Great food and a variety of menu choices. decent wine choices and the cocktails were good. $$ come as you are.
To get our favorite waitress we had to see in the smoking section of the restaurant. For one, I can not believe there is still a smoking area in a fine eating establishment as Jack Binion. Wow! He reaped of odor o smoke.
Other that that, the food was great this TIME, and the service 5 Star. Thank you.
Sorry, I can’t give a five star review to a restaurant that’s in the business of fine dining, that sits a non-smoker next to a smoking person. Ditch the smoking in the restaurant.
Food is always good . I always get the N.Y strip it is fantastic.
The boneless ribeye was cooked perfectly medium rare. Oscar style was well above expectation, almost another meal in lump crab. The broccoli was tender yet crisp and the hollandaise sauce was rich and buttery. The caesar salad was huge with plenty of fresh ground parmesan. Great meal!

I always look forward to a meal at Jack Binion's! Best steaks and the Martini BLT Salad is literally to DIE FOR! Highly recommend!
My husband and I often eat at high end restaurants looking for great quality not quantity. We were both highly disappointed with our meals. We had quite a bit of food left over that was wasted because it wasn’t worth the box to bring it home.
The environment is wonderful. Low lighting, lighted menus, fancy atmosphere but typically when we dine it is not for the environment. The food was extremely bland and subpar. The steak was so tough my husband struggled to cut through it, the vegetables lacked seasoning and were very undercooked. If we were looking for raw vegetables we would have grabbed them from our garden.
The two things food wise we found to be satisfactory were the bread and salad.
Best of luck to anyone who attempts this eatery as for My husband and I we will not be returning.
Ambiance was great, service was good but my friends steak was under cooked & they recooked the same steak instead of bringing a fresh steak & it still was medium so I had to suggest she just replace it. By that time I was finished so we just got a go box & they didn't charge for that meal but the 45 comp dollars wasn't replaced to me. Thanks we still had a GOOD time anyway

Food was great. Better than most steak dinners you get at local steak house. Staff very nice. Relaxing place to have a meal.
We've dined here several times in the past, and it's always been good. This time was the exception for the entree. First off, our we told our server we were in no rush. He accommodated, with a slow relaxed service, which we enjoyed We had plenty of time between each course. We're not big eaters so we just order items to share. We started with crab cakes that were good, but not great. Crab bisque that was excellent. Followed that up with Caesar Salad, which was good too. Unfortunately, we then had the scallops. We've had them before and they were excellent. This time, was the complete the opposite. Harsh tasting and chewy. We couldn't cut them with a fork. The server offered to big us a replacement, but we declined. He removed them from our bill. Hoping it was a fluke. We'd like to go back, but it left a bad taste, if you know I mean.
There was only one bartender Beverly and there was no way she could beep up.so it took forever to get our drinks. Everyone very nice but it was the Macy’s Fashion Shoe and the mid American truck show. Should have had double people working. Steaks were overdone. In general certainly not worth the $750 we spent ...
Very nice. Could live without smoking during a 5 star meal. Have not been anywhere in 10 plus years that allow smoking in a restaurant.
Again we were delighted with our experience and would recommend to all. Our server, Michael, was again just wonderful and we certainly could not have asked for a better person. You should have him help all your new servers in the way to serve and work with each person tasting the delicious food.
service was very good as usual, Jennifer does a great job. Everyone was very nice. Food exactly tremendous and well prepared. Actually, probably the best upscale restaurant this side of the river.
Filet of beef was on special and was superb. Augratin potatoes also delightful.

It was much better than the last time we visited. The steak and shrimp combo was excellent and served just the way we wanted it. The service was very good and our assistant waiter John was outstanding. Although we were at a table in the center we found it very easy to converse. The prices tend to be a little bit higher than other John Binons we have been at, but still reasonable.
The food was OK, but I wouldn't pay those prices again. I miss the buffet!
Last time I was at jack binions was about 3 years ago and it was great so I’ve been bragging on them to my fiancé ever sense who finally took me, then when we got our food and his stake was not very tender and I ordered medium plus and it came back well done we wasn’t very impressed. I sent my stake back and the second time it was medium rare. I’m no professional on cooking stakes but if it was my job and at a high end restaurant or one who has prices as such then I would be. Other than that the baked potato was good.
As always they go above and beyond to see that you are taken care of
First time that my dinner was below Jack Binion’s standard of excellent.we both got the special, which was a ribeye with a mushroom sauce and bacon gravy.
The steak was ordered medium, it was served well. It was fatty, no flavor steak ever tasted. Side dishes flat.

Our server Andy was helpful and friendly. However, our steaks were overcooked for the third time out of Four. Andy did take them back and returned with better ones. Additionally, the female manager did nothing to make it right other than apologize.

Food is delicious, as long you can get thru salt! Too salty! Baked potatoes was cold! I got meal redone , but Had to take it to go! Very delicious without rub! Great flavor without rub!
Waited over a hour for our food and then it was cold
This was our second visit and we were still reeling from the first visit. The service was excellent however, the food wasnt as good as we remembered. Our waiter said they had been swamped all day since opening. Im going to chock it up to being extremely busy. We will do one more visit to be sure.
The waitress was unfriendly from the start. As soon as we sat down she wanted to know if we were ready to order drinks and/or food. Told her we needed to look at the menus. About 15 minutes later she came back and we ordered two bottles of wine. They came 20 minutes later and no bucket for the white wine. That was another 20 minute wait. Was able to order appetizers/salads then. We finished our plates and about five minutes later she came to take our dinner order. A 24 oz. prime rib (medium rare) and a 8 oz. filet mignon (well done). Been to quite a few restaurants where the chefs can cook an 8 oz. filet mignon with out butterflying it. Waitress asked if I wanted it butterflied. I told her no - suppose to be a good steakhouse so I assumed the chefs could cook a well done steak. Forty-nine minutes passed from the time we ordered until we got our meals. My husband could see the pass where dinners were sitting under heat lamps. He said he thought he saw our order and it sat there for at least 20 minutes. Sure enough what my husband saw our dinners. The filet mignon was a medium/medium well and the potatoes were lukewarm. Sent it back. Talked to the manager about the wait, the 20 minutes under the heat lamp, and the under cooked steak. We were not the only patrons who asked for the manager reference their food. The manager must of said something to the waitress because she came back to our table and said "you should of had your steak butterflied. Will never go there again.
This is always my favorite place to just have dinner or celebrate an occasion. The food is always excellent. The service is excellent.
We love dining here at Jack Binion's, which we have been coming weekly for a long time. Servers are friendly, love the atmosphere and the food is awesome. It's our quiet time to enjoy together before we head out to the casino.
HAVE BEEN THERE SEVERAL TIMES AND ALWAYS A GOOD EXPERIENCE.....EXCEPT THIS TIME. THEY SACRIFICED QUALITY FOR QUANTITY, TRYING TO RUN PEOPLE IN AND OUT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE
