Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. Wow, that was a mouthful. But can you blame us? We’re a restaurant. One that specializes in delicious food and great times. Our goal is to make you laugh. And depending on your hot sauce tolerance, cry.

In all seriousness, we take real pride in our food. Try our Cluckin’ Fresh Chicken Fingers, made and seasoned with fresh, never frozen chicken tenders. This isn’t run-of-the-mill pub grub. Our Band of Chefs are influenced by a wide variety of tastes and have travelled across the globe to gain inspiration.

But outside of the kitchen, we find it hard to take ourselves seriously. We have an Elvis booth. For no particular reason. Folks, that really does say it all. We’re sports fanatics, music nuts and love a good joke. If you’re into at least one of those things, we should hang out.

Our waiter, Liam, (our Haitian man) was very friendly and attentive. We were served in a timely manner and were able to leave in plenty of time to make our Mirvish production. My only suggestion is for the Kitchen staff. The salmon miso bowl, my favourite, had lumpy clumps of rice which I didn't report but have enjoyed very much in the past. I realize that rice is precooked for the lunch rush but would suggest the chef take a little time to remedy this possibility. Sincerely

I had the Beef Barbacoa Tacos from the new travel menu. Perfect blend of heat and flavour.

Drink cups were dirty and meal came incomplete. Didn’t have time to raise concerns due to needing to get to the theatre. Been here a bunch of times and seems like they’re dropping the ball.

We had dinner reservations at 5:30 as we had a show at 7:30. We arrived on time and should have had plenty of time to have a leisurely meal. We were seated but waitress did not come for our drink order until about 5:50. Everything was delayed after that point. It was 7:15 before we got our bill and we had to rush to the theatre. The restaurant wasn’t even busy compared to other times we’d been. May have been an off night but was not a great experience. Drinks were great though.

A truly great, traditional 'Sports Bar'. Lots of Big Screen TV's. Food can best be described as 'Pub Fare'. French Fries arrive Hot, but Limp. Cater to a lot of 'Out of Towner's & there is no emphasis on "Repeat Business"....SAD! Jack's has lost its touch; was flying under the Management of Trevor, Ari, Johnnie & Jeff......All gone on to other Venues. SIR Corp appears to have dropped 2 Words, "SERVICE INSPIRED" ?

I wanted to change the location to front st but it was impossible to connect to jack Astor’s. By website by phone on hold for a while then disconnected that was terrible and by your app. Everything else was good
