service and care for their customers. Very pleasant atmosphere. I’ve been eating there for about 20 years and I do every time I visit the Horseshoe.
The food was fantastic. The waiter was wonderful and very helpful with the menu. The atmosphere was great and very relaxing. There was not a long wait for our food. The place is amazing.
Waitress in a rush. No time to listen to food order. Food was raw meat. The fish dinner was incomplete.
Food was average and expensive
The AC was blowing full blast on us. It made it uncomfortably cold. When we asked the server if it could be turned off or if the temp could be raised, she simply said “no.” Not 5 minutes later, we saw a table being reseated due to the same issue and the manager told them that he could adjust the temperature.
Great service and outstanding service.
Dinner was perfectly delicious. Our server,Jing, makes the experience delightful. She is very pleasant and makes certain that our dining experience is perfection
The chef cook my steak perfect that is hard for most place because I love it well done. Our waiter was great very friendly
Wait staff, starting with hostess, was excellent. Steak done to perfection.
HUGE COMPLAINT: The seat in the booth where the hostess seated us was BADLY torn (at least a 12-inch tear with stuffing hanging out and flap wide open) on the right end. So bad, in fact, that I pulled a used FORK from inside the tear and handed the fork to the young lady. Nevertheless, we stayed in the booth on the other side of the booth. Probably should have asked for another booth, but we were just okay. The booth in question is against the outside wall and facing the kitchen. Other than that, the waitress was very cordial and her service excellent.
There were four in our party. I tried the King Crab and pea pasta with a tarragon sauce. The pasta overwhelmed the crab making it a scant amount comparably and the sauce did not even have a hint of tarragon and it was salty. The cook on my moms prime rib was awful so she sent it back. Jack Binion disappointed in many ways and especially when expecting the steak to "cut like butter" as theirs reputation has been described.
As the wife and mother of two gentlemen in the hospitality industry, I make it my business to never write negative reviews, but here I go. As a side note, I was dining by myself this time. I waited over 10 minutes after being seated to even have someone come to my table to take a drink order. The pages in the menu were stuck together, so I guess they need to be cleaned. The leather on the booth was ripped and shredded in some places and had crumbs on on one side, although I was seated as soon as they opened. The bread and butter came and there was butter smeared down the side of the serving bowl. The person who served the bread with tongs spilled pieces of the dark muffin on the table and left them there. While the shrimp cocktail was very tasty, and the shrimp cooked perfectly, they were not ice cold as they should be. Just bordering on cool. I ordered Filet Mignon and a lobster tail. My waiter removed the shell from the lobster tail, which I appreciated, but then put the shell on the large round serving tray he was using to deliver the food, rather than on the empty plate on my table that I offered. I personally found this disgusting. The decanter used to warm the butter for the lobster tail is a lovely touch, but it's way too tall to serve it's purpose, unless the butter is hot to start with. The butter was congealing before I finished with the tail. Lastly, my Filet Mignon was cooked to a perfect pink temperature, but extremely tough. Filet Mignon is supposed to be so tender that you can cut it with a butter knife. Sorry my experience wasn't better because I was so looking forward to having a wonderful meal there, especially since I was using casino reward credits Grateful I didn't spend my hard-earned money, but sorry I wasted my comp.
Ask for server Jing. Great job, very courteous and efficient
Haven't been to JBS in a year but I remember it being much, much better. The cut of the ribeye steaks my wife and I had was certainly nothing special. It didn't even approach a $70 steak, hardly a $35 steak! Mine was prepared okay, my wife's overcooked. (Both ordered medium) The crab cakes I had last time were the best I had ever tasted. This visit they were just so-so. The shrimp appetizer was pretty damn good but should of consisted of a couple of more shrimp. Au Gratin potatoes were good but I think creamier last time (maybe too long in the microwave?) Asparagus? Not worth the price. Best part of the visit was the server, Connell. Excellent waiter! Overall, disappointing visit. Can't recommend and won't be back.
Steak was a bit scorched as well as asparagus. We didn’t complAin. We just endured and left. It’s always hit or miss with Binion’s.
Great experience, but the food was overpriced.
Johnathon is excellent server. He has always make our meals superb.
We had amazing service, and the food was perfection! We had a very enjoyable time. This is our go-to spot when we are in Tunica!
