Jack Binion's - Horseshoe Casino - Southern Indiana
We had Thanksgiving Dinner. This is the third Thanksgiving Dinner in a roll that we ate at Jack Benion. The thanksgiving special is always a little different. Dinner was great. & I have left overs. Will be there next year.
From the time we checked in we were treated special and seated us in a requested seat. Our previously selected wine was ready and a special dessert was given to us for our anniversary. We have enjoyed Jack Binion's - Horseshoe Casino - Southern Indiana for at least the past 10 Anniversaries. We also plan on being back next year. Our waitress was great and with any luck, we'll get her again next time.
Thank you Jack Binion's for making our Anniversary Dinner special as they all are.

Went on a Saturday night late. Loved everything but too noisy Doubt anything can be done about that. Will plan next time to come during week, maybe less people.
Jack Binion’s has a good location inside Caesars Southern Indiana. When we arrived they promptly sat us and ordered our drinks. The wait staff was very attentive during our visit. The food was great and started with a martini but salad which was kitschy and a fun idea. The steaks were cooked to order with what we though was a peppercorn crust but not as seared or crusted as our liking. A bit to saucy. Still good steaks.
Overall it’s a nice restaurant and the only reason for lower scores was the smoking section. They ask where you want to sit but it doesn’t hardly matter as the smoking section is only a small partition, and we were sat right next to it.
Surprised smoking still exists in restaurants.
Everything was great! From the ambiance to the food! Service with a smile!
Two of the three steaks at our table were over cooked. Waitress never returned to check on us once we received our food. Other food was just average. Could have had same or better quality at a chain restaurant for 1/3 the price.
We had great service from start to finish. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. I ordered the wilted spinach salad to start. It was good but the dressing was too sweet. It needed more acid. My dinner companion had the bisque and said it was excellent but very rich. Our steaks were delicious ! Our potatoes, however, were luke warm and didn't seem very fresh. We didn't complain because we had already asked to move tables because of people smoking near our table. Warning !! This is a restaurant that allows smoking. I can't believe there are restaurants that still allow people to smoke. I understand it being allowed in the casino, but not in the restaurant.
The food is great I would recommend it to all that likes good food
The food and service was absolutely amazing and delicious
My husband got the waygu steak and said it was the best steak he's ever eaten. The bread was yummy! My entree arrived cold, the French onion soup was missing something (salt, maybe) and after my entree was warmed, the shrimp were delicious but the pasta was blah. For $37 I expected fantastic alfredo. Our server, Barbara, was great! Very attentive even though she was busy, and very nice. Overall it was ok. Next time I'll get something different and I'm sure it'll be good.
I've had comparable if not better dinner at other places for about 50% of cost. Server was excellent. Dessert was excellent.
I am back every time I can
Food was outstanding. The Berkshire pork chop was one of the best pieces of pork I have ever had. Well done kitchen staff. Our service was not bad but was not greet. It being an upscale restaurant I woukd have thought our server woukd of been a little more engaging. She seemed busy and flustered. We enjoyed our time there
Service was very good. Food was good. Good meal, good price, what more could you want?
Fantastic dining experience with fresh seafood and great steaks. Like stepping back in time to a Las Vegas steakhouse of the 60s. Can sit in romantic booth or sit at bar and watch NFL games. Great drink flights of bourbon and wine selection.
The food was excellent and the service was outstanding.
As always, we get amazing service and food. Love going here before we head out for some gambling. They never disappoint. All staff is wonderful.
The steaks and potatos were lukewarm at best. There was nothing extraordinary about this $175 dinner for two.
Great food and service
This is first time having a bad steak here
The Filet was different...almost sirloin like. I'm sure we just got a bad cut of meat.
The raw bar was delicious but the presentation was thrown together. The dessert was delicious, raspberry NY cheesecake. The foul language coming from behind the cooking line was a little offensive but hey...it was the end of the night. And it was only a date night.
Special thanks to Matt with Customer Service. He really made us feel at home.
Steak was great, sides were ok & my wife's jumbo scallops were really small for the price. Overall decent dining choice but pricey
I do not think all Jack Binion restaurants are equal...Tunica's Horseshoe Jack Binion's has much better food and menu choices. This one the food was okay but does not compare to a Ruth Christ's or a Jeff Ruby's which I think it should.
Great time, food, service and atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening.
Food was great. The waiter took excellent care of us.
Great food and great service! I would recommend it to anyone!
Traveling thru Bourbon Country. Service was slow; food arrived cold and had to be sent back. Had a reservation for 7:00pm and had to wait 15 minutes for a table to be set when there were more than enough tables for 6. Steak was good but I would not go back especially for the price.
Great food and customer service.
Awesome place !!!!
Food was excellent, prepared exactly as requested. Environment was nice call subdued and romantic. Staff was excellent, attentive, and very outgoing.
The food is amazing, despite the price. Michael our server was very helpful in recommending items on the menu and very attentive to us during meal.
My mother and I had a reservation at 6:30. We were told that the system for ordering and paying had been down for a little bit and we were going to have to wait for it to come back up. We ended up waiting 40 minutes before we were able to be seated. The manager and host were telling people that they could be seated if they had comps. Thet were giving out comps for everyone based on their players card. When it came to be our turn we were told that we did not have enough credits or gamble enough to earn a comp. So we were forced to sit and wait 40 minutes, on what was supposed to be my mother’s retirement dinner.
I understand that this is a restaurant that works out of a casino. But I do not understand why only people who gamble a lot were able to eat. We basically had to sit and wait because we do not gamble in the casino as much as others. Had this been any other upscale steak place, we would have been given something for our wait or at least offered a beverage. This is not acceptable way to run a nice restaurant. I’ve been to many other local upscale steakhouses, and the management usually will try to make up for issues. I understand that the system was down and that was out of their control, but to watch other people be sat in front of us just because they spend more money in the casino, was extremely rude.We ended up getting nothing, no comp, no percentages off, and had to use my mothers reward credits to even pay for the meal. The system still wasn’t up by the time we were done eating. So what was supposed to be a celebration ended up being huge headache. Knowing the system was down, they should of called us ahead of time before we drove 40 minutes to the casino, paid to rent a wheelchair for my mother, and sat there for another 40 minutes. Basically our entire evening was ruined by this experience.
Food was decent, waitress was rude and rushed us the entire time. I do not recommend this restaurant. For the price you can get much better service.
The food was amazing. We have found our new special occasion restaurant. Everything was fantastic, from the ambiance to the food. Perfect way to celebrate our anniversary!
The food & service is impeccable! Jack Binion's is our favorite "go to" place for any occasion. We highly recommend the filet mignon, lobster tail & king crab legs for a main entreé. The spinach salad, asparagus with hollandaise sauce, lobster mac & cheese, & sauteéd spinach are excellent side choices. Lastly, JB's bananas foster is the ultimate dessert. I recommend making reservations or you probably won't get to eat there. Be sure to ask for Kristi as your server. She's the best!
we have dinned there many times and rated it excellent but this time not so good. our steaks wre not cooked by our request and the food was some what cold
Wasnt aware the entire restaurant wasnt smoke free which completely ruined the whole evening. I ordered the boneless ribeye which came out overcooked and the cut of meat for the price was highly disappointing. You can tell this restaurant is where people go when they have their meal comped by the casino.
The steak is so good. What keeps me coming back is the sauces especially the au Pointe peppercorn. Divine and love that there are smoking tables offered.
The food was amazing! However the service was poor compared to our last experience there in August (our server was Beth, she was amazing!). Also, when we made the reservation, it asked if was a special occasion and one of the options was birthday. So we chose that, but not once during or after our meal was it mentioned. If it wasn’t for the poor service, I would have given 5 stars all around.
